I've recently discovered Adobe Express, and it has been a total game changer when it comes to social media content creation. The UI is user friendly, it has a lot of useful features to create more engaging posts, and the integration across all Adobe software makes my life so much easier. However, there is one glaring issue that I have been struggling with, and that's the fact that Express only uses sRGB. I work with a lot of licensed brands, and I need to use their brand colors to keep consistency. Express has made this fustratingly impossible. The vast majority of assets from these licensors are coded in CMYK, and no matter how many ways I try it (such as adding the logos and assets to my library, changing the color profiles in the document, exporting as a png, etc.) I always get a color mismatch, usually resulting in a duller and darker color than what was intended. Hello, I am trying to finish a project for my school assignment and I keep getting the 403 error message stating that I used unauterized content. However, every picture that I used was allowed under the free account. I still can't publish my webpage and this is worth 10% of my grade. I have been dealing with this since for about 3 days and my deadline was yesterday. Please assist me on what I should do. Thank you.

I am a Premium Member, in good standing, but when I go to the "Text" tab and choose a premium text template, it does not load the template.  If I hover over the crown in the lower-right corner of the template preview, it shows "You have access". If I click on a template that is not Premium, it loads just fine. If I go to "Photos" and select a Premium photo, the photo loads just fine.  So I am certain that this is not an issue with my Premium Membership. Any ideas why I can't use the Premium text templates?

Please, please, PLEASE, put a scroll bar on the bottom of the page. I'm being driven insane while working on my projects, not being able to go from left to right. Then, when I download pages, I can not easily see the pages I've selected to download and this is frustrating.

I know that this has been discussed several times over the last year or so, myself included in making a related post. But again, why is the Express team so obsessed with hiding everything behind menus? Here are the new examples in this latest update.Background ColorAccessing the background color of the page is now in the "Edit Page" menu that opens in the sidebar, instead of easily at the top of the page. Accessing the page background is also not accessible now if you have an element selected, so you must also first deselect anything. Renaming FilesRenaming a file can no longer be done from the black bar at the top, and now must be done by clicking "File" and then the edit pencil. You used to be able to simply click in the top of the screen and type. I have tried on multiple browsers with and without VPN, but I cannot get the Icon search to work.  It keeps giving me an error 'Sorry, we didn't find anything! No results for "whatever I search for, feather, ball, etc..." in Icons...'

I click on the AI agent button at the top of the page and I get a 404 error message. That's very frustrating but also pretty embarrassing for Adobe. They put something up that gives users an error message? Wow. 

Hi there, I recently designed a booklet with 3 x QR codes in it. I did this via the QR code generator section. I was delighted to see these are dynamic and I can see all my previous QR codes and edit them etc.  Today I've logged on and that whole feature has vanished. No more history available. I can't access previous QR codes or change the dynamic link. This is a massive issue for me as a booklet has already gone to print and needs a link edited. Can anyone tell me what the heck has happened and will I be able to get my QRs back? This is a disaster if the feature has just been removed over night.  Thanks.

Hello dear Community,  I have a question regarding a video I uploaded into adobe Express, that I embedded into an Adobe Express Website. The video itself is a little over seven minutes long, however, embedded into the website it cuts off at the five minute mark. Is there a way to go around this? Thanks a lot for your help!

There were some old posts on copying and pasting. I was among those frustrated with having stylized text on to need to copy and paste in different words. I was this many days old when I found that if instead of using the quick keyboard shortcut for paste, if you click the three dots, there is now an option to "Paste and Match Style"!It is a game changer for Templates and those of us that do not design in any structured way whatsoever and need to copy and paste a lot of text after everything is pleasing to the eye.I needed to replace not just the Header but also the image's caption. Being able to design a page, duplicate and then just paste from the spreadsheet and NOT lost my style settings is just a yummy thing! P.S. If you already knew this, why didn't you tell me 😂

1) This has happened a few times. I create an image in Firefly Vid and then attempt to upload the file into Express: 1:1 post for Instagram.2) Putting into a different project: same result "Unable to Upload the File".The work around has been to resize the image.   ThanksNate

Hi there!!  I am a new homeschool educator and I would very much like to take advantage of the free K-12 Adobe Classrooms and its incredible resources!  I DO have a homeschool name and a seperate email address solely for its' purposes.  Couldn't find any info if that is something that IS available, and if it isn't I would love to hear from an Adobe representative about possibly working this out 😉THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP ON THIS MATTER!

hello, is there no way to stretch an image in adobe express? i've looked everywhere and can't find a way to do it. canva can do it, google slides can do it, is there really no way to do it in adobe express?? please help i am very confused 😞 

When attempting to use the remove object function, the app glitches and resets to the original image without giving me the opportunity to select any of the options for the removed image. This also deducts my generative credits. I lost four credits this morning dealing with this app issue and still unable to use the remove object function. I use the app on my iPhone14. App is fully updated and has been restarted several times. Issue persists.

Hello, I am new in Adobe Express. I uploaded some videos that I took in my Iphone in HRD, and some of them they appear blurry.How can I fix this? thanks

Just to set things straight, I'm using a 6th gen iPad Pro with full ram (16gb), so any issues can't be blamed on "get new hardware, man" issues. So, a number of basic things just start timing out and not working. For example I copy a text object from another Express file, then paste it into a new file, and the text doesn't show on the artwork, or in the time line. But it's in the file as a layer. Various other edits also will just start not showing on the screen. I've learned that at this point I have to do the the 1990s trick of quitting the app and restarting. And eventually the performance issues start happening again. Then I have to do the early-90s trick of quitting and restarting the whole computer (iPad in this case). I love blaming this on the big guy, Adobe, cause they have the power to fix these things. Can you make an app that can perform on the iPad please?

Hi Adobe, Just a few little things I wish Adobe would improve in Express. 1. More animation, like bouncing objects etc 2. More text animation, as I feel there is so much more we could create if this was improved. 3. More Transition effects for video’s, this would mean more templates with easy drag and drop integration. I love this programme and use it all the time for promotions and social media, just think it would take creation to another level if the added more features. Anthony
