Can't download anything at all and client is waiting for unwatermarked version of video.I am trying to license through Premiere Pro and also tried right from Stock website. Tried calling adobe and no one answered for 28 mins...so hung up and figured I'd try forum.Need to get video edited and sent to client asap, any help will be appreciated. Thanks!Pete

Image #111817603 is in French, but the .ai file is in Spanish.

Adobe ask me over and over to migrate from Fotolia to AdobeStocks, because there ask so nice and make me scare with this that Fotolia gets shout down on the 5th of November. So I got most of my license migrated over here, now I was here because I want to buy some new images on Fotolia, and I see a blue bar with an advertising, get 10 images for 30 days for free, okay great I choose this, than I get forced to buy some similar plan for 19,99 Euro a month, okay I agreed, even if I was sad to not get the 30 days free thing, but at least I can change my mind in 14 days and just pay 1 month for 10 images so there is no risk for me if i dont linke it here.Sounds great isn’t it?To great to be true, I actually tried tree times to order this and agreed in PayPal for it, never had any problems with any PayPal transactions, but I just got bumped back to adobe stocks. Okay let’s try to close the browser clean the cache and try it again, and now I get only a cat in an astronaut suite in front of the

I can't cancel my adobe stock trial subscription. Keeps saying you'll be able to manage your plan shortly. Any help with this?Ad

Hello all, I have just cancelled my subscription from adobe stock for it took my money without confirming anything about moving into the full membership. When I cancelled my plan I was notified of an email but noticed it was not immediate. My play ends November 6th 2018, would i be refunded then or was I lied to. Please let me know. Thank you for your time

Can I use the standard license if I'm using the photo as a reference for a photorealistic drawing? I'm planning on selling prints of my drawings, and they will look exactly like the photo. Do I need the extended license for that? I'm a hyperrealist so the image will look just as the photo does, but I will only be using the photo as a reference image, not on a product to sell.

Merci beaucoup

I downloaded a preview of an image to make drafts, now I can not find the original image to buy it in high definition, how can I do?

Hi,I've posted this already, but couldn't find a reply button after I've got an answer from a staff. The original image (181422491) I downloaded was very small when I opened it in Photoshop, and when I resized it, it looked incredibly fuzzy.Need urgent help, please! Thanks.Lixin

Come posso fare?

Did you know that you can no longer shop Adobe stock without first buying a subscription? I know because while i was looking at possible purchases, i was kicked out of stock and not allowed to log back in. it didn't recognize my credentials. All i got were 'page not found' pages. I contacted Adobe thinking maybe there was an issue with my account that i was unaware of. After going around and around, i got an answer. You must subscribe before you can search. You can't search and download previews anymore. You can't find out if your idea will actually work with your design, can't advance the idea to a client or anything else. You must pay first. Its very upsetting. Adobe, let me explain why: if this were a brick and mortar situation, it would be like walking into Nordstrom, asking to look at jeans because you want to buy a pair, and the assistant telling you you need to pay for their top of the line pair first, before you get to shop. Adobe's efforts to monetize everything is creating a

I transferred my fotolia account to adobe stock, the credits are displayed, but my galerie did not move, also my purchased files. What can I do?

My account from Fotolia was transferred to Adobe today.  I had 43 credits under Fotolia but Adobe is only showing 9.  How to I get the missing credits restored to Adobe?

Everytime I have to do a search on the website and try to get a bigger preview, I'm stuck with this :You'd think that I would learn and always look for the very small cross on top right ? Well, usually If I can find what I want inside the CClibs window, I will. So inbetween, i just forget. And EVERYTIME I come back, I click outside of the image to close it. And then on the image. And then on the small cross…

I am frustrated and furious. I was HAPPY with Fotalia. I just was forced to sign up for Adobe Stock, reluctantly, because Adobe is a HUGE machine and lo and behold, exactly what I knew would happen has happened. Are you guys seriously trying to tell me now that I am FORCED to buy Adobe Illustrator to use the images I purchase from Adobe Stock? Because that's not "you'll never notice a difference except everything is better" that you all promised. This is not remotely fair to promise people FULL FUNCTIONALITY and then wait until AFTER you have charged their card to find out that they have to buy a software that costs hundreds of dollars to be able to us what I just bought. Fix this!

I just purchased this image(165653780) and there is banding in the sky.  Not happy, that I have to go in and replace the sky myself.Below image is open in Photoshop at 100%Image: 165653780

Hi,I've licensed image 181422491, and it's very small when I opened it in Photoshop, the size appears to be 3x2cm.Please advise, thank you.Lixin
