Je viens de constater que adobe me prélève 35,99€ par mois pour un abonnement à Adobe Stock que je n'ai jamais souscris. J'ai mis fin à la période d'essai en temps voulu mais cela n'a visiblement pas été pris en compte. Impossible de mettre fin à l'offre sans payer des frais excessif ! Impossible de trouver le moindre numéro ou email pour contacter le service client. Avez-vous une solution ? je suis désespérée.. 

When I search anything, I receive error page (HHTP server response 500). Tried several browser and computers.Started about some hours ago. Adobe's support unhelpful, just ends two chat conversations without explanation.

Hi all,   I work for a company and have utilized using stock for nearly 2 years now, and it's been very helpful and essential to my work. Things were working fine last week, but since the start of this week it's been acting differently. Previously when I wanted to license an image, I could do so very easily - but now it shows different options for licensing, and gets stuck after I choose one and click "license", and never downloads anything.   It didn't do this before, so I'm unsure if this is something that's changed with the website itself or my account, as it's part of a corporation. I've tried several different things, but nothing has worked. I've turned hardware acceleration on/off, cleared my browser cache, tried another browser, tried incognito mode, restarting. My co-worker, who also works in the same department as me, is also facing this issue under his account with the same company.   Please help!

Hallo zusammen,laut den Nutzungsbedingungen von Adobe Stock dürfen ja Stock-Dateien nicht für Logos genutzt werden.Auf der anderen Seite gibt es aber in Stock viele Dateien, die als "Logo Inspiration" oder "Logo Illustration" benannt sind (Beispiel: 330659408). Eigentlich ist das ja ein Widerspruch in sich.Weiß jemand, in welcher Form und zu welchen Bedingungen diese "Logo-Vorlagen" verwendet werden dürfen?Vielen Dank schon mal

I understand that Adobe Stock files cannot be shared or sold to a third party, and I know that when an Adobe Stock file is used within a book as part of its design, it is permissible to sell the book itself. But what about selling the book's layout to a third party when some of that layout's design was created using RF icons from Adobe Stock?  A book might be sold to a third party (another publisher) so that it could be sold in different countries in different languages. Is it OK to keep those design elements that use RF icons/illustrations from Adobe so long as the individual Adobe files are not shared?   In these situations the stock file is not used alone but has been incorporated into some sort of new illustration or bit of design. Just a couple days ago I had well over 200 credits and could use them to download SBSAR files at the Stock & Marketplace through Creative Cloud Desktop app on Windows 10. Whenever I try to download an asset that's not marked as free, the loading bar very slowly fills up for over 20 minutes, then nothing happenes. THe file is however being marked as "licensed". I've restarted my machine multiple times, the CC app is up to date and so are all of the apps I use. I've had a continuus subscription for well over two years, this is outrageous. And please DON'T link me to your FAQ, it's useless. There's clearly an issue with my account on your part. For once I want to hear from an actual human being that'll fix this issue.

Am I allowed, with a standard license, to use for free any Adobe Stock's preview images as references for drawings/paintings that would eventually be used as portfolio material, to be published online or even to sell? If so, are there any differences in using them, for example, as a reference to a pose or a texture, or to draw/paint the whole image? Or do I need to buy a license?

I downloaded this human chromosome animation (https://stock.adobe.com/.../computer-generated.../120625499) during a 30-day free trial and used it as the banner image on a Google Site I created for a friend. I canceled my plan before the 30 days was up, so I paid nothing for the download. But now that my friend's website is published, does she need to pay a fee for having this animation on her website? If so, where/how would we make this payment?These are the listed costs (if I had not downloaded using free trial) HD 1920 x 1080 px (US$79.99) (Licensed) 4K 3840 x 2160 px (US$199.99)

Hi all,  I have been very silly and started a free trial for adobe stock for university and for some reason have been paying for the last 4 months £47.99! I am only a student and I had no idea I was being charged for so long. I don't know how. I have over 100 credits. Is there a way I can get this refunded? I am very low on income. Please help me. 

I`m paying for Stock but I NEVER hired it.Im been receiving on the last 3 months charge from this app. I`ve just canceled the card where it was charged and canceled that plan. I would like to ask for refund of these 3 months charges.     

Hello! Can someone help me with this error please? I have tried everything. All kind of browser, incognito mode, reset my computer. After two days a still can't buy a standard licence because of that error.

User Isidro is uploading low-quality assets. Coincidentally also ai-generative content. Examples:590722216 - "USA" flag has incorrect number of stars and stripes on it. 588682760 - Another "USA" flag with the incorrect number of stars and stripes on itNot that I think someone couldn't upload assets of USA flags that are stylized with less or more stars and stripes - but these are presenting as photographs with real/correct USA flags and someone could easily license them on accident before realizing it. There's also a bunch of images with anatomy that are clearly ai-generated, but I didn't want to report those because technically they could have used models with birth defects such as polydactyly and symbrachydactyly (although these assets are clearly results of low-quality ai-generative renders).

Does anyone know which licence you'd need to use a stock photo as a 'background' or context for a product image?  I'd like to use a stock photo of a picture frame and greeting card as a mock up of what my posters/cards would look like 'in real life', i.e. framed on a wall, etc.  The stock image would not form any part of the product at all; posters are sold unframed and greeting cards are just cards with my own designs on them.  The stock images are only used on either my website or possibly somewhere like etsy/instagram, and again, the image itself wouldn't be used in the product being sold.Would this need an enhanced licence, or does the standard licence cover it?Many thanks for your help, and sorry if this is repeating lots of other questions asked before!

Hi! We are planning to make an educational product - a kids book - that will be sold by and NGO and the money will be used for its charity activities with mothers and children. The writer is providing the story for free. The publisher will publish the book for free. The illustrations need to be for free as well. Is adobe stock standard license an option in this case?Thank you!

Hey, My Mac is not working at the moment. I have licenced the files that are both avaialable in JPEG and Vector formats (AI/EPS/SVG), but when I press on download - it automatically downlads .AI only...How do I get EPS? Please help me!

I'm trying to download an image from Adobe Stock but keep receiving this error: I have sufficient credit available.  I've checked in 'License History' and it's not showing there. I've tried logging out and back in again - as well as using an incognito window (I've even turned my computer off and on again. Twice). Hallöchen, ich verfasse im Auftrag und kommerziell Lehrhefte für ein Fernlehrinstitut. Kann ich mit der Adobe Standard Lizenz lizenzierte Bilder nutzen, unter dem Aspekt, dass die Weitergabe des Materials an einen Kunde, also das Fernlehrinstitut erlaubt ist? Das Institut gibt dann die Lehrhefte widerum kommerziell an Studierende weiter (nicht über 5000.000). Kann ich die Fotos trotzdem nutzen? Sie sind nicht der Hauptbestandteil der BVeröffentlichung, sie werden zum Teil dem Text beigefügt oder für Grafiken verändert und mit Quellenangaben hinterlegt.Gilt das Fernlehrinstitut als mein Kunde und darf das Lehrheft/mit Bildern von meinem Kunden weiterverkauft werden? Ich hoffe, jemand kennt sich damit aus ;O) LGTina

I'd like to cancel my Stock abo. But everytime I try to, there's no "Next" Button. I can't finish the cancellation. Does anybody know how I fix this problem?
