I need to understand why images imported into a Spark project have very poor image resolution when previewing on an iPad tablet.I create the Spark project in the creative cloud express desktop application, and use photoshop to format and crop images for import into my the structure. After applying the glideshow effect, I publish the project then copy the link. I preview it on desktop and send the link to preview it on a tablet and phone.  The resolution of images have a reasonable quality on desktop and in horizontal orientation on a phone but are unacceptable when viewing on a tablet (vertical and horizontal) and in vertical on a phone.I'd appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue. 

Hi. I really love the new Creative Cloud Express, but i have a problem with the quality of the exported files.  I have a layer with a PNG in high quality. And a logo also in PNG. In the editor everything looks perfect but when I export to JPG or PNG, it looks terrible. Saw teeth and low quality. In CANVA I use the same assets and it looks sharp. What is the problem? This is the document. 

I want to connect the Content Scheduler to both a LinkedIn personal page AND a LinkedIn business/company page.Is this possible? Or do I really have to pick one or the other?TIA.

Hello Everyone, I designed a promo flyer and when I download the PDF and print, it is not scaled properly. The flyer prints within the standard card stock leaving a huge white border from the card stock. Where is the setting in AE to make it 8.5 x 11 inches please? Thanks!Andy

Hi there I'm very new to this app ! I'm try to create images for greeting cards and poster prints. The quality looks good on my iMac screen but how do you ensure it will be good enough when enlarged ? I tried to order a print but it said the ppi quality was low ? Any help appreciated ! Xx

Not clear about this feature..."drag posts" from where? If you create a post on Express you can schedule it or leave a draft. Is that storing ideas? It sounds as if  you could drag images or Quick Notes as ideas for potential future posts. That would be a useful feature.

Just got a subscription I loved it on the free version but now that I have premium, my brain is suddenly amazed at all the possibilities.

I would like to auto-publish my content on Instagram and Facebook through Adobe Express, but for some reason, Adobe Express thinks I'm logged in on my personal account. In fact, I am logged in at my business account on Instagram and I already switched a couple of times from business to personal to business, to see if that helps.This is what Adobe Express says:You need our mobile app to publish this post on InstagramReason: Instant publishing is not available for personal Instagram profilesWe'll send a notification to your mobile device for you to manually publish this post. Anyone who knows how to fix this problem?

I added a photo in a web page. I want to add text to it in the center, but it will only allow the text box to be flush left (default) or flush right. Is this a setting somewhere? I really want it centered.

To Whom It May Concern,     I have been using Adobe Express for many years, since back when it was still Spark, and I've recently encountered a very disruptive error. Whenever I try to access some of my projects, I hit a paywall. The prompt states that "This project has custom brand elements. To edit, I'll need an Adobe Express subscription". I've seen other users post similar issues from a few months back, but it doesn't seem as if anything has been resolved. Can I please get an update on what is causing this issue, when it is expected to be fixed, and what kind of workarounds exist so that I can access my projects? As it stands, I've been cut off from several projects that I was actively working on/using, and the error is now disrupting my work flow pretty significantly. I hate imagining that Adobe would erect paywalls with no warning and cut users off from their work deliberately. -William

Hi All, My Project Folders are only showing 16 items. If I add any more, they are still in the folder, but do not show. Any thoughts on why this is? As a previous Canva user, I love some of the features of Adobe Express, but others are very frustrating. Here is a list of my top 3 issues and if anyone has any answers to these issues, let me know: 1. No ability to download multiple projects2. Projects can have only one page3. You can't move multiple projects at a time into another folder unless it is a sub folder

How can I change text in a template from all caps to sentence case, or edit the style.

So this bug happens once every couple edits to the selected text. Sometimes whenever I resize the text box after editing the text, the letter spacing becomes weird (1st photo) and the highlights disappear. It is easily fixed by going to the letter spacing setting and setting the value to something other than 0 and then putting it back to 0. Once I do that, it returns to normal (2nd photo). It is quite annoying however and it's a re-occuring bug that doesn't seem to go away. Any help?

I've been using Adobe Express' online Remove Background feature succesfully but as of today the "Customize" and "Download" button are one in the same. Both takling me to customization instead of just downloading the image when clicking the "Download" button. Is there a fix?

how do I find technical support for the Adobe Express product? I don't see any help buttons or chat in the product. Here is my issue...I get the following message since Friday of last week for all my Instagram posts I'm trying to share via the scheduler....."As this technical issue is less common, our team will need to look into this to identify what went wrong."Since Friday of last week, no posts have successfully been posted through the scheduler, and this error shows on each post.   Yet I do not hear from adobe tech support in regard....  Please advise.Thank you,Rick  

Hello, I've been using a 3rd party platform to schedule social media content for 4 companies with 3 social accounts each. With the new update to Adobe Express Social Scheduling, I wanted to know1) If there is a limit to how many social accounts can be linked.2) If the only social channels connected to the Adobe Express Scheduler is Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. All information is helpful. I've been experiencing weird bugs exporting videos with animation. Letters are missing in the final product, the colors don't exactly match in the exported file vs. preview, the animation is glitchy and not smooth, and Shape color effects change themselves to black. 

when i download the photo after editing it is blurry and can't see anything

I've got about 100 Adobe Spark videos on my website all published, but the links (previously working fine) have all just stopped working! In a panic as it is really messing up the website and I'm not sure what has happened! Any suggestions? My son has recently signed up to Adobe express education. He uses an iPad an unlike his mates using PCs who can hit the + button and select the 'webpage' template, he cannot select this function from an iPad. What are we missing? 

Hi,I'd like to post 2 post on instagram each containing:Post 1: Picture one + left part of picture 2Post 2: Right part of picture 2.(of course...there could be 5 pictures spreaded over 5 post...)Something like a caroussel with post-overlap.I've tried the print module of Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC with no luck.
