I prepped a form for signature and sent it to the email address, only to find out that I had entered the wrong e-mail. Is there anyway to do this without having to re-prep the form?
Hi, I need to collect multiple qualified signatures from the same persons in one document. How can I do that? Currently, I can only collect one QES from every person. Thanks Jack
Hello all, We have a new Sharepoint tools to sign our document. The Sharepoint is sending the document directly on Adobe Sign and everything it's identic as a Adobe signature. But few things are different we cannot no more send reminders to the signatory personn, we cannot cancel a signature and add a supleant signator. Please anyone know how we can add a treminder to our signature ? Thanks in advance.
When you are sending a document to be signed to multiple people, the signers will get the following message: "DOCUMENT has been signed by [NAME] (EMAIL). It has now been sent to User@email.com to sign" Is there a way to remove this from the chain?
We are implementing Adobe Sign and Document Builder in a developer sandbox Salesforce org. Adobe Sign connected perfectly. When I click the Connect button on the Document Builder Admin tab, it takes me to a secure.adobesignpreview.com etc site that appears to be trying to open the Setup Wizard, given this section of the URL - https://test.salesforce.com/apex/adobesign__DocGenSetupWizard but it times out every time with this error: This site can’t be reachedsecure.adobesignpreview.com took too long to respond.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewallERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT It appears maybe the site is down? Every other website I'm on is fine. Clearly, because I'm typing this now 🙂 Either way, I cannot connect Document Builder and I'm pretty sure that's why I can't access our custom objects to build the merge fields we need. When I send a contract to a client with a very French name, it translates that name into english gibberish. Any way to prevent that?

When I tried to configure the adobe in Salesforce sandbox it raised an error (Adobe Acrobat Sign Authentication Error: access_denied : Please contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed.), it looks like we can't use the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Is there anything that I need to setup on my account?

I use Sign Enterprise. I cannot change the language from English to my local language, not on the account level neither on user level. All this I used to be able before. Is it something on my account level or a general issue in Acrobat Sign service ?
Hi, Ive been using this function for 10 months or so without any difficulty. In the last 48 hours I am receiving the following error message. See picture below. Also, when I checked settings it says: "Reques e-signature services arent available at this time. Please help
My web form is dynamic and with the new signature and fields, you can have all the information. The customer fills in the web form but he can't download it.Do you have any ideas on how the customer can print the web form?Thanks

Hi, Have someone the same issues recieving Adobe Sign SMS messages on Belgium mobile telephone numbers:Sending to +32475xxxxxx does not work (Belgium Telenet mobile phone number range) Sending to +3248xxxxxxx works belgium (Belgium Base/Telenet mobile phone number range)Sending to +316xxxxxxxx works the netherlands Works fine. Hi there, I'm trying to configure approvals in Microsoft Teams and use Adobe Sign.When I click the log-in button it takes me to the following screen where I input my email and a "Sign in with Adobe ID" button appears:Then I sign in with the normal Adobe ID sign in (the one with the adobe stock photo in the background).It then just takes me to a blank page:If I click sign in on the blank page's navbar it takes me to the Adobe Sign login which I can then input my email and a "Sign in with Adobe ID" button appears again. Again it redirects me to the usual Adobe ID page and then redirects me to the Acrobat Sign dashboard:Then if I go back to teams and try again to initialise Acrobat Sign, a red banner appears with the test "invalid user id":Then If you try and log in again it just does the same thing and doesn't authenticate with MS Teams. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong so your help would be greatly appreciated 🙂-Max

I have a specific document that require the signatures from the same group of people. They have to sign in order. Is there a way to save those lists of people in their signed order? I hate setting up the recipients every time I have to send the same document.
Hello. I am using Adobe Sign with a PDF document that has a lot of fillable text boxes. The signer of the document "signs" as normal, but instead of being done and the document going to the next person, it just goes to the next box on the PDF. I'm not talking about signature boxes I added with Adobe Sign, but text boxes already in the document. Even after clicking through the whole document, it just goes back to the beginning of the boxes. To clarify, there is only one box for each person to insert their signature, it should not take them anywhere else on the document. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.
Hi guys, since a while I am using a library template in Adobe sign for customer contracts.I have now fields to pre-fill, some for the customer and two signature fields. One for the customer, the other for myself. The process ist that I first fill out the pre-fill, the the customer fills out and signs and the I sign finally. Now I want Tha auto automate with a flow. The basic sending of the agreement works fine. But it only fills out the pre-fill firm and then I hab to go to Adobe Sign and manually have to click on the send button. Can someone help please? Curious what happens when someone sends an agreement via Adobe Acrobat sign to your old address after you've changed it. Does Adobe track your previous emails and re-route it to the new email address somehow? This would be for a Federated ID account.
The manage page is 100% blank, did an update crash any function ?I can't cancel a request anymore and people keep getting reminders to sign even though they must not.Send help please 🙂
Hello,We have adobe sign templates set up. They work perfectly and are attached to the correct master object and record. Now, we would like to have the template populate with all files on that record that match a naming convention (ie. start with "APP-").
