Hi,I have Acrobat Pro and I am willing to use it for Salesforce Document e-signature.Please suggest if that is allowed.I have already installed the Adobe Acrobat Sign package inside Salesforce and trying to configure it further, but not getting the Admin page inside Salesforce. Thanks and regards
Hello Everyone,When I request e-Signature in Adobe Sign to someone it shows an error saying "File upload failed. I've tried reinstalling, deleting the account and readding it with the license. Still nothing. I'm not sure how to go about this and I've been trying since yesterday. Any help?

Hi,We have integrated adobesign with our app. When we allow the user to edit the envelope, our app presents a URL link to them for editing the envelope. This link takes the user to the adobesign account where the user is able to get all the menu options(account details, all envelopes etc). Is there another URL that can be presented to the user which only allows editing of the envelope? Or we can hide the account details etc from the menu options. Thanks
What does the red exclamation point mean next to my recipient email mean when I am requesting a signature with e-sign? It says it is an invalid email but it is correct. Do i need to add this email to my contacts in Adobe?
I am trying to send a contract to a client for signture - something I have been regularly doing for ages and all of a sudden I am getting a message to say it is unable to be sent. I have tried re-saving it but nothing is working. I am attaching the error message below. Thanks....
I recentlyr received this error message: Error - "You can't add an individual who was originally replaced."On a previous transaction, I was able to "Replace Recipient" back to the original do this on a previous transaction. Also, in the past, I was able to do "Replace Recipient " which then auto create a "group". This group is consist of the original signer / recipient and the new signer/rec . Anyone in this group is able to sign and complete the adobe-sign workflow. How do you fix this error and revert back to the feature and capabilities.
I noticed it is aking for a cloud ID software to be able to e-sign. I want my documents to be as simple as sending a pandadoc document, where clients only input their info and sign. No questions asked, no subscription / account needed. Can adobe sign do this? thanks
Hi,I have sent a document to 2 people to sign ( I am not signing). The first one signed and it was passed on to the next person automatically ( I was notified) . The next/last person signed, but the document is not being sent on to me. ( AT the end I should receive the document back) .What can he do? He clicked on "next" but nothing happened. There is no "Submit" button.

Hi, We have created an agreement and the email has been sent to the customer to sign the agreement. But the email that the customer received is asking to delegate to an authorised signer instead of asking them to sign. It is the first time it happens and only for this customer. Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue. Thanks
Hi there, I'm investigating whether my company's product can consider an integration with Adobe Sign. Our platform intends to use a single service account for all interaction with the API, because we can't assume that our end-users have Adobe Sign accounts. All agreements would be sent and managed by a single service account, and our end users should not need to perform any interaction or consent with Adobe at the point when our integration acts using said service account. Does your API offer support for this scenario? Looking through your documentation, it seems to assume that all end-users of any integration will need to have Adobe Sign accounts of their own, and will need to manually sign into those in order for the API to act on their behalf using standard OAuth. Other eSignature providers support this by allowing service integrations to authenticate via JWTs, and I notice that Adobe Developer Console supports that but Adobe Sign does not as far as I can tell. Hello, We are using Documents Core Pack in Dynamics 365 CE to merge several Adobe Sign template documents. The templates are assigned to a Custom entity, but also reference a related contact record. None of the templates reference the contact phone number, however, I get the error below if I attempt to send to a contact that does not have a mobile phone number set. It seems there must be a setting somewhere to require a mobile phone number, but I don't see it either in the Adobe Admin Console, or D365 Adobe Sign Settings. We upload Excel files to Adobe sign in order to sign them. However, there is a date cell in the Excel sheets formatted as dd-mm-yyyy. When uploading to adobe sign, it automatically changes the date format to mm/dd/yyyy. How can I change the date settings in Adobe sign so that the date format is not changed (or specify what date format to use)? I find it weird that adobe sign overrides the format you set in Excel. mm/dd is very uncommon here and it leads to confusion about dates (e.g. 09-12 would be december 9th, but is changed in adobe sign to 12/09 which would be understood as september 12th here).

I am developing a workflow on microsoft flow to send files for esignatures to clients. But upon configuring it and testing using password protected files it seems not working .. the workflow completed succesfully but the recepient never receives any email for esignatures. any work around or solution for this?
Hi, apologies in advance if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find someone with my exact issue in the forums.My situation is this:- I have a 700+ pdf document (tax declaration) that needs to be signed by the HR managers every 2 pages.- Basically, every even-numbered page has a field in its bottom-left corner that should be signed.- I have the HR manager's hand-written signature scanned and added to the available signatures already.Is there a way I can 'teach' Adobe, where the signature needs to be inserted and have it do it automatically? I'd really love to avoid having to insert the signature 300+ times in each individual field.To clarify, I DO NOT need to send/email this file for someone else to sign, I have the signature already scanned and just need to automatically insert it every 2 pages in the right locations.Thanks a lot for your help!!
I am uploading a transient document using Adobe sign REST API. The transient document is multi-page PDF document which already contains signature field in each page. But Adobe sign is not considering these signature fields and inserting it's own signature field at the end of document.How could I configure that in "AgreementCreationInfo" and make Adobe sign to use the existing signature fields in transient document and not insert a new one.

Hi,I am sharing documents for signing to multiple contacts but one of the users is unable to see the documents for signing. If I share as "complete in any order" and have not added the signature field he can only see the blank additional page where signature would appear on completion. If I specify the signature fireld, he can only see the page that the signature field is on and not any of the other docus contained in the file. If sent as "Complete in Order" he can only see the page that has the signature on too and not the full document.Has anyone else seen this issue before and is there a solution to this?Thanks!
Hello Guys! I created an interactive PDF for my master service agreement. I export it in Indesign in high quality (300dpi)and once i click Prepare form > Tools > Convert to Adobe Sign to request E-signatures in Adobe Acrobat; it rasterizes the form so the text cannot be modified. However doing so it comes out super blurry and in low-resolution and there seem to be no option to fix the quality. Can i fix the raster to a good quality? Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
Are signature preferences globel or can you do them by document? I have one AdobeSign doc that I do not want signatures for but if I uncheck here at account settings, is this for the entire organization, my account only or can this be for a specific document? Thank you!
Greetings Adobe Pros,I have a government form that we have automated, but, when we pass this form through FORMSTACK Integration to adobe sign, the signature fields are creating a page wide white bar that blocks out all other scripts and i cannot figure out why. See screenshot bellow of the after signature fields and you will note the selected areas are not actually programmed to do so in the original doc. The Tags used in the sign fields are as follows which control the sign box size, which works, but this white bar effect has me stumped. Any ideas on how to rectify this or prevent it from happening?Tag:BigSig_es_:signer1:signature:dimension(width=35mm, height=15mm)
