I work with a team that's creating content for a math curriculum. We've got writers on one team and about 20 artists working on art assets on another team. All the artists have corporate Creative Cloud accounts but the writers don't. I want to be able to share the art assets with the writers so they can incorporate the art into their lessons. I've generated a webpage following these directions that I've shared with the writers but with over a thousand assets and growing, I've not found an efficient way for them to search for an image. Using the typical FIND feature in the browser doesn't work unless the asset you're searching for is visible. So for instance if I do a search for "pear," it'll come back with zero results even though there ARE assets in the library tagged as pear, they're just not on the current screen I'm viewing. I've been trying to download a pdf with 30 slides: https://express.adobe.com/sp/design/post/urn:aaid:sc:US:39cc1d48-4ccb-4e66-aaeb-e16a8a4af16e but it keeps giving me an error message.  I've tried a dozen times.  This is the reason per Adobe Express: Failed to fetch.  Another error I received is this: Error decoding document. Error: Error opening document version 27000;Errors:Required property doc#data not found in [object Object]code: 500requestId: DsoEzluddlpQFZZNxWIvCIqxN4wnRzkY This is the file name: 9 biggest mistakes of working with a financial advisor I just downloaded each PDF individually and attached them all together, but it would be nice if whatever is causing this error could be resolved for the next PDF we extract. Hey everyone, I've got a problem with the fonts I uploaded to Adobe Express on my desktop. Weirdly they are working on desktop and the app on my iPad but not on my cellphone. That's really inconvenient and I hope to find an answer here how to fix this problem. I tried logging in and out of the app multiple times and also deleted the app of my phone. However non of it is working. If I save a project with a font I licensed on my desktop and later want to open in in app from my cellphone, I get the notification the the fonts are not available, even though I have no problem using them on desktop and on my iPad. I hope someone can help me. Kind regards, emily

History unavailable on mobile only Using Adobe Express Android app I can log in & see my latest project only. On my desktop PC all my earlier projects are visible. Tried clearing cache logging in, using incognito but nothing changes

Anyone else experiencing problems with the Android app not recognising your premium subscription? Tried logging out and in again, multiple times. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The moment I try to access a project that I created yesterday on the app, it gives me an error indicating that as a free user, I can't access a premium image in that project. If I access the same project from my Windows desktop app, I can edit it just fine. This is beginning to be quite an annoyance. This only started happening in the last 48 hours.

I'm currently having an issue with the Adobe Express Content Scheduler where the link preview is not pulling through upon publish. In other words, the auto generated link preview is available within the content scheduler but when the post appears on LinkedIn no preview is visible. Any idea why this is occuring? It doesnt happen with any other platform, even with the same links and same post content. Perhaps I need to set a link preview, rather than have one auto generated? Or maybe LinkedIn doesn't like the Bit.Ly links which I am using? If I could have some asisstance with this, that'd be great. I never had this issue with ContentCal.

Hi allive been using adobe express for a couple of years now with a premium subscription with no problems. Using the mobile app almost daily creating instagram content. A couple of days ago my premium features stopped working properly and I can't use any premium content or it works intermittently for a few minutes and then I can't access the same post again. It's driving me nuts. I've checked my account on desktop and it's fine. What is the problem?

Hi everyone, I am paying a monthly instalment but I have this issue in the last 7 days. When I am openong the mobile  app of adobe Express. The mobile app show me a notice that I am a free user and I cannot edit my projects. However, the PC version is fine . Please assist.

How do I print my projects in color?  Everytime I try they just do black and white 🤷‍♂. Thanks Jim Edwards 

I've googled how to do the Cropping of a rectangular profile photo into a "circular crop" and adobe's tool keeps on popping up in the top of the googled results, however once in the Express Adobe account, I see no options to achive that desired circular cropping, I just see different versions of either cropping into a square or different rectangular proportions. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Even if the answer is just to say that this is not offered by adobe, then I can stop trying.

Hi,I wondered if anyone knew how to fix this. When I have an URL in my scheduled post, when it goes like the scheduler is adding HTTP:// infront of it on twitter and facebook making the link not clickable until i remove it.  Or on linked in its changing the URL to be a linked in URL directing them back to my linked in page? 

Had 1 or 2 scheduled posts for FB, Instagram and LinkedIn each day for the last few months. Now every single post is failing. I have checked settings and also disconnected and reconnected accounts but still failing.Any ideas?

When I attempt to add background images to my video presentation, they disappear when I go to preview the video. Likewise, some of the text that I type in shows up on the editing slides but not when I preview the presentation.

I have chatted several times and haven't received an answer. I have used stock photos in Adobe Express, but now I am afraid I am on a trial and will have to pay for them. Can someone please tell me how to access the stock photos within Adobe Express? Where to find them.

I would like to know how to delete a custom font in Adobe Express, so that they don't appear in the "uploaded fonts" section anymore. I uploaded the font by clicking on the "add font" option found when you select your font on the "edit text" menu on Adobe Express. Thanks in advance.

Im currently looking for an option to shift from canva to another app and I thought the best option would be Adobe Express because it's the home of photoshop and illustrator. The expectation was so high. I was expecting AE will be faaar superior the Canva because it is ADOBE! After trying it for a whole week, I was surprised it was sooo bad. The pricing is the same or similar to Canva yet the functionality and features are so few. Right now, it's like 10% of what can Canva do but you priced it similar to it? Are you guys okay? Adobe express is so laggy, safari complaining it's eating too much memory. An art app WITH NO RULERS AND GUIDE! Those are the basic of the basic features. I can't believe as big as Adobe launched an app that's still far from finish and yet priced it so high. The only good thing about this app is you can connect and pull out assets from illustrator, the rest is dissapoint. How about I give you my Canva account, play with it and list all th

We have an Adobe creative suite plan enterprise account, when trying to get Adobe Express app, it gave an "access denied" error message saying "you do not have access to this service, contact your IT adminitrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID".What a bad experience! even if using a free account people should be able to get it for a trial, not to mention we have a creative suite plan. any solution?

I've been using adobe express mainly for social media but every now and then, I like to export a pdf for enhanced work in Illustrator. Today, I found that the color was flat (lower contrast) and cyan/green, as compared to my exported jpgs and pngs (see attached). My workflow typically is on an Apple Ipad and I use a desktop to export the PDF from the Adobe Express (cloud app). Just to mention, I use Dell UP3216Q monitor which is 98% Adobe RGB. Going back and forth between monitors as a reasonable but acceptable contrast difference. According to Photoshop, the source color profile for both files is sRGB. I tried to adjust the color profile in Acrobat and Photoshop to other color profiles P3, Wide Gamut, Adobe RGB, Apple, etc and nothing really comes close. I'll be happy to implement a workaround using the aforementioned apps, but perhaps the backend could be re-checked?Kind Regards, Eric

Hi,I used notifications with the app to post on instagram, after few successful posts I don't receive notifications anymore so I miss all the scheduled posts

I've linked my Facebook profile and the FB Page I manage.  In the initial setup there was an option to chose Facebook Groups to post to; however, it on listed the groups my personal profile is a member of, not the groups I am a member of as my FB Page.   Is there any way to connect these groups and post to them as my Page and not my personal profile?
