i have a few access rwquests. but whenever i try to accept them, it would say "something went wrong, pease try again" what do i do?

i'm new here, so i just had a question. do i have to be a employer to use adobe?

I'm attempting to edit different jpg images I'm downloading from my company's brand library, but for each photo I pull in I can't edit the image in any way (remove background, erase, etc.). Each photo I download is accompanied with a red exclamantion icon or a cloud icon on the image, both of which mean certain things and are preventing me from further editing the images the way I want.Can someone help me understand what each icon means and any tips I can do to circumvent these issues so I can actually edit my images?

I don't know why you guys are only downloading to crdownload now and not mp4 but it doesn't work so I'm not using Adobe anymore. 

I swear it used to be possible to edit the curve of arched or bowed text so it could be a more gentle or more extreme curve. I can't find the option to edit it anywhere now - all I can find is letter spacing.  Please someone put me out of my misery! I've tried both desktop and app.

I love Adobe Express, the mobile app especially. I made a 4 minute video on the PC app and it will not download no matter where I try to send it, download, dropbox, google drive, etc. etc.  Help! hahah

New user and signed in for first time undecided about upgrading or using other programs instead. Unfamiliar with the entirety of adobe software and it's abilities and the limitations of this app- so I just went back to start exploring home page. I was wanting to learn how this app can benefit my work best and so I tried to find my profile settings. I selected my account menu tab in top right corner of the page with an animated picture inside a standard profile image circle. Note: this does not have a label indicating its a menu, I happened upon it. Inside my account tab  under the name and above the title link options listed; there is a box with a notice indicating 10 credits available to me.under that is a  prompt to click a link stating "learn how credits work". With not understanding what that means to me, I attempted to follow the prompt to learn. However, this link leads me to 404 error code with "page not found" message as shown in my

Hallo in die Gruppe, Aktuell habe ich Probleme das animierte/videos Reels bzw Storys die über den Zeitplan terminiert sind seid Freitag nicht mehr gepostet werden. Reine Bilder funktionieren aber.Bei animierten posta komm aktuell immer fehlgeschlagen.Geht es nur mir so oder ist das ein umgänglich Problem??? Danke für eure Hilfe

I find that my file sizes are way too large for the AI generated clips to be uploaded to be turned into clips.  I stream at 1080 to YouTube and Twitch and the downloaded files that I wish to turn into clips are way too big for the application.  I am sure that I am not the only one that has this issue because it turn this great application to useless for my needs.

Please make the rights of Templates more granular (at the moment it is just editing and comments) inside projects. We are a large news organisation using templates to distribute Social Media posts to be translated, with multiple people creating posts that others can use. The current setup is leading to a big mess as everybody has rights to change everybody elses templates. 

The AI does not know what a platypus is. Or how to do an image as a simple cartoon. Or how to use the colors that I requested. I don't know what the AI does, but I am not impressed and will be going elsewhere.

Hallo, ich hoffe, dass mir jemand zu diesen Thema helfen kann. Ich habe die Premium Version von Adobe Express und veröffentliche kleinere Videos auf Youtube mit Adobe Music Track. Bei einigen Songs / Titeln, die ich mir aussuche ist ein eindeutiger ID-Code für den Content:z.B. ASLC-3073C754-CD44E474F1. Diese Songs mit so einen ID Code nutze ich problemlos bei Youtube.Jetzt gibt es da aber noch viele andere Titel / Songs, die ich gerne nutzen würde. Die haben aber nur eine sogenannte: Asset-ID-Nr.: 1030253945 und keinen eindeutigen ID Code. .... Jetzt meine Frage: Kann ich diese Asset ID auch bei Youtube nutzen. Ich bin mir da sehr unsicher und würde mich sehr über eine Rückmeldung freuen. Ganz liebe Grüße Anna

Would love the ability to select multiple rectangle shapes or text boxes, and adjust the width or height of them all together. Google Slides has this feature, as does Canva of course, Figma, etc. Would save me a lot of time when adjusting layouts. Screenshot shows Express vs Canva functionality. Thanks!!

Can I use free plan of adobe express with their free elements (not marked with crown) to offer freelance services such as youtube thumnail designer and social media post designer etc? I am poor and that's why I can't pay for premium account. I don't want to get into any trouble. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Am I able to convert a youtube video to mp4 to save on a flash drive using the free version of Adobe Express?

I've updated the title of my adobe express landing page but the previous name still shows up. I fee like I might be missing something but when I go in to edit, it's updated everywhere. I republish to save the changes, etc. When I post the link to social media, the bottom of the thumbnail still has the old text. Anyone have any ideas? It should say "Fall Season coming September 15th" but still has previous info about a "Spring Season Starts in March". I can't figure out how to fix it and how it shows up on social media. 

Is anyone else frustrated and inconvenienced by this update to Express? Instead of jumping into my workflow I must spend time moving template files  here and there?  Do it or lose it, I guess. This is what Premium means. Premium interruption.

This new version of adobe express on iOS is horrible. Can't get anything done. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling membership and switching to something else. 

Adobe Express Animated Characters Internal Server Error 

I cannot load any of my files. I was editing on Adobe Express and then my computer died and now I cant access any of my previous files. It just loads and loads and then says "soemthing went wrong, please refresh Adobe Express". Eveyrhting else on express is working, it allows me to create new but not open what I was working on. I tried from multiple devices and it still isnt working :(((((
