Hi. I need to transfer all Adobe Sign users from one Enterprise VIP account to another. I deleted the user from the first account, then created them in the new one. When they try to login, it shows an error box: "Something went wrong. Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again...". The thing is, the problem doesn't go away. Has this happened to anyone, and if so, what was the solution? Thanks!Richard
Hi,I have an document that has required documents to be attached to it and once I send it to be esigned they disappear. Is there a way that the attachments can stay so they can be viewed by the signer?
Ontem (03/04), meu gestor pediu que enviasse um arquivo para sua assinatura. Anexei o arquivo, inseri o remetente e a caixinha de assinatura no local ideal e, por fim, enviei.Depois de alguns minutos, meu gestor me ligou dizendo que o campo para assinatura não estava aparecendo, entrei novamente no eSign, e também não conseguia visualizar o campo. Cliquei em "Atualizar" o documento e nesta página a caixinha aparecia, então enviei de novo, só que o erro persistiu. Fiz alguns testes com outras versões do documento (pdf/word) e salvava como rascunho, mas continuava sem aparecer o campo para preenchimento.

From what we tested, any files bigger than 4mb give the following error when trying to send the document on Salesforce app: "The mime type is missing for a file." All files under 4mb work fine, and testing with the errored files but compressed under 4mb works as well.

I am trying to export an agreement to another person using the daily scheduled agreements. I am sharing with the other user however when he tries to download my export that gets sent to him he gets the message 'you are not authorised to download file for this export'. Any ideas what I need to do to resolve this issue?
One of my signatories signed without a witness present, so I need the signatory to re-sign (in front of a witness) who then also signs my document (to confirm witnessing the signatory sign). The signatory is the last of several other signers, so I don't want to have to get everyone to sign the document again if I can avoid it. Is there a way I can re-send the document as signed by all other parties so that the last signatory can re-sign? Another option is to break the document into two counterparts - one as signed by all the other parties and one as signed by the last signatory and witness. Can I finalise the first counterpart (as signed by all the other parties) and remove the final signatory's signature? Thanks
Is there a way to assign a template field to the last signer of a document, regardless of how many signers might be used in a specific occurance? Jim

Hallo, ich benutze Adobe Sign mit adobe Reader. Die Unterschrift die ich hinzufüge und abspeichere wird in den Einstellungen von Adobe Sign angezeigt, aber steht mir, obwohl ich angemeldet bin, nach Neustart des Rechners im adobe Reader nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Ich bin verpflichtet, die Unterschrift immer wieder neu anulegen. Der Haken unten links bei der Signatureingabe zum Speichern ist gesetzt. Was kann ich tun, damit die Unterschrift bei der auswahl erscheint?

What is the exact criteria based on which this decision is being taken. We need to guide our users on it so that they understand why Swithcing to New Authoring is not allowed.
Is it possible to use a merge mapping to merge a Salesforce rich text field into a document for signing? When I do, I only get the HTML with tags and all. I've found two posts asking the same question, both from 2018, one with no answer, and one with an answer that restates the question and suggests contacting support. Seems like this should be documented somewhere, as it either supports merging rich text fields into documents or it doesn't.
Can someone explain why I have to download either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to digitally sign something with a digital certificate via my smart card? Why can't I do the entire process in the web browser and not download Reader/Acrobat? Thanks
Hi all- I am having the hardest time figuring this out. I have created a PDF fillable form with drop down menus, signature fields, text boxes, etc. After my customer completes the form with text, I then route it to our management team for signatures via Adobe Sign. When uploading it to Adobe Sign, the platform states there are multiple errors. To process the document, I need to delete the fields, which I do to get it routed. However, when I get it back the form is locked due to secruity reasons, etc. I cannot make any more edits (I can even use the "comments" tool). Is there a way that I can route the document through Adobe Sign and, when completed, the fully executed document still possess text fields, drop down menues, etc?
I have sent same client 4 forms to sign, all have been successful bar one. I have sent it twice and my log in states that its not complete and not signed, however when client tries to sign it, it states it is already completed and signed, any help here is appreciated as I have already sent it twice.

Hi, I have a problem since few weeks.When uploading a Excel sheet to Adobe Sign, the date format is automatically change to mm/dd/yyyy.In the Excel, the date format is dd/mm/yyyy and the cell type is "date". It's not a Adobe Sign Tag.You can see the picture 'Date_Excel2.png' the Excel Sheet and in the picture "Date_AdobeSign2.png" the result in Adobe Sign.Do you have a solution for this problem ?Thank you for your help.
We send out a lot of different agreements that we send out to many different recipients. Is there a way to run a report and get a list of all the recipients? We have all of their accounts, just not sure how we can pull a report to list them all
I am filling out an application to be a mentee and it requires 3 signatures - mine, my bosses' and, at some point in the future, if my application is accepted/approved, my mentor. Since the application has to be approved (by an internal group) before a mentor is assigned, is there a way to make a signature field for the mentor on the document? Or is there a way my boss and I can sign, then I can make a flat file or something like that, that the mentor, once assigned, will be able to sign the document. I've attached a blank copy of the application so you can see what I'm talking about. Thank you! Carol
