Hello,I need to use the AI Assistant mode in Adobe Express and have premium membership, however the AI Assistant toggle is not visible on the homescreen. I am not sure why, or how to get it to show up. I have attached a screen shot.

Hello Team, I have tried on several attempts to connect my Facebook and Instagram account in Adobe Express and I keep receiving the message "Connection Failed"

New to Adobe Express, but longtime user of Photoshop and InDesign.Mac OS 15.6.1. Chrome 151.0.7922.77. I created two 24” x 36” posters using the same Adobe Express template. I changed pretty much everything in the design but the background. This is an amazing product – smart and fast.But.When I download the PDFs, some of the background is missing.When I test by downloading as PNGs, the background is correct.I need the PDF format to make these big prints.Can someone help? Thanks.(I can’t post images here for privacy reasons.)

All my credits used up. 250 to just create one video . Its clearly given one credit for one generation

I'm helping with a small nonprofit website and I'm trying to keep the design simple rather than making it look like a typical corporate website. The main challenge is presenting information such as services, community programs, impact stories, and ways people can get involved without overwhelming visitors.For people who have created websites or landing pages with Adobe Express, what structure has worked best for you? I'm particularly interested in how you handle the homepage, service sections, images, calls to action, and mobile layout while keeping everything easy to navigate.

Browser: Safari (MacBook)Software: Adobe ExpressProcess:Create whatever design you want ( in my case, a flyer with 4 images from my desktop ) Click the Download optionExpected: Order Prints option availableOutcome: Order Prints option greyed out and unable to click I have tried absolutely everything: Changing browsers, using an incognito tab, ensuring my account was made and still is in a region in which this option is available, ensuring there are no premium features, making sure there are no ad-blockers, testing with a blank flyer with a standard body of text to see if it was layout issues, resizing and making new flyers over and over to no avail, etc… Nothing works, and I have no way of contacting Adobe’s customer service asd they do not provide any information on how to report an issue that isn't one of their pre-selected questions or this forum, which I only found after half an hour of trying to find help, as it is portrayed as a user-led forum intended to chat about the software,

So this new app down sized all my designs. From 4500x 5400, to 1000x1200. So now they want me to pay for it to get my original size back. To fix everything to make it transparent, there like another 4 clicks you have to do.  When you create a new project. Just picking a plain solid background, is a pain.  Hundreds of designs are now messed up because of this crap. The new app sucks. People have been complaining about it for like the last year. That things are broken, it's not user friendly. And do you think that they care? No. They don't care. They forced that's crappy, non user intuitive app onto everyone.

I Need Remove Premium Called Erase Please! 

When i try to download videos created by me of whatever duration it takes a lot of time to download. I don't know the reason earlier it used to download faster but now it takes more than 5 minutes or more to download a 5 sec clip or video.

Please add alignment capabilities for text within a text box. For example, we want to create templates with a text box that has type that is bottom aligned but cannot. Currently the alignment only is with the whole canvas.

Every time I type a quotation mark or an apostrophe in Adobe Express, it defaults to an architect mark instead (straight instead of ‘curly’). I’ve pasted in curly, which works, when I was trying to also have an apostrophe after the name of a publication (which was in italic) it changed the apostrophe to italic, which I had to undo. When I unitalicized the one character, it switched the apostrophe back to straight. That was a unique situation, but I use quotation marks and apostrophes in almost everything I create, and more importantly, everything my users are going to create. SO, how can we get the default setting to typographer’s marks instead of architect’s marks, given this is a program for design? Thank you!

Dear all,I repeatedly experience problems when downloading Adobe Express projects as MP4 files. So far, I have narrowed the issue down to projects that contain Adobe assets such as photos or design elements.I have an active, paid Creative Cloud Pro subscription. In Adobe Express, the relevant assets display the Premium icon, and the tooltip states: “Du hast vollen Premium-Zugriff.”Nevertheless, when I try to download a project containing one of these assets, the export fails at approximately 90% with the generic error message:“Herunterladen fehlgeschlagen – Sorry, da hat etwas nicht geklappt. Versuche, die Datei erneut herunterzuladen oder erneut zu veröffentlichen.” The browser console shows the following warning:“Error downloading as MP4 StockLicensingErrorError: Unable to license stock content. I'm redeeming the 12-month Adobe Express Premium benefit through Airtel India.I created a new Adobe ID specifically for this offer and its country is set to India. The activation flow from Airtel reaches Adobe, but Adobe says the activation code is from a country/region that doesn't match my Adobe ID.Please check the contact me for the phone number associated with my Airtel offer and manually resolve this issue🙏 .

I have recently been trying to register a member of my team for Adobe Express free licence offer. We are a UK non-profit and appear to meet all the criteria set out in the terms and conditions. However, our application has been rejected by Goodstack several times, with the reason given that they are “unable to confirm your eligibility for the program”. Initially, we were told this was because the offer does not extend to mental health charities, which does not describe our organisation. After further discussion, Goodstack reclassified us as a drug and alcohol charity, but unfortunately this sector also appears to be excluded from the offer.I cannot see anything on Adobe’s website suggesting that organisations are excluded based on generalised definition of their work. Is anyone able to clarify which charities are eligible for the discounts?

I’m preparing a reusable share graphic for a privacy-first browser quiz. The app calculates one score locally and never sends individual answers to a server. In Adobe Express, I want the card to show only the score range, a short privacy note, and an 18+ label, without implying that the answers themselves are embedded in the image.Would you recommend a single 1200×630 layout with a compact privacy badge, or a two-slide carousel that separates the score from the privacy explanation? At my job, I'm moving from an old Adobe Creative Cloud Teams account to a new Adobe Enterprise account.If my old Creative Cloud Teams account is deleted, can I migrate my Adobe Express content to the new Enterprise account beforehand?Also, I have a shared Projects folder in Adobe Express that my team uses for social media posts and projects. Will that shared Projects folder, along with its files, social media calendar, collaborators, and sharing permissions, transfer to the new Enterprise account as part of the migration, or will I need to recreate and re-share it? Please help.
