I have been using Adobe Stock for many years to sell images that I have created using artificial intelligence (AI) tools.Recently, I received a notification that my account has been suspended due to alleged violations of copyright policies, including claims of submitting inappropriate content, submitting excessive content, or content that I may not own the rights to, as well as spamming or engaging in other prohibited activities. However, I would like to clarify that all the images I uploaded to Adobe Stock are clean and fall under categories such as food, business work, and backgrounds. These images were created by me and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.I have always adhered to Adobe Stock’s terms and conditions throughout my time on the platform. All of my images meet Adobe's content guidelines and do not contain any inappropriate or offensive materi

When will Adobe Stock free files be approved and paid for?

Hi there!I am contributor from last one year and selling vectors like icons, badges, stickers, background, and animations, from last 3 weeks my sales drastically decreased in fact my portfolio is increasing day by day but sales is now 1-3 $ per dayAny reason?

Last year and the year before, I think about 20 pieces were included in the free collection. But I wasn't paying attention at the time, so I didn't see how many pictures were invited.This year, 240 were invited, but only about 10% will still be approved, right? 

i am trying to upload my eps files as usual but today i got message says filename.eps couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.

  I think it would be helpful to know which countries mainly consume my paintings. Don't they provide that information?

Hello buddies!I am new to adobe stock as a contributor and selling vectors like stickers, web buttons, icons and other illustration, I am designing it in adobe illustrator But I am confused about choosing artboard size for these vectorsPlease suggest me some general artboard sizes and also suggest me stroke sizes according to size for iconsThank you

Proszę mi wytłumaczyć, gdzie w tym wygenerowanym obrazie jest problem z jakością? Zaznaczę, że wygenerowany obraz miał imitować, obraz namalowany na starym płótnie, malowany za pomocą szpachli i pędzli, kierunek abstrakcja, ale przede wszystkim miał naśladować stary obraz. Wszystkie te elementy zostały dopełnione. Obraz o dużej rozdzielczości i formacie, brak szumów i artefaktów jak napisano. Nie wiem, może coś w opisie jest nie tak? Chociaż opis to raczej nie problem z jakością. Oznaczyłem, że jest wygenerowane AI oraz nawet w opisie dodałem. Więc nie wiem.Pozdrawiam. 

I am a contributor and I do all my artwork using Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop and Cinema 4d.  Recently I received notifications that a image were rejected because of AI generated content.  I have attached the artwork along with a screenshot of the working file. Please review and give a reasonable reason if this image is rejected.

Unfortunately, the option to upload videos is not visible, and I also cannot find the FTP server option, which I would prefer to use for my uploads. Does Adobe Stock accept AI assets in its free collection? and also let me know what asset type it accepts in its free collection.

I want to emphasize that every person working as an Adobe Stock contributor considers it a business, working hard to grow and improve, not just as a part-time job. For many contributors, this is their sole source of income. Unfortunately, Adobe Stock often bans accounts over minor mistakes or oversights by contributors, and many times, emails are not even received. I request Adobe Stock to consider that contributors invest a lot of effort into growing their accounts, from the beginning to achieving success. If they make a mistake or oversight, Adobe Stock should notify them via email, highlighting the mistake and issuing a warning. Hi, I have a question: When uploading an image generated using AI tools to Adobe after tracing it, is it necessary to add the 'Created using Generative AI tools' label? If it is not added, is there a risk of the account being banned?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello Everyone,my account got deactivated yesterday, but I didn’t receive any email from Adobe. When I contacted them via email, they replied with the following message: 'Your content may be removed, or your account may be deactivated, for not complying with these Account and Content Submission Guidelines. If your content has been removed, or your account blocked, due to a violation of our Terms (including these Account and Submission Guidelines), and you dispute the decision, you may file an appeal or use an out-of-court dispute resolution option (where applicable in your jurisdiction) by following the process here: https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency.html Regards, Adobe Artist Relations' but they didn’t tell me the reason why my account was blocked. Please suggest what I should do and what I should write in the appeal since I don’t even know the reason for my account’s deactivation. Please help me.

Hi Cimmunity hope you are doing well i have a little question about the icons nomination  in july i got notifcation of the free collection some of my icons got nomminated in the nomination for 1$ i have places some of the images below these are the icons that got nominated for 1$ Now some days ago i again notifcation that i got assets eligible for nomination for 5$ here i mentioned them also  i am confused both the categories are single icons  but why the difference between the first ones nomination price and the price of the second ones  as both are icons and single icons please guide me community thanks have a nice day

I have problems with uploading videos. Most of them do not load on the site although all files have absolutely identical parameters and are made in the same program. Videos are AI generated, 3840x2160, H.264 codec, 5-11s duration, 50-150mb size, mp4 file format. I am getting the following error - "Filename couldn't be uploaded because it is not a valid file type.". I can't understand the pattern - some files get through, and some don't. Any thoughts? What can be the reason?

About a month ago, my Adobe Contributor account was blocked due to the creation of multiple accounts. I contacted Adobe through their "Contact Us" option for a resolution, and received a response saying that my account was blocked due to the detection of multiple accounts and to wait until the investigation was completed. However, there has been no progress for over a month. I always adhered to the guidelines, and when creating multiple accounts, I believed I had confirmed with Adobe's support that there would be no problem. Nevertheless, I regret causing inconvenience to Adobe.Being an Adobe Contributor is very important to me. I am considering deleting my current account and starting over with a new one. However, with Adobe conducting an investigation into multiple accounts, I am unsure whether I should proceed with creating a new account or wait for the investigation to conclude. I am a new here , I uploaded 50 photograpy on adobe stock , still waiting thier approval or rejection since 3 mounths ....I think That's too much , I contnact the support wit almost send my auto replay that the have heavy trafic and they are too busy !
