I've created a logo with font and an icon from Adobe Express. I've been reading that it is a copyright issue to use anything from Adobe Express to claim as a logo. Am I not allowed to use icons from Adobe? Am I allowed to use a font from Adobe? Am I allowed not use anything at all for a logo?

Hello,I have a question that has probably been asked a million different ways, but I want to be sure I'm using the assets correctly from a licensing perspective. I have a Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB license and I want to know if I'm able to use assets, specifically images, in videos created using Premiere Pro or Premier Rush or even possibly Camtasia.  e.g., I would create a project in Adobe Express add the images (some with Standard License, some with Limited License) and then download the project and use the images to create a video using one of the mentioned video editing tools.  Is this the best place to ask that question? Thank you so much! 🙂

Hello.I've been having problems with Express on Firefox for Mac for a while. A few months back (when it was still Spark Post) I could make and edit projects using the web interface but since the update I haven't. 1. When opening a project it shows a blurry preview, but then it turns white and disappears. 2. While the canvas looks white/empty you can still interact with the elements you placed, yet the design and changes still doesn't show.  What would it be? I've encountered this problem on both regular and incognito mode, even without addons. Using Chrome for Mac works properly. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys! I got a problem in Adobe Express. I just want to separate paragraphs but it's impossible. I'm not sure if I'm to incompetent or if this application is just the opposite of user-friendly. I tried every combination (Shift+space, ctrl+alt+space etc.) but none of them works. Why can't I just press space and then there is SPACE. Why can I only get space between those paragraphs by putting in anything? This makes no sense.  

Hi everyone, I used my free trial for one day and then cancelled it because it wasn't needed anymore. But the app wants to charge me for it even though I cancelled on time What can I do? 

My LinkedIn account refreshed its connection without problems. My FB and Instagram accounts will not refresh. I see a pop-up saying must follow all instructions that follow, but nothing happens past that, no link to open, no addtional step to take. Anyone else (ps the FB and Instagram connections are "active" but expire in a few days). 

Hello!!! Do we know when are we going to be able to have the option to create vertical videos on Adobe Express?? We really love the TIDAL look but it is not useful if you want to adapt to the new 9:16 size that is using TikTok or Instagram Reels. It should be easy for adobe to adapt to this new trend (not trend because it will last forever now...) Thank you 🙂

Hi Can I adapt messages when I plan them for the different social channels?Say I want to post a video on linkedin, facebook, instagram: Can I plan one message and then adapt the text for each channel? And another question: It seems I cannot tag in the posts I am planning?Or do I just don't know how to do this?The Adobe pages about the planner are very very basic.... Thank you!

Every time I try to schedule a story on Instagram, it doesn't go through. When this first happened, I got a warning that it “FAILED”, but now I get nothing. It just stays grayed out in the calendar, as if it's still “SCHEDULED”. I've tested multiple things to figure out the problem, but no luck. I've reset cookies and cache, disconnected and reconnected, still didn't work. Furthermore, I noticed regular Instagram posts go through fine, but if I ever push the "Publish via mobile app" button, neither will go through. If you have any advice on how to get Instagram Stories to work in the Scheduler, let me know.

I love AE and have used it for years but one feature is going to push me away.I search foir a long time to find templates I can use, but there is no way to "bookmark" or save them.  This is horrrendously time consuming. I want to go through templates and save a bunch so I can then go edit them. Instead I have to edit one and then go back to sdearching from scratch again. It is the single most fristrating feature of the program.

I am trying to connect my Insta account to Adobe Express but I got an error "Connection failed"On my Facebook account, I see "You've now linked Adobe Express to Facebook" but on the Adobe Express it's "Connection failed". My Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/olia1911 and my Insta is a bussiness account. It takes me so much time to try figute it out but nothing works. What I suppost to do to fix the problem? 

De uns meses para cá, o Adobe vem apresentando algumas falhas, tudo começou com ele não abrindo, ou abrindo e não carregando nada, ou abrindo e depois não salvando a imagem que estava editando. De ontem dia 24/04/2023 para a data de hoje, dia 25/04/2023, o aplicativo não abre mais, constantemente da erro e fecha sozinho. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente, mas não adianta.

I have 16 main folders.  Of those 16, I am unable to use the drag/drop feature for 10 of them. For the 10 in question, if I drag a project over the folder, I see the black circle with a slash through it, indicating that I can't move the project to that folder.  Instead, I have to select the settings for that project, choose "move" and then select the folder that I want it to move to. For the other 6 main folders, I can drag/drop a project into without a problem. What is causing these 10 to not allow drag/drop?
