Hi Adobe,I downloaded some images.I'm noticing that some of them are no longer available on adobe stock website when I search for image IDsIf the image I download today have a ID, will that ID remain unique to the image or can it get changed in future?Can the old ID of one image be assigned as ID to newer image? These are the downloaded image IDs I can no longer search forEg.542118034542118699542118791542118930

Hey guys, I am on an Adobe Enterprise plan with my company which includes unlimited Adobe Stock Downloads. But when I have logged in this morning, it is now asking for payment. I have seen a couple of other forums describing the same thing where Adobe employees have resolved the issue for them.  Example below:Your plan includes unlimited adobe stock downloads... - Adobe Community - 14168302 Please could let me know how to resolve this? Many thanks in advnace

I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 7-day free trial and now I'm signed up to the yearly subscription with monthly pay. Also I have received a message "Your payment is due".I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription to "Adobe Stock" and "Creative Cloud" as well as I have not used the product since the subscription. I'm currently not in a financial position to pay so I really hope to get both of my subscriptions cancelled with no fees.P.S. I'm looking to license a fireplace video, but the crackling sound is crucial. I have been using Adobe images for the past 2 years as a part of my job. I already have an Adobe Software subscription that is supposed to cover all applications. Just three days ago, I downloaded at least 5 free images on the same day. Then suddenly, Today, it says I've reached my limit at 3. This doesn't make sense. There has been no notification, and I'm already paying an Adobe subscription. Why are they suddenly limiting this? Is there a way to fix it? I need to finish a project today, but I can't because I can't download the neccesary image.

If you subscribe can you use / modify stock images or generate ai for print on demand ?all very confusing 

HI, I have subscribed for a free trial of AI but when I've ended my trial, Adobe is still charging me for something I didn't signed up for. Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month. It's bothering me I have to pay for something I didn't even use. please send help, I can't even cancel this subscription since it says it's already due.

I just noticed that I have been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock for three months. I did not buy this nor the free trial I keep reading about.  I want this cancelled.. when I log into adobe there is no record of my card or an account.

I've licensed an Adobe Stock vector (File# 399343242), but thus far, I am unable to remove the black checkered background in Photoshop or Illustrator. Is this file faulty somehow or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, all. I see others have posted similar threads in the past and I'm confused (and frankly, disturbed) as to why this is still occuring. Sidenote: I would share real screenshots but don't want to screenshot these on my company computer. I've attached a photo taken with my phone. no matter what image I'm looking at, I get NSFW videos in "similar in videos". For example, If I'm looking at a stock image of a tree, the suggested videos underneath will be people in bed, women in lingerie, or straight-up softcore p***. This is the case for nearly every single image I look at. Again, I'm on a work computer, so not ideal. SafeSearch is turned on. What prompted this post, however, was the most disturbing. I'm looking at a simple photo of a beach and the suggested videos below are children in bathing suits, children at the doctor lifting up their shirts, and a young girl (of age, I hope?) in lingerie. This is very bizarre.... 

Hello ! I would ike to know if with the extended license, I can use visuals for commercials usages, especially on POS. Or if I need to get another license. Thanks a lot for your help 🙂 

I can't download the images from Adobe stock photo since yesterday 10/22. I have done all I can do, log in and out, clean cache and used different browser. It really make me crazy!

I have been utilizing the free adobe stock library, with downloads, and building libraries for the last two years. Suddenly I have been receiving alerts that I have reached my daily limit after down loading up to three assets or trying to save to library. I have not had this issue before. Downloading and using the free stock assets has been vital to starting my small business and was one of the benefits to having an adobe account alongside my creative cloud access. Is this something new or has something changed in my account?

Our office manager wants to use an Adobe Stock image to decorate a wall in our office. What image licence do I have to use (standard or extended).  Thanks

I am also having this problem, and the answer suggesting it's in the Downloads folder is incorrect.  It did not download to my downloads folder.  I'm surprised there are no useful answers here. 

I have DAT files showing up in my Adobe stock licensed folder? They download that requires them?

Hello.  I wrote a children's book and used licensed  Adobe Stock photos for the cover and throughout the inside of the book as well. This will be used as a Kindle eBook if I can find someone to format and convert the eBook so I can finally publish it. I have an Adobe Enterprise student account where I can use an unlimited amount of licensed stock photos. 1. My question is do I have to have an extended license to use the pictures for the cover and inside of the book, on each of the 19 pages? 2. Or, can I publish it with the membership I currently have? 3. Do I have to credit Adobe for each photo? 4. Or, can I use a blanket credit in an acknowledgment? I have altered the images - color, sharpness, and size. The pictures are used to help tell the story. Thank you. Melissa 

Hello, My question is for an Adobe representative legally allowed to answer licensing questions.I'm trying to clarify the terms of use for a standard license for an asset. From the additional terms pdf updated June of 2017, a standard license asset can be used for the following:https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms(2) digital productions such as websites, mobile advertising, mobile applications, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.)However, the terms as per the website state that an asset under standard license cannot be used prominently in merchandise or products for resale.I want to clarify that under a standard license, an adobe stock image can be used to illustrate a book cover, chapter headings and for other illustrative purposes within the book (i.e. anatomical images that go alongside descriptive text) so long as the sales of the ebook do not exceed 500,000 copies.Is this correct?TIA
