Hello, I'm a tech administrator and we cant for the life of us figure out how to allow students to access Adobe Express' AI Image Generator feature that's within the Magic School platform. To be more specific when they want to use the AI feature within magic school it opens an adobe express pop up and they have to sign in to an account and when they try and sign in using google. They get the following error: "Access blocked: Your institution's admin needs to review Adobe Express." We've allowed Adobe Express within our google admin console but we're still running into the same issue. Does anyone know a ClientID that we need to whitelist to allow students to sign in with their google account? Hopefully this is clear and if you need any additional information please let me know. Thanks!

I'm unable to connect more than a single Facebook page/group to Adobe Express. The help articles say I should see checkboxes to select all or multiple Facebook pages. However, I do not see checkboxes - only a dropdown to select a single page. Hello all: Our Houston-based nonprofit is integrating Adobe-based products into our communications streams. We love the social media content scheduling functions of Adobe Express. The only issues we are having with it are: (1) inviting callaborators on social media captions, and (2) content approval. So, for instance, if one of our interns creates a social media post on Adobe Express, I would like someone on organizational payroll to preview and approve the content before its actually scheduled. I know collaborators can be invited to edit individual files before they're published to SM, but that does not appear to include any captions or text accompanying the file in the post. Additionally, even if we use the same account, it does not appear as though a draft of a post can be created by an intern and scheduled later on, after it's been reviewed and approved.Is there a work around for this? Thanks!

Our chromebooks are managed through google.  When I add the Adobe Express Graphic Design app for the Google Play store for kids to use its not appearing in the Play Store.  Not sure if im missing something, or maybe its just not supported for Chromebooks.  We're on ChromeOS  116.  They are Lenovo E14 Chromebooks Gen2.  I can add other apps and they appear instantly but Adobe Express will not.  

Is there a way to hide or minimize the tool panel that opens on the left and constantly shrinks your workspace?

Are others experiencing a terrible experience with the new AE? It's gone all AI but in the worst way. I can't easily find my old files. It's a slower workflow,  it's lost all the creativity and replaced it with low quality AI. The old AE was so much better and now I'm going to have to look for an alternative. Any suggestions?

To me it would make the most sense to support the same fonts as Microsoft Word, they are open source and to be fair most people convert Word documents to PDF to send them places. Atmos Font makes PDFs look like ransom notes. ThE wOrDs ArE ALL cRa zY. I understand PDFs are incapable of reflow like Word is, but it is a web app on a canvas and it should be able to support CSS injection since it, in and of itself is a web application styled by CSS.  Give us the ability to style the canvas using DIVs and standard CSS.  This would be a fair, reasonable option and if there were the ability to assign IDs that were DIVs under the hood or the ability for blocks of things to be grouped into DIVS, we would not have to manually select, highlight all the text and do this for every blob of text. My high school students are creating audio narratives with Google Doc, instead of MOTE. Will Adobe Express audio files be able to be exported or available after they graduate, and leave their CLEVER /Adobe Access public school profile? 

I have an Adobe Express account and have my company's FB, IG and LI pages linked. Can I now add a new division of the company and link to 3 separarte FB, IG and LI accounts as they will have different content than the parent company?

I have tried logging in various ways under both my Adobe accounts, but so far, there are no project files stored in either account in Adobe Express. How do I edit these projects/access my content? Surely, someone working for Adobe can answer this. It seems to be a common issue still without resolution. 

How can i transfer all the vectors in an adobe express file to photoshop or illustrator? 

I have a video with multiple scenes and I want to add audio to a certain scene only, it is kind of a voice over for a specific part to make the audio better, but every time I add the audio file, it is added to the start of the whole video and I cant seem to move it to the right scene.

To generate a picture is almost a thankless task. You input instructions and it spits out whatever it thinks you want. It ignores prompts and most of the time privacy policy stops you. I know a better software then adobe a little more expensive, but it produces exactly what you want and ask for. This woke platform is for the birds

Its really bad that my entire folder has disappeared. 

I don't know if I'm tripping but 6 months ago I did a video and I remember the timeline was showing all layers like you would see it in Premiere or any other video editor, but now is just one single timeline to edit all layers. Let's say you want to make a longer duration of an element in the middle of the video, you gonna have to displace all files layers one by one where as if  you could see all layers you would just stretch the layers selected.  

I created a video of 5 minutes and 11 seconds and published it to the web. The publish link cuts the video down to 5 minutes. How can I make the publish link display the full video? If it's not possible, how can I share the mp4 download? When I try to email the mp4 download it doesn't allow me to? I am using Windows 11 if that changes anything.
