I got a new phone and logged into Adobe Express to create a flyer. Couldn't get photos to add so I deleted my app so I could reinstall it. Now all my projects are missing. Help, 

Using express cannot add image - can add text but not pic 

 anyone else having this problem on the app with fonts you've previously downloaded?

Since the IOS Adobe Express APP updated last week,I am missing my uploaded Brand Fonts.I do have them when I use the Adobe Express Website on my PC. I have deleted and reinstalled the Adobe Express App on my iPad.I now have Version 11.8.1 (11473) on my IPad IOS. How can I get my uploaded Brand Fonts back on my IOS Adobe Express APP?Thanks! Richard Hoerning11/22/22

I'm looking at scheduling ahead a bunch of OTD posts for the museum I work for. How far into the future can someone schedule a post? On Nov 23 I tried scheduling a post for Feb 26, 2023 and was unable to get it into the calendar. (It's a fun post where the mayor of the town rails against the evils of saloons in the city). I understand if there is a date limit - but my googling and Adobe help page searching hasn't solved the mystery yet.

I created a Web Page project in Adobe Express and everything seems to work except when I try to view it on a mobile phone, I would get a "Can't Open This Page" error. I tried Google Chrome and Safari browser on the mobile device and it gives me the same error. I already opened a new incognito window, restarted the browser, and cleared the cache: same error. I also restarted the device and still gives the same issue. I don't have issues viewing this on a desktop or laptop browser.

Je ne comprends pas , j essaye de reutiliser mon Adobe express et il me dit que j ai plus de storage mais j ai effacé une vingtaine de projet et je ne peux toujours pas acceder a l app! Comment effacer les donnees synchronisées sue le cloud ???????  I don't understand, my cloud storage is full, I don't want to buy more I wish just to be able to access and erase what I don't want to keep on the cloud which is 80% of it .... How to access to our cloud and erase what we want ?????  

Hi there, I have a student who was working on a video last week but now cannot access their project.  A white screen just appears when they click on it.   Anyone else having this issue?  Is is a computer issue?  A logon issue?  A system issue?  I don't want this student to not be able to submit their project. Thank you!

Hello, I have created links and invited them by email to share our library and brand to a fellow colleague. I did see that they requested access to join but when I click "accept" it's not allowing me to add them and gives me the following message. I and a couple team members have an adobe for enterprise account while the person I'm trying to share it with isn't included in our plan (doesn't have access to all the adobe apps we do) and is currently using the free version and will be signing up for the premium version. Does she need to be added to our enterprise team or is the issue something else? Thanks.   

I cannot seem to get menus when designing a scrolling webpage... they are gone and I cannot change the size of the type. It's probably really obvious but I've wasted a lot of time trying to find this feature. If I open other templates the menus are there...

Hi. Newbie here 👋 I want my images to appear on a white background. I managed - somehow- to do this yesterday, but today I can't figure out how I accomplished that to save my life. I know that I started by selecting just the main image (by long-pressing on the image) in my photo roll. Then 2 options  pop up: copy or share. I shared to Adobe Express. I have been able to export an image with a white background from AE to my photo album, but the background is a small square just barely large enough to contain the image. I need it to export it  with the white background in a 4x3 aspect ratio (1280x960), the standard ratio for horizontal iOS photos. I've tried starting with Blank Canvas > Device > Acpect Ratio 4x3, then Background > Colors > White, which does give me the white background that I want, and it's in the 4x3 aspect ratio. So far so good. But how do I get my image on top of the white background?mind you, I'm using the free Photoshop Express

I've reset my computer, signed out, cleared my cache and I'm still unable to start or access a project. Attached is a screen recording. 

I am experiencing several bugs. When I create a project everything runs smooth. Once i want to use the project in the scheduler, it won´t display the stock photos that I selected. If I then go back to the project it is displayed the the correct shortcut image, but when trying to open that project an error message appears with the text to contact the support. The support link does not lead to any support nor can the link and error description be copied. The usability of that feature is pretty poor. 3 of 4 projects simply wont work at all. Hours of work for nothing. No support to reach, just this forum, Very frustating.

under 'create new project' theres all these different sizes for instagram story etcbefore clicking on them or after clicking, how to see what sizes they are?want to pick size thats close enough but none of these are things i want to make or care about

Guten Tag zusammen, ich habe auf MacOS eigene Vorlagen in Adobe Express erstellt.Aber wie kann ich diese eigenen Vorlagen auf iOS auswählen und verwenden?Ich finde keine Möglkichkeit. Auf MacOS funktioniert es und ist auswählbar, aber eben nicht auf iOS?Bitte um Hilfe, wie die eigenen Vorlagen auch auf iOS abrufen/ verwenden kann. Liebe Grüße, einen angenehmen Tag und g'sund bleiben.Roland

after you picked a size like 'flyer', how to change it to a different size?dont want to have to redo everything that was created again

when you press 'download' on top righthow to name or title image/file?it just auto downloads without letting you pick where, or letting you name the image/file

I have used Spark successfully before but am new to Adobe Express the successor to Spark. I can load a new image and then when choosing the "Design" feature to scroll through various design options, upon choosing a design the entire Design does not come over. See the attachments.The only element of the design that comes over is the color overlay and sometimes if there is a split image that will work but importantly the text box with the unique font and text layout does not come over.I have tried in Safari, Firefox and on iPad and always the same problem.Has anyone experienced this and if so found a solution? 

Hallo,ich würde gerne eine jpg oder png Datei in SVG umwandeln mit Adobe Express. Dabei funktioniert es manchmal gar nicht, oder ich bekomme komische Flecken. Was kann ich tun?
