I'm trying to update reminder notification settings on a document I have out to be signed, similar to what is decsribed in this article.Has this option been removed from version 24.2.20893.0 ? I only have an option to send a one off reminder notification. ThanksJimmy

Hello Community,because the Adobe Docs are not very helpfull i try my Luck here.I want to know if it is possible that a Groupadmin can see or edit all Pending, Completed Documents of the other Groupmembers so if one Groupmember is Ill the Groupadmin can take care of it.At the Moment i cant find any Option that seems right, i am the Full Admin so i should have all Privileges. I would like to create a web form for my company and provide the link in a procedural document available for multiple employees. Is there a time limit for the link validity ? Or can the link and associated webform remain valid for 2 years for example ?
I have a client that wants to put 4 or 5 forms on their WordPress website that residents can complete, sign and submit as a PDF via email from the website. Can this be done in any way using Adobe Acrobat Sign or will they need something like Docusign instead? Trying to find the most effective and cost-efficient way for them to received signed copies of their online forms. The forms must be signed, and the old "download, print, sign and mail" process just isn't working for them anymore. Thanks.
I'm logged into Adobe Sign on my phone when I click the document library I get these other files. When I'm logged in on my laptop it doesn't show these files anywhere (the W-4 files) I can't delete them from my app. I'm assuming it's an Adobe file on my phone.
When I send a document for signature, the "FROM" states it is from Joe Robles Jr, Esq which is exactly what I want, but when someone signs the document, it states that the document was signed on behalf of Unt in the "FROM" section, which always scares away the people who just signed the document. I don't know how to change this. I went into the account profile online, and made sure the names are changed and corrected and they are. I went into company, and ensured everything is correct and it is. I also went into preferences>Identity and ensured that was correct to, it is. I don't know how to remove the "Unt" part and it has been aggravating me for at least 6 months. Help please!
Our entire organization utilzie Acrobat Pro and we have our corporate email accounts registered with that Admin Portal. We are adding the Acrobat Sign service and we unable to add our corporate email addresses because they are already registered. Is there a way to add this service?

Hello,We are in the process of integrating the Adobe Sign API in our system. We already support a competing eSign company's API. Using a competing product, when we direct a user to eSign a document, the eSign page can re-direct the user to our website, thus allowing for a seamless integration between our website and the competitor's eSign product.Does Adobe allow for similar functionality? I am able to retrieve the esignUrl of the agreement (via the following API call). However, there does not appear to be a way to re-direct the user from Adobe to our web application after the user signs the document.I have searched extensively over the internet to see if there is a solution. Adobe does allow for redirect URI values when creating OAuth2 access tokens. However, it does not appear to allow for redirecting to a different page. Please advise.Thank you.

I am trying to create an IF statement within an Adobe Sign workflow to execute as follows:If one or more out of the 4 signers select a "no" checkbox within their individual fields to complete, then the workflow should get escalated and therefore re-routed to an alternative signee (whom would not be on the original list of signees). Is this possible?!

Hello, I sent out a PDF for signatures and was returned signed but now it's password protected with a password I never created or established. Is there a default password that is assigned to the document when it has been signed? I would like to be able to combine all related documents into one portfolio but it says it requires a password which I as the author didn't set up... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,I believe my enterprise account gives me the ability to create Power Automate flows through the Acrobat Sign connector. I was able to activate workflows and create a flow. This worked at first, but the emails all have a [DEMO USE ONLY] flag, and as I was testing, the emails stopped after the second one (though the task shows when I use the Manage menu in Acrobat Sign).My question is: does my enterprise account not grant me full Sign rights to use the connector? I am using Adobe Signature API's to allow user to send document for signature. Good morning, I am on an enterprise VIP account and am trying to send a document with 187 pages for e-signature, however, I keep getting an error message saying file is too large. I thought the page limit for enterprise accounts was 500! Please help 🙂 Thanks!
I have created a form using Adobe Acrobat Pro and have filled in the form fields. Why does the content of these fields disappear when I prepare to send the document for esignatures? I have attached a screenshot of what the forms look like at the different stages and have also attached the original form. This form does this every time I complete it.
Hey guys,I've received a signed contract document from the client as the pdf. It's signed with a digital certificate on Adobe Pro. I also have the Adobe Pro, but I'm not able to sign from my end - also using digital sign / certificate option with Adobe Pro - the option is simply disable, I don't know what to do.
I have created e-sign templates that I need to be able to share with specific people in my oranization. I only see the options of Only Me or All Users in my Organization. My admin has created user groups and I am a part of them but no group options some up in the template properties. PLEASE HELP!
