Hello There, I'm using Adobe Express (spark post) and also using free standard license royalty-free images for our blog. My question am I allowed to use those free images in our blog? I do read about the license terms, seems like for web assets (webpages and all) I can use those, but not for resale.  So I want to get confirmation on that, anyone helps me to direct here? Thanks much!

Hi.  I can't seem to upload any video files to my projects.  CCE keeps telling me the files are unsupported.I have used their own converter to create CCE compatible MP4 files but they are still not uploading.Is there something I am missing?

Habe heute eine Nachricht bekommen, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich von Premium auf Starter-Version von Creative Cloud Express "zurück gestuft" werden. Abo-Preis wird allerdings nicht geringer. Was bedeuted das für z.B. die Anwendung von Photoshop und die Tools? 

I have a premium subscriptin to the Creative Cloud Express and have created a brand, templates and a library for my client who is also a premium subscription member as well. She is not receiving the notifications to share assets. Help! I'm so frustrated that I can't just speak to a human being!  Thanks, Kelly 

Dear Support team, When I duplicate a text box with a certain font that should be duplicated, the duplicate text box appears to have the same font displayed on the right, however, the appearance of the font changes and is not the same. This problem only occurs with text. Everything else duplicates just fine. Also, I would love it if you could add the popular command to copy and paste( Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V). Also, I am a windows user and am using the Chrome browser if that helps. Please fix this soon as I need this to work for an assignment I need to complete. I hope this explains my issue well enough and if you have any questions or need me to clarify anything in this post. I'm sleep deprived. Instead of making a duplicate before editing. I deleted a photo, then republished the link.   Except. I didn't delete a photo. I had deleted a photo group... about 40 photos... before I republished the link.   Are those old photos somewhere in my adobe account somewhere to recover still? I've been using this same page for a syllabus reference for several years, and I didn't keep the original photos.

I'm working in Safari 15.1 on a Mac M1 Mini with macOS Monterey 12.0.1.I'm trying to relpace the background layer on a project and I continually get, "Oops, something went wrong."Here are the steps:Select the background layerIn the right-hand panel, click on the "Choose Image" buttonIn the left hand panel, click on Backgrounds -> Chromatic -> SolidSelect the image I want to use The background layer is replaced by the image I selected.  After a second or two, it errors out wth this: 

I suddenly can't login to my Creative Cloud Express classroom nor can I login to my admin account.  It worked yesterday.  We have the free version for Education K-12. I've tried two different computers and two different browser.  When I try to login to the admin account it tells me "You don't seem to have access....see your administrator".  I am the administrator.  When I try to login to my Classroom, it signs me in with a personal account (blue profile pic, and no classroom).  I have assignments to grade and need help.  Thanks

Can sometime tell me how I can get more details on the views on a video I created in Crative Cloud Express? The overall views is listed but appears to be greyed out. Other programs allow me to dive deeper into these metrics, so I can see views by day, IP address, etc.

A Spark Page has a cover image. When you pasted a Page link in to Facebook, it used to generate a beautiful link featuring the cover image. This feature no longer seems to work and I can't work out why. Posts now just look like a bland link in Facebook.  Any help much appreciated. Thank you.  Attached a photo to show the issue. A few years ago, the link used to feature the cover photo.  Can we get this feature back?  

Hi, I'm a teacher and I use lots of Spark/Express pages in our online learning system. (moodle)I embed them in a page and sometimes they appear with a "read more" button to prompt the students to click, but at other times it just shows a static image. Students don't realise that they can click the image to open the web page.Is there a way I can ensure that the "read more" button appears when I embed the page? 

There is a typo on one of the templates in Adobe CC Express, and it should be corrected or removed. Instead of "your in my life" it should read "you're in my life." Things that are published should be spelled correctly.https://express.adobe.com/post/4Xn0VLZK6V9Im Thanks. 

I'm trying to upload a video from my hard drive to the video generator in Creative Cloud Express (previously Adobe Spark Video) and I keep getting told that it's san unsupported file type even though it's an mp4.  I tried uploading it using https://express.adobe.com/tools/convert-to-mp4, converting it, downloading it to my hard-drive and re-uploading it to creative cloud express, but that didn't work either.  Any suggestions on what I should do?

Once I choose a design I like in Express how can I download and use assets in Illustrator and XD?

Hello professionals, on my desktop I create a new project and move it to a existing (or new created) folder.If I dublicate this project, the dublicated project is in the same folder.That's fine.But not if I do the same with the iPhone App "CC Express". In the mobile version of CC Express there are no folders visible and I cannot move projects to exisiting folders.Please give a support, how to do that with the mobile App "CC Express".Thank you in advance for your constructive suppport.🙏

It seems like the only way to get the Glideshow feature is to start with a web page. In the web project it seems like I cannot change sizes and color of text; when i add a logo below text in a box i cannot size it--it can only be as wide as the text line, it seems very limited. Am I missing something?

Depuis j'ai re-téléchargé creative cloud et je n'ai plus accès à toutes le applications... Je dois les acheter ?? je ne comprends pas...

Has anyone else run into this problem? I'm not very sure whats going on since I don't have a slow internet connection and its been happening frequently. As you all know Creative Cloud saves as you work but many times (for me) it will completely freeze at saving and even though I can keep working on my project it just wont save. When I go to download my project it will download what the project looked like in the beginning, not after I've spent my time on it.  I'm curious as to know if anyone else is running into this issue. I run on a iMac and use the safari web browser. Everything else loads quickly so its not my internet I am sure of.
