Can someone please assist with removing a brand in the new vesrsion? I am unbale to remove it.

Hello, with the new Adobe Express change, how do I upload videos to my newsletter? In the past you could upload a video into your projects then you would click share for it to generate a link. Once you would have the link, you could just go into the newsletter and past the link address in once you clicked video. Now, it seems to only accept youtube viedos. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. 

Maybe I am the only one, but what is happened to the express version? I used to be able to go in and tweak and edit designs. Today I was trying to alter text and there is no text box that appears for me to make the changes. I can delete and then add but that defeats the usefulness of this app. It looks like such a dramatic update I will have to relearn everything. It has gone from express to a stop train. Wasting alot of my time. This is relly not good 

I converted a project from the older version to the new version and it is now saying I can't download because it contains paid content in the new version (it was created with entirely free content in the old version!). I am unable to find what portion of the project is now considered paid content in the new version. I have a school account have never had issues downloading my project until this upgrade. Thanks.

I'm about to step away from Adobe and move to Canva. I have YEARS worth of original work that I can't download becuaes of "paid content" issues. I have a paid Adobe Pro account and can't access my own work. This is maddening! I see hundreds of others with the same problem, and zero information from Adobe to resolve the issue. I hate to lose all this work by moving to another platform, but if I can't even access it through Adobe than what am I paying for?! 

I was using Adobe Express (free version) this past year. Over the summer, the new version of Adobe Express came out and I'm not sure how to find/access my previous projects on this new version. Thanks!

A nova atualização do remove background deixou impossivel de mexer! SUPER PESADO! Não melhorou! Só dificultou! E eu utilizo demais esse recurso! Agora não consigo nem mexer sem travar! Coisas que antes fazia super rapido!

I worked on a project starting 8/15 and can no longer access it on 8/16. I kept receiving an alert that changes were made on 8/6, so was not aware that by 8/15, I'd no longer be able to edit my video. It says the video is downloading, but this is not the case.

Can this be answered with a simple YES or NO please without having to read 5 pages of legalese which is very difficult to understand. Thank you

All my designs and fonts are changed and my layouts are not the same. its been changed completely. my saved logos are gone. I basically cannot do anything on the pc beta version of express and its the device i do most of my deigns.

Hi there  I am having issues posting to facebook and instagram. The first week or two of scheudled posts, everything went out just fine. There is no error explanation ie the image size is too small or large, it just loads onto the scheduler successfully then fails to publish when it comes to the date.  please see screenshot attached.  Thanks,Melissa

  Guten Tag liebe Community, vorab ich benutze ein IPhone 13 IOS Version 16.6 und Adobe Express und Photoshop Express fürs Handy. Ich habe das Problem wenn ich mein erstelltes Logo bei Adobe Express "transparent" abspeichern möchte, er dies zwar tut und ich kann es direkt hochladen auf Photoshop Express aber 1 Std später  geht es nicht. Da wird mir dann einfach ein Weißes Viereck gezeigt. am nächsten Tag das selbe, ein Tag funktioniert es und ich kann meine Bilder bearbeiten und mit meinem Logo versehen und dann auf einmal geht überhaupt nix mehr. Woran liegt es ? Der speichert mir es ständig als normales Bild ab, ich speichere mein Logo dann extra auf dem Handy in einem separaten Ordner ab (das was ich zuvor auf Photoshop verwendet hatte) und dann möchte ich ein weiteres Bild bearbeiten und das Transparente auf meinem Smartphone ist auf einmal weg und der Hintergrund auf allen Logos ist weiß ???? Wie kann das funktionieren wenn mein Logo doch schon abgesp

All of my brands and project files are missing from new Express beta version. I can see them in my old Express app, will these be migrated over? Or am I at a total loss?  

At the wrong time, an error has come out in the Adobe Express application that does not allow you to continue working with the project. I tried to launch a window in the Browser, but even there it gets out, restarting did not help. Tell me what is the problem and how to solve it

Even though I got a Premium account, every time I try to upload a new font or change the size of a design (using the Google Chrome Browser on my laptop) there is an information showing up asking me to test Premium. So why doesn't Adobe Express recognize that I already got it?

I am using Adobe Express to post content to Twitter via the content scheduler. Some posts are getting through but others (half) are failing to publish, and I'm seeing the error message "As this technical issue is less common, our team will need to look into this to identify what went wrong."  Does anyone have a workaround? It's working fine for Instagram and Facebook. I also have a second Express account for a different organization and am able to post to Twitter from there without issue. It's just this one connection that seems to be failing. 

The file that ive been working on for the past month is not converting. I can't access it. I only see the "something went wrong, we can't convert your file" window when I clik on the file and that's it. Please let me know how to fix it, im on a really tight schedule.
