I've been forced to pay for a year's worth of stock photos because I didn't cancel the trial in time. So I'm trying to get my "money's worth" and I'm having the same problem with pixelated AI photos. I used to be able to open an ai in photoshop and it would rasterise it beautifully. Now these are all pixelated and the stock site offers no customer service options to refund my licensing of the image. I don't want to buy Illustrator simply to be able to open AI files.
Hi, I have come across an image being sold on your platform that contains my clients registered trademark? How do you allow this?
Hello,I was reading this Adobe article here: Adobe Stock known issues and limitationsAnd regarding the following excerpt, I have a question (answer might be obvious, but would like clarification):Use of images on book/e-book coversUse of Stock images on book or e-book covers is allowed if the print run is fewer than 500,000 copies (Adobe Stock limit). Images showing models can't be used in a manner that the models could perceive as offensive. (For example, avoid using images with models on the cover of a steamy romance novel or a book about politics or religion, etc.)And this excerpt on the Adobe licensing page:Extended licensesExtended licenses provide all the rights granted in an Enhanced license, remove the 500,000 copy restriction and allow you to create products for resale. If you purchase an extended license, that removes the 500,000 limit on books/e-books, correct? And also, are you allowed to modify the stock photo (IE: color correction, resizing, retouching of photo, etc)
Hello, how many costs the plus licence and where can i buy it? I look for the right licence because i want to take some pictures in my book and i am not sure, if the standart licence is enough for this, because of the "500.000" Best RegardsDaniel
I am posting here as I am repeatedly getting nowhere with Adobe 'Customer Support'. I repeat here my last communication with them. Re: Adobe Case ADB-12042342-H7D7 and ADB-12413718-P9K1 I am writing to complain in the most extreme terms possible about the contining series of obfuscation, misinformation and, it would seem, downright lies from Adobe and its various agents in my pursuit of this case. It was drawn to my attention by my bookkeeper last month that Adobe has been withdrawing £19.99 from my company bank account from 5 August 2019 until 4 March 2020 – a total of £159.92, as the monthly charge for an Adobe Stock account. This is despite the fact that I cancelled my month’s free trial within the allowed period. My free trial began on 2 July and was cancelled on 31 July. I was sent a Cancellation confirmation email of this by Adobe and therefore no withdrawals should have been made by Adobe whatsoever. In pursuing a refund I sent to Customer Support a screengrab of my acco
Hi,I purchased a monthly subscription to Adobe Stock and had accumulated over 50 credits, having only used 7. I had the subscription for a total of 6 months, the total cost of which was £216.On cancelling my subscription to Adobe Stock, my credits remained there, as expected. But on logging back in a couple of week later, all the credits had disappeared. I received no notice whatsoever that the credits would expire (if that is the reason for them vanishing).I chose Adobe Stock because I checked in detail whether credits would be lost on subscription cancellation. At the time, I found no information within the registration process or within the Adobe website. I chose Adobe over it's competitors such as Shutter Stock (which I used previously) specifically because I saw that credits would remain after cancellation. Now I am unable to contact Adobe Stock as there is no contact or email to contact them. If there was any notice in regards to the removal of credits then it was not clear.I am a
When I save new materials that I purchased/downloaded from Adobe stock, I cannot see the new materials in the app (Dimension). I think maybe I'm saving them in the wrong folder or something. I can't find any onfo on this. Where should I save these files? or Where do I import new materials in app? I'm using Windows 10
We tried 2 different credit cards, 2 different browsers, and 2 different computers. Cache and cookie were cleared. Regardless, we still get an error that reads: "We're unable to approve your transaction at this time. Please check the information you've entered below to make sure everything is accurate. If you continue to have trouble, please try a different card or contact Learn & Support for help." This happens when both attempting to purchase a credit pack or when trying to purchase an extended license for a photo.

Aiki
I've had a persisting issue with Adobe stock for over a week now that is costing me business and making my clients frustrated. We have an adobe stock plan for 10 images a month. We frequently use all these images and rely on "images on demand (US $2.99/asset)" to fulfill the need for additonal stock imagery. Recently, the ability to purchase "on demand images" stopped working. Anytime I try to make a purchase of any kind (on-demand purchases, credit packs, new plans, etc.) I'm prompted with an error, which reads:ErrorWe're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/8nOLSgH.jpg It's not an issue with the individual asset. It's not a browser support issue. It's not a caching or cookies issue. From my 7 hours plus TERRIBLE hours of dealing with Adobe Stock customer support, I can only determine it is an issue
Case number: 0221594233Hello,I have used Adobe products for years and have not ever seen a company act in such a scamming way. I want my voice here in hopes that someone can get me out of this mess. Apart from the trial, I've never used this service and yet the company will not offer me any of my money back and still requests that I pay the rest, even though I explained that I'm about to go out of business...Some BackstoryI'm a super small business owner and have been getting bombarded with expenses left and right to the point where it's hardly worth being a business owner. I was doing better off as a freelancer without all the fees and regulations. I'm seriously, no-joke, facing the possibility of bankruptcy and went through my accounts to see where my money has been going.Adobe Stock ScamAs I do web design, I was on the market for some stock photography. Adobe Stock seems to be new to the game and I wanted to give them a chance. I signed up for a free trial and thought I had canceled
Hi, my name is Yulia.I became the Adobe Stock contributor 2 years ago, while I was livilg in Japan. Now I mooved to Europe, and found out that I can't change my royalty currency to euro or USD, because during the registration I choose Japan as a country of residence. Does it mean that now I am obligated to receive my payments only in Japanese yen all the way in my career as a contributor of Adobe Stock? I am very upset, because my portfolio is quite successful and I am working on it really hard to provide the quality images.
God I hate this. I'm well aware this isn't the right place to ask but I can't find anywhere else. I'm supposed to call my school administration for support because it's a school account, but I don't even know who would be expected to deal with this—I didn't purchase Stock in association with any particular department, it was an independent project. I only ever intended to use the free trial. I had reasons for hedging the grace period as long as I could (I've barely used my trial as it is), but apparently I waited too long, because I can't solve this issue on my own and now I'm out $30 (refund grace period ended today). When I go to "My Plans," the only thing that shows up is Creative Cloud, which I've likewise purchased independently on a school-linked account. I can find nothing on my account that even indicates that I have access to Stock, but sure enough it's there on my bank statement. I can't even find a way to cancel for next month, let alone this one. So: If the o
For years I have been using Adobe Stock/Fotolia as a resource for assets in PSD format, now they all seem to be is AI format? I have no idea how to use Adobe Illustrator so AI files are useless to me. Has there been a change recently where all the PSD files are now AI files?
Hi, I've been paying Adobe Stock for more than a year every month to have 10 resources on my profile, but recently I only see 20 resources? How is it possible? How do I get my (over) 100 resources? Thank you
Seems like a basic question but how do I get an extended license? And if it's image specific is there a way to search by license type?
I recently posted on the forums about a problem with Adobe Stock images. The iamges were said to have transparent backgrounds but, on downloading previews into Ilustrator and Photoshop, the images all had a checkerboard pattern which I could find no way to remove. I received a number of helpful responses to the posting, although the central problem remains unreseolved. But now the post has gone missing completely. These are a couple of images which illustrate the problem: they show a downloaded proview of flames, said to have a transparent background, with the layers window showing there is no layer specifically for the checkerboard pattern which might have been turned off. Turning off the only visable layers results in the entire image disappearing: Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted. And does anyone have any idea where that original post has gone?
Hi Everyone I'm looking through some stock photos mainly in the abstract search area. I would like to use if it for commercial goods and therefore will need an extended license. However, there is no option to choose an extended license anywhere, for any image. I can only find enhanced license types. Where would I find the option to upgrade it? Or, is there a filter to search for extended licenses only? Of course, I have looked in the filters section but can't find anything to help me. It looks like previously you could click another tab on the pricing bit from other answers, but I cannot see that anywhere on any picture that I am selecting. The screenshot is the options I see on every image. Any help would be great. Thank youHarry
Hello,my work at; Adobe Stock Has been copied, duplicated and infringed What methods can I contact via Adobe Stock? Help me.
My organization purchased the $200/mo 750 images plan on Adobe Stock for Teams. We have about 15 employees who only need access to Stock for Teams and no other Adobe licenses. According to the information page, the Adobe Stock for Teams plans allow for unlimited users under the same organization to access and license stock images. Futhermore, the help guides say that administrators can add users to Stock for Teams from the admin console and gives the steps to do so. However, when I go to do this, I receive a message saying that I've reached the license limit for the number of users and do not have the option to add any more users. According to all of the marketing material and help documentation, this should be doable as it's a license for the number of assets I purchased and not the number of users. Anybody have any ideas?
Am I the only one who finds the library in Adobe Stock completely unintuitive and time-wasting?When I purchase or save an asset, it always ends up in the wrong library, because it does not prompt for which library to use.How do I move assets from one library to another?
I have accidentally licensed the same photo twice and this used up my last photo credit. I was trying to click on a duplicate of an image I licensed to see what the difference was between the two and it licensed it now I am stuck with two of the same photos and I'm out of credits.
The Adobe stock plan is a complete and total scam and should be reported to the SEC, I see others have had issues with this.I've used one asset and signed up for a trial, I've used nothing the past few months charging $33 a month, then to cancel it's a $60 fee? Absolutely absurd. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE ADOBE STOCK PLAN.I'll be sharing this on Reddit and elsewhere unless this is resolved.
