In Fotolia, one could choose, "social media", and then you got a light Version of a Picture. With KBs, not MBs.  How do you get light Pictures in Adobe Stock, to be published online?

I've been trying to contact the support chat page but it's always tagged as close. I'm trying to close my subscription to the service however the option seems to be non-existant for my account despite following the instructions. Is there any other way I could contact support directly?Thanks

Dear Adobe,After attempting to use a trial which I was under the impression would end once the 10 images were used, I have been charged multiple times for a service I have not used since my initial download. I have not received notice of what the extra charges were for. I initially thought I was mistakenly billed twice, but when it occurred again and I tried to contact support I was told there was nothing they could do to help besides cancelling my unknown YEARLY subscription to Adobe Stock, which I also am being charged an early termination fee! How can I be charged for something I have never been notified I was enrolled in or have seen any type of billing statement? As a student in the design field I feel like I was taken advantage. Adobe has really damaged my view on their company with these tactics they have used.

The organization I work for recently joined the CC Team, with that we received the 10 free stock images. To my knowledge no one has used them and at this time I cannot redeem them at all. Every time I select an image I am prompted to purchase the licensing. Was the offer only good for so long? If so, is there a way to get that offer back since we never used them?Thanks!

I had four time conversation with consultants on chat and nobody help me. I cancelled my subscription but from 2nd October I haven't money refund for order ADD000055835PL. Four consultant told me I would be refunded but today I havent refund. How can I solve this problem ???

Hi yes having the same issue as well. I've only been charged one month. I canceled my subscription yesterday to avoid being charged any firth. Is it possible for me to receive my money back as well?? I have a subscription to Adobe Stock and used to be able to download images without a problem. But suddenly, today, when I tried to download an image I am asked to licence Illustrator so that I can open the image. What has changed? Thanks for ANY help! Rita

Hi, I have a number of free images with my account package. Can I use these free credits for videos too? or do I have to buy videos?

I accidentally bought the Adobe Stock Plan for one-year. I'm not able to delete it. My credit card on PayPal was expired and i couldn't paid the August invoice. I've tried to change the payment method, but without success. I could see that you charge just 1 euro on the new card I added instead of 36,59. Why? I'll paid for this month but I red in your instruction that in I've done all the payments due, I can stop my one-year subscription. Is it true? Let me know.

Hi there,we're having a similar issue here  - we cannot download ai-images anymore. We're working as team and are using Firefox 61.0.1 (32-Bit) and IE 11.0.75 and windows 10 (Adobe CC 2018). It doesn't work neither in Firefox nor in IE.(We tried everything recommended on this web page: Unable to download Adobe Stock images, but nothing worked)

Hi...my account says it has 40 images available but when I try to download a file it says that my payment failed and that I need to update my payment info. I've done that for the past two days but it still isn't working. Please help! Thanks, Cam

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to download a photo I just bought the license.That's when I can actually download it. Most of the time it simply will take so much time that the download will show an error message.What's going on?

Last night, I have started the free trial and it says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". This morning, I go to my account under Plans and Products to cancel the membership, but it seems like I didn't subscribe for the free trial. I also visit order history to check it but it says "We found no orders placed for your account" (last night the free trial order history was there, this morning it gone already). What I need to do? I want to cancel it, but I can't!  Please help me.(I'm from Korea. Korean didn't speak English too much. So my English may be bad.)Extra information: I used VPN to start the free trial. It is because it says "online licensing is not available in your region".

Hi everyone,I bought 1 year sub and bought around 20 image with it in the first 2 month, 8 month later I came back to use them for my long term project and some of those image had disappear from my bought selection and I can't find them anywhere in the Stock search, event with the reference number. Second question: I downloaded them when I bought them, but can I still use them for my project or did I lost the right to use them ?Everything is on hold for the moment, but I would appreciate an answer.Thank you

I canceled my adobe stock photo account a few months ago but I stilla have a lot of credits in the account.If I enter adobe stock I can see my credits but I cant buy or download anything.Can I still use my credits? anyone have this problem?Thanks
