Questions

I am trying to add this icon to my image, but as you can see, although the icon has been added, it is not visible.  I have deleted and added it many times; changed the color and transparency; logged out and in; tried an incognito window.  I can add any icon other than this one (or another icon I chose that might do).  I had this same problem on Sunday (on a different computer at a different location), but somehow it eventually showed up.Any advice?

When trying to import a video clip in mp4 format (to the video creator), I get the error below. Back in Spark days, if I got this code, I would just try re-uploading the same clip, and the problem solved itself. However, even when I do this multiple times, and even when I "convert" my mp4 to mp4 again within CC Express, I still get this, no matter the file size. I've tried logging out and back in again, restarting and updating my computer, etc.

If I could scedual my posts it would change my life! Can we do this? or is there an app that you recommend to connect together or use.Thanks for your help I love CC Express! I love it so much, I was a professional old school/newschool graphic designer for 23+ years and I was an Adobe collage prof 2006-2008 until my business went full time. So I love how easy it is to design its a dream (I hate how easy it is at the same time I went to school for 5 years to do this!). I'm using it design stuff for my self launching a speaking business, after some heath stuff... and a stroke delete all my English, #mightymel and now need easy quick thing.run a bussiness.cheers

Is it possible to anmimate a single photo? In my layout all 3 images are animated at once, althoough I only want to animate one single image. If I first choose a picture, I have no possibility to animate it. Thank you. 

Title says everything. I've shared a template via a library and when opened on the IOS version of CCExpress the font is not recognised and replaced with a default font. On web version it works with no problem.What could be the problem?

Dag,Ik maak een nieuwsbrief  in AdobeSpark. Wanneer ik de link verstuur, blijkt dat bij sommige lezers er vreemde woorden in de tekst komen te staan die niet in de orginele versie staan. Bij controle van de link zie ik deze woorden niet staan.Hoe kan dat? 

I'm a high school digital media teacher and my students have been using Adobe Spark for the last few years to created Learning Journals and portfolios of their work. Recently after the conversion to Creative Cloud Express, none of their images are appearing on their portfolios...the text and layouts show up but all images are gone. Can someone suggest a solution for this? They have put a ton of work into creating these pages and I'm not going to ask them to rebuild them from scratch because of a branding change-over. I'm hoping there is a way to restore them to their previous state under Spark. Thank you!

Hi all, I have one question regarding shared presentations on Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Spark). I created a presentation on my private account and shared it with my business account but I can only update the link to it from my private account. Is there a possibility how both accounts can update the link? If not, is there a possibility how the link can be transfered to a new presentation I created with my business account? And what happens if I deactivate my private account? Is it still possible to apply changes after the originator doesn't excist anymore? In my case I have a presentation I already shared with clients and I need to keep this exact link (so I don't need to send our clients a new link) but I want to apply changes and update the link from my business account so I don't need to touch my private account at all. Thank you so much for your help on this very special matter! All the best, Adriana

I've spent the last hour trying to use this web-based software and have concluded that it simply does not function. If any one has actually used this softwarer for the practival purpose of creating a simple Facebook post, I've be grateful to know. Otherwise I'm moving on! My (time-consuming) experience so far:> I finally found a "blank" Facebook post in the marketing materials (it is not available by a search within the software, which only has pre-made posts) but it does not allow any design work beyond my first step which was to add some text...> I created text and then cannot manipulate it whatsoever.> I wanted to add a phot but the photos I uploaded in a prior atempt at a project are only available on a separate tab, not accessible in this new project >> there seems to be no way to create a Library of these photos to make them accessibleHas anyone had any success making this software function for a simple design project of a Facebook post?Alternatively I HAVE ma

This happened over the last two weeks (Jan 15-25)Myself and several students found that content was not saving and projects were being lost. In my case I had created an Express post and published it. Later, I remixed it, published it as a link and downloaded it. On returning the remixed version had been lost and it had reverted to the original version of the file. I did notice that the UPDATE LINK dialogue box failed to appear on a few occasions. I was wondering if this was just a server side glitch that had occurred during this period or if this is a problem that others are expriencing.Directly below is the original content (still showing in my project) and the version at the very bottom is the updated content that I had published as a link and downloaded yet it reverted back to the original content.

Has anyone else seen this (Firefox)? When you are signed in with your Adobe CC account, open a new page for CCExpress. The landing page doesn't recognize that you already have an account - despite showing that you are signed in (upper right corner).   Is this something unique to Firefox? or Is this the landing page for everyone? I know that Firefox browser has had other troubles with ACS. It should take you immediately to your Home or (better) Projects page.

Is it possible to animate just one word of text instead of having all text animated? For instance, I'd like to have the word "free" animated but the rest of the text static.

How do i stop express adding ccexpress to the filename when converting from png to jpg?

Buenos días,Cuando visualizo mis sitios web creados en Creative Cloud Express en el navegador Chrome del celular móvil, me doy cuenta que han cambiado algunas palabras de los contenidos automaticamente. Por ejemplo, si el texto original dice la palabra "trabajadores" me cambia la palabra a "beneficios".Cabe aclarar que esto no pasa si veo los sitios web desde el computador, me los deja tal cual los cree, solo me paso cuando los veo desde el celular. Agradezco su ayuda a este problema tan molesto que no he podido solucionar ni hablando con soporte.

Does someone know how to move photos from "Your files" to "Your libraries" on Creative Cloud to make them visible on my phone Photoshop app? Yes I do realise how basic that is, I'm a bigger and I'm stuck. Also does anyone know if there is a training I could do on Creative Cloud please? Any help will be greatly appreciated. so i can download immages off the tinerweb that have been edited and created in photoshop, but when i try to edit them myself they wont upload afterward, even if i changwe to the file to jpg or pdf or anything it still wont upload. the photos i save from the internet will upload fine, but once thye pass thre photoshop they no longer are able to upload. Thanks
