Hi,I've been trying to search around in the terms of use and everything, but I can't happen to find my answer... So just in case someone would have it: is a QR code generated with Adobe Express licenced for any use, including commercial, etc? Thanks!

I am creating a newsletter with my adobe exoress licensed software. This would be stored on a government computer and going out to a small public group. I understand they can use any browser to access but would the public have trouble accessing the adobe file on the government computer say my onedrive? My understanding is that adobe express is not a website so would security be an issue? Adobe express is like a pumped up version of a pdf? Thanks for reviewing and helping me understand. Also can I create a pdf from adobe express? 

So I recently purchased Adobe Express.. And to my annoyance every time I went to record voiceovers for my video the app / browser would lower my microphone input volume.. Even WITH the "Allow programs to take exlusive control" option turned off in my mic settings.After DAYS of searching... I finally found the cause and my input is NO LONGER being reduced!Each browser has their own "Flag" URL. You can see above, that when searching "microhpone" There is a setting that allows the broswer to Automatically adjust input volumes during a Call. Disabled this and its no longer an issue.Sorry if this is old news, but Adobe didn't know about so I thought I would share.Take care!

Ever since Adobe Express migrated/updated/whatever to its current iteration, we've been unable to save our webpage project (our base newspaper) whenever we try to use a photo grid. It gets stuck with the saving wheel on the cloud icon. We've tried different browsers, different computers, different internet, incognito mode, etc, and nothing works. We can't be the only ones having this issue. What is going on?

Is it possible for me, as the admin for our Adobe Express for Education account, to create a branding package and share it with all of our users?

Hi All, I want to move all social media templates from FIGMA to Adobe Express. I tried it, uploading them in SVG but they show up in scenes as jpg, the elements of the template (photo, text, background) are not editible, are just one big file. Any advice if it's even possible to upload those assets in an editible format? Thanks all in advance!

I'm having trouble importing images into the social media creator, on both Facebook Ad and Instagram post. Basically no matter what size image I try to upload (1.7 MB, 3.9 MB, 5.4 MB, etc.) it says they are over the file size limit. The only one I've had success with is a 24 MB image. Which I don't understand. All images are jpegs, and I've tried quitting and restarting Chrome, as well as clearing the cache in chrome with no success. Anyone have any thoughts?

I have created a 12+ minute slideshow with multiple stock content items.  I update this slideshow weekly and have never had this issue before.  How can I determine which stock asset 619862084 is so I can replace or remove it?I have seen the automated replies to others so I'll go ahead and provide the responses to the questions asked.  I am a Premium member and paid for a year's subscription that does not expire until September 2024.

Hello.  I created a template flyer for Animal Shelters & Rescues to use to promote adoptable dogs.  Does the Live Link allow someone that does not use Adobe to modify the template?  I am tyring to make it easier for the shelters/rescues to update the flyers in real time as I do not have time to make individual flyers for every dog in every shelter/rescue in Sacramento.  I volunteer my time to do this.  Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Hello, I'm new to this community - apologies if I should be looking elsewhere for guidance. I'm an educator, and I've used Adobe Express for several years in my college-level writing classes. When doing a demo with my students today, we discovered that they are no longer able to "publish a shareable link" of their Express webpages without paying for a Premium account. Is there some way around this issue that I'm missing, or is it no longer possible to share Express projects created with free accounts? I am trying to figure out how students can share their projects with me and their peers for an upcoming workshop, without having to go through the "invite collaborators" process. The express page has been very slow to load last few days (both in office and at work) - page is timing out before I can save changes or download. Please help. This doesnt seem to be a network issue as everything else (including heavy emails/docs) are working just fine.

Looking to make a "number counting up quickly" style animation happen more easily in Adobe Express. There doesn't seem to be a way to do it natively; I tried exporting the number animation out of AfterEffects with a transparent background (thinking I could have a preset library of numbers) but got an error when I tried importing into Express. Any tips/tricks on how toachieve this so I could quickly generate these number animations (or something similar) using Express? 

I used to be able to create logos with transparency. Now when I download my images, they have a background. Can I no longer make transparent backgrounds for my images?

All our "Your Stuff" recent files are gone. Even the ones we created last week, it seems they have been deleted for some reason. How can we have them back?

Inside of Adobe Express, we have access to so much media.  Is there a way to access that from Premier Pro?  The downloads from Express for assets only comes out sketchy. I would like to be able to add media to my timeline in Premier Pro from the large library available from Express.
