We use Adobe for business and have a team administration. Adobe Spark Pages were created for customers with user “A” a long time ago. User “A” is now on parental leave and an account has been created with user “B” for the replacement. Since licenses must be assigned to a person. User “A” was therefore deactivated. Now the Spark Pages dosnt work anymore. We were asked whether the data should be retained. I answered yes to this. I no longer remember whether I specified a user specifically. According to customer support, the data should then end up with the contractual partner. I can't find any Spark Pages there, but I also don't know where exactly to look for them. Does this cloud data transfer also affect the Spark Pages? And if so, where can I find the data, if not, can I still access the Spark Pages with a deactivated user? And how can I transfer them to another user?

Hi, I am trying to have my file printed! Do I move it to project in order to sent to the cart? Or What am I doing wrong. I can not find any buttons to send to cart for print. I went to the resize, selected what I needed hit print and nothing happened. Please Help 

I have Express on my phone and on my laptop. On my phone it's fine - the background "page" colour is grey but on my laptop it's white. So anything white that I create (that's white) I can't figure out where the border is. I've looked in settings and tried playing with themese but cannot change it. Can anyone help please? Please see screenshots.   

Hi i own a digital agency, there are 2 people in my company that work for the client, we both can edit the posts that are scheduled, change time of publishing and especially we can edit the text that is being published with it.  My client however is invited to the calendar with the permission "To-Edit" is still unable to edit it, does anyone have clients edit their posts? can I do something about it?

A few years ago I created a logo for my band in the older version of Adobe Express.  When the new version came out I converted it and it broke everything.  I tried to fix it then., but got frustrated and stopped.  Now I need to have a higher resolution version of this logo so I'm trying to fix it again.   I searched and found there used to be an option to reconvert the files, but that option doesn't appear to exist anymore.The design isn't difficult, my biggest issue is figuring out what font I used.  The font in the "converted" file is very wrong.  I've tried to search for a font match with no luck.  I have the paid version of Adobe Express, but when I created the file I had the free version.   Here is the correct Logo  Here is the converted logo  Can anyone help me identify the font?  In the converted file it uses "Amatic SC", but as I said that looks totally wrong.  Did Adobe totally change that font?&nb

Hi having issues with the Inter font.  On an Adobe Express Enterprise Account, MacBook Pro, Sequoia 15.2, accesssed on Chrome (but same issue when in Safari).  I added it from Adobe Fonts: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/inter-variable into the brand font library. When I try to use it in a design I get this error message: UUID: 94e37516-e937-4245-86d7-29ef9438ac09 I have tested other fonts, including from google and do not have the same issue.  Unable to upload inter into the brand library as it says it is already there.   

Hi all. Trying to troubleshoot why my Adobe Express document suddenly will not download as a PDF with the correct format. Some of the font appears to be bolding itself, thereby changing the paragraph structure and causing overlap. It does not happen if I download as a png or jpeg. I've attached the correct version as a png and the incorrect version as a pdf. This document has downloaded as a pdf in the past with no issues. I just had to go in and correct some text at the bottom of the page (no where near where the issue is occurring at the top of the page), and now this. I've tried clearing cache. No dice. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

When I'm using generative AI, it will generate 4 options (or more). How do I save all of them as a set, without having to go back to generate each time?

Hello,  does anyone know how can I transfer my Adobe Express account to another person? I'm leaving the company and then stop using Adobe Express. However, I want the new person to use my account (premium). Hi,I've been using Creatopy as ad generator, but i'd like to move to Express, since we have it and i've noticed lots of improvements. I create a few different set of display ads (google/fb/etc), each set has about 10 sizes. I saw how to create a size and then duplicate the ad into different sizes, but I can't find a way to easily update the whole set with new copy or small changes to the copy, once the set is complete. Even changing picture, it seems that i have to go in each size and make changes there. Is there a better workflow? am i missing something?thanks!

I don't much options to add audio in my video. Even if I am creating a social media post, these days it is important if there is an audio attached to it. If the library is so bad then how can i add good audio to my videos.If Adobe can get rights to have more audios then it would be great. I am totally off due to this. I am switching to Instagram native video editing tool to do so. Please do something..  Thanks Abhi

It would be great if the left side with a menu stays open. currently, while clicking around your image, different menus open and close and the image jumps around as you try clicking on an area.

Adobe's website clearly states this is available for individual teachers.I attempted to sign up using my official school email address. However, during the process, I was never prompted to upload any verification documents (like a school ID or salary slip) to confirm my K-12 teacher status.I then contacted Adobe Customer Support chat twice . Both agents were from the "enterprise team" and kept trying to direct me to fill out a "consultation form" for institutional contracts or suggested contacting a team for paid individual Creative Cloud licenses. This was frustrating as it did not address my query for individual teacher verification for the free Adobe Express Premium.For comparison, platforms like Canva for Education and GitHub Education provide clear, direct individual teacher verification processes, often involving document uploads if the email isn't s

Can I use a video created in Animate Characters (Free Adobe Express) for commercial purposes? It would be a small part of a large digital resource. Where do I find license information for similar products that I might create? Thank you.

 I continue my tales of old, hoping that someone cool enough to be in the Adobe club, will travel down to the archives, pull out some old VHS tapes and watch what Adobe has created over the decades. Why? Because Vimeo has added video "hotspots". Yes, the "Hotspot" created by Adobe in the early CS days to make web building easier in Dreamweaver. You could upload any static image, draw a box and add a link to any page. Please bring "hotspots" to Adobe Express. And yes, I will post this on the community board. I share here so if there are more votes, it can possible become a reality. General public users, I am one of you and if we all vote together, maybe it will make a difference.
