We are getting attached message when we try to open downloaded pdf to digitally sign. I can confirrm that I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Reader latest version in my PC. However I'm getting this message repeatedly.
Hello, my colleague can´t send any request for signatures, he can only fill & sign and sign documents send to him by others. His starting page is just missing the request signatures button, just like every other tab in his adobe sign account, he can´t do it at all. He used to be able to do it, just like everyone else in our organisation, just for comparison everyone else still can do it. Below you can see the difference between his and my starting page.I would be grateful for every help we can get.
I am a newbie to Adobe Sign and am expecting some requests to update an existing order form template. The template is a Word doc.The requests most likely will result in two things.We'll need to alternate the terms and conditions text based on what is selected in a drop down. The text should be presented as standard text with no drop down or text box. Is this possible to do with a standard Word IF statement? Or will I need to use Adobe Sign tags?2. Based on the same dropdown as above the prices will need to be different. How do I make this dynamic in Sign?Scenario: Dropdown: Standard Contract or Evergreen ContractIF Standard Contract > Display Standard Terms & Conditions > calculate "Standard" prices when products selected (product dropdowns and standard prices already exist in the template). IF Evergreen Contract > Display Evergreen Terms & Conditions > calculate "Evergreen" discounted rates.

When I upload an editable pdf document to sign on conversion a blue flash appeasrs in every field and also any field that was a tick field the tick is large, blue & elongated, I have been using these forms with no problem but this now happens all the time. Have i altered a setting or something?I look forward to any solution you might havemany thanksMike
I Subscribe to an online signing licence and I linked my sharepoint site to my account. And still, I cannot send document for esigning. I have this message : Adobe Sign login has expired. Please contact your Adobe Sign account administrator to login again. All the authorisations are correctly set. It is really frustrating.

I've recently had multiple recipients tell me they've signed a document, sometimes more than once, but I'm not getting a the signed copy and when I check online it shows that they have viewed the document but not signed it. This had happened with different documents and three different people who have succesfully signed many other documents. Any idea what might be happening and what I can do to fix it?
I have a template, mapped merge and data fields from my opportunity, and my template's merge fields are not pulling in data. I do use a button from my opportunity page to start the agreement process; the button takes me to the Adobe Sign Agreements page. Do I need to also map from this screen?
My organization has an Adobe Sign account. My users wants to be able to filter by sender under under the "Manage Documents" section, but they can only filter by date. They can type in their last name in the filter box, but it does not distinguish between documents on which they are a recepient and documents for which they are the sender. Is there a way to filter by sender using Adobe Sign?

An initiator initiated a single document for the signature of receiver, the receiver (signer) however is receiving multiple emails for a single document with the subject "Signature requested on XYZ" at the same instant. Why multiple emails dropped for a single document?at 04:08, 04 duplicate emails and at 04:14 , 03 duplicate emails.Please help!

Greetings community, I am creating a form where a default text will appear based on a condition and would like this text to stand out by being bold. I am having difficulty figuring out the correct text tag to do this. The Adobe Sign Text Tag guide says you can format text using the outer {}, however, when I make these bold it does not carry over to the form (this also doesn't work for font color - maybe an opportunity to review guide). The other part of the guide coveing format gives this example: f2_es_:signer1:calc(formula):format(formatType, format). However, I do not know what to put in the formatType and format to get the text to bold. Is there a text tag to allow me to have default text be bold. We have a mega sign workflow of about 5 people. We want the person in position 2 to upload a document, but the document needs to be visible to the 3rd-5th signers. Is that possible? Is it already visible? Signer 4 will not sign without seeing the CV first. Thanks.

Hi I have 15 x documents that need to be dual signed by the same 2 x individuals.What's the quickest shortcut? 1) Should I use PDF Portfolio and setup a signature field in each PDF file in that portfolio; or2) Should I combine the 15 x files into one document and setup the signature field 15 times. I also understand sending these files (via Adobe Sign) through the fill and sign function may cause issues as the document may be too big. Looking for a shortcut? Help. ThanksKatrina
I've tried to set the date format for the signature date using text tags which appenrently doesn't work:{{Dte_es_:signer1:date(format=date,dd-mmm-yyyy)}} Is there something wrong with the tag? Thanks in advance for your helps and hints 🙂
We are using the Adobe Sign API to create agreements using a collection of templates. We want our staff to review the agreements before sending them. Sometimes our staff has to sign agreements before sending them. We are unable to do this and we have explored many solutions: 1. After our service has created the agreement with the API, edit the agreement, add a signature field and sign it right away. This does not work because signature fields cannot be set prefill or have a default value. 2. After our service has created the agreement with the API, edit the agreement, add a text field and sign it right away. This does not work because text fields have no cursive font option, nothing looks like a signature. 3. After our service has created the agreement with the API, add a recipient to the list of recipients in the Adobe Sign UI, add a signature field assigned to this new recipient and send the agreement. Greetings to the community I created a self-signed digital certificate, and made a few tests to see how things worked. I dont see any mechanism preventing anyone from creating a digital signature with my own name which on their face will look legit Inclusion of the originating IP in the signed document mitigates a bit this risk - a feature which exists within Adobobe Sign's audit report but not when signing outside Sign - for example from Adobe Acrobat DC and then emailing the digitally signed document to another party Am I missing something or is the IP of the signing party recorded / visible somewhere? We're creating a service account that has access to all agreements within a group. As best I can tell, the GetAgreements call only retrieves agreements for the current user. I can modify the call to use the GetAgreementsOnBehalfOf(user), but I'd prefer to not have to loop through all users in the group. Is it possible to retrieve all agreements in the group without doing that?
Just checking - I gather there is no "Sandbox" environment for Adobe Sign but the Developer Account works in much the same way as a dev sandbox environment normally would here?
