Hallo, kann man die Vorlagen, die man mit CC-Express (gekauftes Abo) verändert hat, öffentlich nutzen? Z.B. für Unterrichtsmaterial, das im Internet zu finden ist? Im Hintergrund sind ja Bilder, bei denen nicht ersichtlich ist, ob diese nutzbar sind. Ich freue mich auf die Antworten. Herzliche Grüße

What I'd like to do is to combine official iPhone bezel psd file and my app's screenshots.  I'm totally new with Adobe product and have no design background so just wondering if I'm able to craft images like those on this link. Hallo!Kann mir mal jemand erklären, wieso ADobe immer mal wieder  meine Zahlungsdaten nicht erkennt, obwohl die absolut korrekt sind und nicht verändert wurden? Für InCopy wurde erfolgreich abgebucht, für InDesign  aber nicht. Und dann einfach das Abo storniert. Was ist das denn für ein Mist? Hat jemand die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht? Gruss - Angela 

Hi there, I'm having trouble adding this Serifa-Light font to my Adobe Creative Cloud Express library. When using the font in a project it looks much thicker (bolder) than the original font. What can I do to correct this? Kind regards, Pieter

I completed a project that required a lot of changing text colors and alignments. I was able to download the JPEG and PNG (not the PDF?), then when I came to reopen the project it had saved an old version, requiring me to redesign the whole thing. I know for complicated projects it's best to just do it in InDesign, but this made it so much easier! Maybe it's just a bug fix? Thanks.

I have been creating social media content using CC Express (Spark) for years for my employer. The brand and all of the projects we use on CC Express were created long before Adobe's switch to company and personal profiles. All of the content created is now in my personal profile, and I would like to move it to my company profile. I can transfer projects by sharing the link to a project, but since they are branded, I need to be able to transfer the brand as well. Sharing the brand is not possible, since CC Express tells me I can't share the brand with myself. I tried sharing a link to the brand, but requests to accept the company profile's access to the brand are not coming through. Even if I somehow successfully manage to gain access to the brand via my company profile, I won't be able to make any changes to the brand from said profile, because my personal profile is the brand owner.Is there really no way to transfer brand ownership from one profile to another (or, for that matter, fro

I have two old projects for school from about a year ago that used to work fine, but now the audio is problematic. It starts fine, then there's a gap with no audio and when the audio comes back in it doesn't match the video and there are times when two voices overlap.

Apparemment ce service est payant et néanmoins j'y ai accès avec les contenus premium sans même avoir déboursé un centime et pour autant, je n'ai que la formule étudiante à 19,50€ par mois. Pouvez-vous me dire si cela est normal car je ne comprends pas que je puisse avoir accès aux contenus premium et je n'ai pas envie de me faire débiter par surprise. I exprince that the cover image is not showing when sharing to facebook, when I create a web page with more elements. As long as I only have 2-3 elements (header image, some text and a image gallery), it wokrs and a typical clickable image shows in the Facebook post. Adding more, you only get a grey field like this:   Yes, I have compressed the images, well below 1 MB image size, and it is by adding an extra field (a third or fourth) it becomes useless for sharing.  Also some of the themes even if just adding 1 image, give the same result, no cover image on Facebook, only a grey field.  I even had one hour chat support with my, trying different test pages, and it all ended with the same results. So what to do? If sharing a simople one pager on FB can onle be done with a link and no image post, it is useless for my purposes.  

Hi. I'm new to Creative Express. I'm using it for collages/scrapbooking. I come from an InDesign background, but want something I can use on an ipad or phone.I have a couple of questions regarding creating, editing, and changing cells.Firstly - Is there any logic to what cells take over the space when you delete a cell? Say you have 4 cells in a grid, and delete one - is there any way to guide the apps choice as to which one it extends into the deleted space? Secondly, is there any logic to whether a new cell is created when you add a photo to the background? Sometimes it creates an entirely new cell and sometimes it slots the photo in the cell that it's covering)

When will Android mobile phones be able to create / design / upload videos iin CCE? 

Working with a team, we created a fabulous glide show.  Unknowingly a picture got put in as a thumbnail and will not show when published.  We are wondering how to replace the picture without losing all the writing we have done.  There seems to not be an option to replace the picture.  Please advise.

Olá!Já tem alguns dias que eu não consigo mais abrir os meus projetos no Express Adobe pelo meu notebook. Escolho o projeto, clico nele, mas o mesmo fica em looping eterno e não abre para eu poder atualizá-lo (veja a imagem).Alguém sabe a solução para isso?Grato.  

Is it possible to restore a previous version of my Creative Cloud Express presentation? I created a photography project a few weeks ago using the presentation format on Creative Cloud Express. For the next project, instead of creating a new presentation, I edited over my previous project.  However, a reason for me to access my previous project has come up, except that project has unfortunately been edited over. The undo function on Creative Cloud Express only works for the edits made during that session, and because I exited out of the tab since editing the presentation I am unable to restore my previous project. Is there a place where the revision history of a Creative Cloud Presentation is recorded and saved? I would greatly appreciated any kind of help.

Really not clear if it is....?

We've been really loving Spark and now all of a sudden I'm experiencing a lot of bugs:- Text color picker not working when an image is in the background. It kept kicking me out of the project, returning me to my home page, and then reopening the project.- Resize button stopped working. Keeps opening the brand panel. Dang, now I guess I got to recreate a new size from scratch since I've not found a workaround for this one yet.

In Spark it was easy to add content at the bottom of your page so that viewers could scroll down.  How do you do this in CCExpress?  Or is it less functional than Spark?
