Hello, I'm not sure if this is the best place to post, it's just where Adobe funneled me for support. Kinda funny discussing billing issues on a public forum but here we go.I have 53 license credits for Adobe Stock, however when I try and download something I get the following error.My card on file is valid and I don't have an outstanding balance.Please advise.

Several of the images that I have licensed are now designated as unlicensed in my CC Library, and have the Adobe Stock watermark. I have a current subscription, so I do not understand why some of my licenses seem to have expired. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I just encountered a similar issue. Searched vector image, downloaded (image: 207186542) and come to find out the entire image is not vector. This is a problem because my client has approved and I'm planning on using the image at a large size. Raster part of image is pixelated. When I search vector I expect the ENTIRE image to be vector. Is this not the case?

Hello Adobe,I would like to have a refund on my last month subscription.I find it kind tricky that your force to give credit card data and don't even send an email notification when free month is almost over.I have 14 credits that I will probably never use, it's why I'd like to ask for a refund please.Thanks for your understanding,Best regards,Bastien

Hi Everyone,I've just purchased Stock Image 169497006, a vector (.ai) image.  I am using it in a small social media post and the .jpg looks pixelated. I created a smart object in PS and sized it, which has always worked in the past.  I did just update to PS 2019.  Is there something in this upgrade that could have caused this?   Any advice?Thank you!

Hi,I just downloaded File 226845351 to use as a vector image. It downloaded as an AI file but when I open it in either Illustrator or Photoshop it opens with the checkerboard background on it and I can't seem to find the layer to turn it off. Am I missing something or is there an issue?Thanks!

I pay my invoice on the 15th of each month.  Does that mean I can license 10 photos between the 15th and the 15th or by calendar month?  If I don't license 10 in one month can I carry it to the next month?  Thanks!

I have an Enterprise account with Adobe.  When I go to Adobe Stock, it says I can try 10 images for free.  However, when I go to download an image to My Library, the wheel just spins and says "Please wait" indefinitely.  Do I not actually get to try it for free if I have an enterprise account?

I am a current subscriber to Adobe Stock, and am in the early stages of a project where I will potentially be using stock imagery.Before purchasing, I wanted to seek some clarification and assurance from Adobe Stock that my intended usage falls within the bounds of the standard license agreement. My understanding is still a little bit murky after reading the license agreement.The project consists of educational worksheets/games that a customer can purchase and download as a PDF. Each worksheet or game will incorporate several stock images. Certainly the images I will use in each game/worksheet will contribute to the value of the game, but, in reference to 3.1.b.ii.B of the standard image agreement, no single image used represents the primary value of the game. It is the combination and layout of the images, all together, which determines the value and nature of the game or worksheet.In summary, I am creating non-customizable digital worksheets/games that a customer can purchase and dow

Hi,in July this year I needed some photos, before I used the "Fotolia" serviceI chose the annual plan badly instead of the monthly plan, I do not need more photos and when I want to cancel my yearly plan I have to pay 127.93 euros in penalties or pay without sense 36.89 per month until July 2019!Can we do something about it ? Die Übertragung der Fotolia-Credits in Adobe Stock Credits ist enttäuschend und hat schon fast den Anschein der Vorteilsnahme. Unsere bisherigen 15 Fotolia-Credits wurde in 3 (DREI) Adobe-Credits umgewandelt.Während es bei Fotolia möglich war von diesen Credits bis zu 15 Bilder zu erwerben, hat sich dies jetzt auf 3 Bilder bei Adobe reduziert, da hier anscheinend nur noch HD-Bilder möglich sind.Dies sehen wir als einen ausgewachsenen Marketing-Gag seitens Adobe an und werden uns überlegen ob auf dieser Basis zukünftig eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit für uns noch tragbar ist.GrussRalph Wörn

I subscribe to 10 Adobe Stock images each month. I do not see anywhere on my account how many images I have licensed and how many I have left  to license this month. Where can I find this information?
