Hello!A legal entity from Australia (Company A), would like to purchase licenses for commercial use and transfer them (using your “Transfer an Adobe product licence” option) to another company – a separate legal entity, based in Serbia (Company B – basically they are subcontractors to Company A). My question is:If the licenses are transferred using the said option, could Company B use them for commercial use, according to your Terms and Conditions and other applicable laws and agreements?

Hello. I accidentally downloaded an image from Adobe Stock that costs 415 plan credits. Literally every other time I've downloaded an asset, it was 1 credit. The button was in the same location, and so I downloaded (from muscle memory).I can't find a clear cut way to just undo this. Can anyone shed some light? Thank you in advance!Image 173798696

Hey everyone. I am a little confused. I would love to use an adobe stock image for commercial use that is listed for editorial use only. Although, it still gives me the option to purchase an extended license. Does this mean that it overwrites the editorial use only and allows me to use it for commercial use, or is the image only allowed to be used for editorial purposes? Thanks

It's been two days now and I'm unable to download images from stock. All my deadlines have had to stall because of this issue. I've been told this would resolve in 24 hours but nothings changing. Is anybody else having the same issue.

The AI generated art I come across when I search through Adobe Stock images is, frankly, garbage quality. Most of the time the tell-tale signs of being computer-generated make the image unusable for what I need it for. Two requests to speed up my workflow: 1. Can it be a requirement that AI generated content is tagged as such? It has happened too often I only notice the image is AI generated AFTER I've download the full sized image and I zoom in.2. Can it be a feature to filter by AI generated content? That way I can choose to not see AI generated content at all? TIA

I am starting a business creating keepsake artwork out of photos of people's horses. To get me started I want to have several samples of what it will look like, using stock photos. I would also like to have the option of selling the samples as prints. If the photo has been altered (overlaid textures, colour balancing, text, etc), am I allowed to sell it with a standard license? Hola, buenos días, estoy intentando darme de baja hace mas de quince dias, y es imposible, no entiendo como podéis complicarnos la vida de esta forma, despues de un periodo de prueba al finalizar los 30 días, ya es imposible, te lleva seguido a pagar si o si. Y YO QUIERO CANCELAR YAAAA, no hay una atencion al cliente a donde dirigirse, ya que todo es automatizado y son preguntas y respuesta tipo, asi que asi sigo... me parece vergonzaso para una marca tan grande.

I signed up for an Adobe Stock Trial and because I couldn't find out how to cancel the Trial simply, I postponed it more and more (because it's annoying and time consuming) and finally I ended up having an unwanted subscritption that I don't even need. But that's not the worst thing of the whole story! I wanted to cancel the subscription (and I was aware that I might have to pay another month more or so), and was really really shocked to find out that the minimum subscription is for ONE year! I am very very disapointed in Adobe. I do expect such malicious behaviour from little unknow companies, but not from a company such as Adobe. And not only that: If I still want to cancel today, I have to pay a Penalty of CHF 160! I can hardly believe that. Is that really Adobe????? I was a huge fan of the Adobe but now I must say they are real gangsters! Why do they need such behaviour? And I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this bad experience, I'm sure a lot of people have tried out Adobe Sto

I started the free 7 days trials. And I have already cancel my subscription immidiately. Why have I still been chargd after one week ?

If I buy assets of Adobe stock for one client, can I use them in more than design for same client? Can I relicensing same assets of Adobe stock for use them with other client?

Hi - I licensed #589194084, which describes itself as an "editable text effect," "100% editable," and "words and fonts can be changed." However, I can find no text objects in the document to edit. Am I missing something, or is this not what it's billed to be? It certainly is an editable AI document, but with no editable text objects, its promises would seem to be empty. Thanks 

Hello, I am a graphic designer. I have a client that is a wholesale distributor that sells many different product lines. I am working on a promotional product flyer for them that will showcase about thirty products. I would like to use a stock photo in the design.  Since my client sells through distribution, the flyer will be distributed to resellers via a customizable PDF. The reseller will then be able to enter their own pricing and contact information and send the pdf flyer out to their end users. The distribution is small, and I do not anticipate the distribution exceeding 500,000 end users (or 100,000, for that matter). The reseller cannot use the PDF as a template for other projects. They can only add their contact info and pass along the PDF to end users.  Would this be considered a template for resale (even though it is not being sold)? Would an extended license be required in this situation? Thanks! 

So I just increased my plan from 40 credits a month to 750 a month because I was in need of more videos. Videos were 6 credits each at my 40 credit a month plan, after increasing to 750 credits the videos went up to 30 credits a video! The same HD videos I had saved to download at 6 credits are now 30. This seems real shady. I tried to ask someone via chat what was going on with that and have now been hung up on 2x. Does anyone have any reasoning behind this?

Hi!I have a regular Adobe CC Abo und used regulary the free Images from Adobe Stock (Not the 10 free trial ones). But now I get an announcement, that my limit for the day is off. I only downloaded three? Since when to the free ones have a limit??  Thanks!

Hello, Out of the thousands of photos of construction workers, almost every one of them have workers with clean vests, hard hats, clothing and gloves. For a more realistic approach, maybe try to find some used ones. Get the models to dirty themselves up a bit. It is so unrealistic to see these "thumbs up" photos with a crew that has clean, white t-shirts on, the women crew with perfectly done hair (almost always down, never pulled up), and freshly whitened smiles. The contractors hate when we use photos like this because it is so fake. If a photographer used more realistic models with some scuffed up hard hats and vests with a little tar on them, they would be so much better. The others are just a waste of time.Sorry for the rant!

I'm recording an audiobook, using a music clip between chapters and scenes. I understand that I can use a standard license if I post it to YouTube. My question is whether I would need an extended license if I uploaded the same audiobook to Amazon's Audible.com audiobook distribution. Thanks.

Every time I get an error messageNo download packs available although there are 3 credits left. Can you please help me and maybe change the period until the credits expire, since I couldn't use them because of the error message? Thank you very much.

why is it, when I search for images using the key word "American" I get almost exclusively "people of color"?I noticed this last year, and it remains true.Adobe has politicized its search algorhytm.

Do I need add credit line for creating video using any assets of Adobe stock  with extended licence) for client ? Or I must add credit line only if I will add audio of Adobe stock in creating video using after effects?As the audio with standard license for individual user.  Do if the client need the video to view on YouTube I need extended licence? AsExtended licence allow more than 5000 views  Do if the client need the video to view on social platforms such as Facebook  I need standard licence? As web and social media platforms are  unlimited views.
