Hello Adobe Team,I am unable to complete my Adobe Stock Contributor account setup due to a critical phone verification issue.**PROBLEM:**During the phone number verification step, Bangladesh (+880) is NOT available in the country dropdown list. This completely blocks account creation.**MY DETAILS:**- Adobe ID: polashchandradas54@gmail.com- Country: Bangladesh- Issue: Cannot select Bangladesh for phone verification- When: October 11, 2025I cannot proceed past the phone verification screen, which means I cannot:- Complete my contributor profile- Upload content- Start earning- Contribute to Adobe Stock**REQUEST:**Please help with ONE of these solutions:1. Manually verify my account2. Add Bangladesh (+880) to the phone verification dropdown3. Provide alternative verification method4. Greetings, dear colleagues. Please help me understand the "quality issues" rejection error. I uploaded some vacation photos. Out of 5, only 1 was accepted. To figure out the cause, I decided to take one photo and experiment: I reduced noise, removed highlights, worked on the shadows, and sharpened it a bit, but it still refused "quality issues." Please help me figure this out. 

Hi thereCan I upload the latest version of Illustrator EPS format in my contributor account?Or I should use the legacy version "Illustrator 10 EPS"? Cause the latest version of saving the EPS doesn’t open older version of Illustrator.Thanks

Hi Adobe Stock Contributors community, I'm a new contributor trying to upload AI-generated images to build my portfolio, but I keep running into this error: "Not all of your contents could be submitted for moderation." It happens when I try to submit batches larger than around 50 images at once. I've made sure they're properly tagged as generative AI, meet the resolution requirements (4MP+), and don't contain any copyrighted elements. I've also spaced out my uploads to smaller batches (10-20 at a time), but the issue persists if I hit what seems like a weekly limit. Any tips on how to increase these limits faster—maybe by improving acceptance rates or contacting support would be super helpful. I honestly don’t know what the moderators are doing these days. Every damn asset is getting rejected — even after spending so much time and effort creating AI images, upscaling, editing, and carefully adding titles and tags.First they say “quality issues,” and when I fix those and reupload, they reject it again for “similar content.” Seriously? Are these moderators even human anymore or just some AI bot rejecting things randomly?It’s getting really frustrating. We contributors put in hours of work just to see everything thrown out for vague reasons. Anyone else facing the same problem?

Hello, I requested a payout to my skrill account 9 days ago; however, it is still showing as "pending". My previous payouts were completed within 7 days. I would appreciate it if anyone could advise whether others are experiencing a similar delay or if there might be an issue with my account. Thanks in advance!

Many of my recent photos have been rejected with the reason "Quality Issues".I'm not always sure what the specific problem is. Hello adobe community, I have uploaded vectors icons set that is totally mine and my own, but when i uploaded on adobe stock account, it reject with an error that "similar content in our collection", but when i searched on stock adobe, no any content match with my vector icons set. My icons all totally changed and high quality. so, i want to know that is any others contributers face same issues ?, and when stock adobe will resolve this issue. i am totally disapointed with review process and rejection rate of stock adobe. Please help and guide me, also include that how much time will stock adobe take to resolove this issue

Hi everyone, I requested a payout to my Payoneer account on 12 August 2025, but the status is still showing as pending. I already sent an email to Adobe Stock Contributor Support, but I haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone faced a similar delay, and how long does it usually take for payouts to process?

I keep encountering rejection of images for the reasons mentioned above, and in some cases I cannot understand the decision, as I believe I have removed all logos. I have attached a small selection of images and would be very grateful for any help in identifying what else I should remove so that they will be accepted by Adobe.Thank you in advance for your help.

This photo was taken with my Nikon mirrorless 7II camera and posted in Adobe Stock, saved as a PNG photo with transparent background.  It was rejected... "During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI and not labelled as such. We can't accept your image into our collection without the label declaring it is a generative AI image." The photo was enhanced using the AI Denoise process, and otherwise not created in Photoshop AI.  Is there a way to repost and indicate it is indeed a photo, and not "likely generated by AI?" 

I’ve got a couple of gripes with Adobe that have been driving me up the wall. First off, they’ve scattered their support and community pages across the internet like breadcrumbs in a forest. By the time you click through all the forums, subforums, help centers, and “contact us” pages, half your day is gone and you still haven’t found the one place that might actually help.   But my real frustration is with their stock contributor reviews lately. I recently dusted off my old film camera hobby — you know, the real kind, with rolls of film, chemicals, and the smell of fixer in the darkroom — and started uploading scanned photos. And what do I get? Rejected. Over and over. Apparently, I “missed the generative AI flag.” Excuse me? These are film photos, not pixels born in a machine’s imagination. Dear Consultant, will there be any problem if I have a live stroke path in my design? I mean, I don't want to expand the stroke path, because that will destroy the gradient I applied to the stroke path. I have some questions: 1/ Is it possible to upload a design by applying a gradient color to the stroke path without expanding it? 2/ Is it possible to upload a design by applying a blending option to the stroke path?

Cada dia me deja subir para revision unas 15 o 20 fotos, a veces más, a veces menos, pero es que ya tengo casi 700 fotos en espera y estoy teniendo problemas porque mi flujo de trabajo se está viendo afectado. ¿Donde puedo ver estos límites para poder adaptarme a ellos? Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the contributor dashboard.After my uploaded videos are reviewed and accepted on Adobe Stock, I can only see the Title and Keywords — but not the original filenames I uploaded. I need to know if there’s any way to retrieve or export the original filenames of the files that were accepted.I already have my local database with filenames, titles, and descriptions, but I can’t match them easily without seeing the filenames on the website. Is there any method, API, or hidden option to export this data or view the original filenames in the contributor portal ? Good morning, I'm a novice photographer. What macro errors do you find in this photo?

For the past few days, I’ve been unable to submit new files to my Adobe Stock contributor account. The system keeps showing a message that I’ve either reached my weekly submission limit or have too many files pending review.However, my pending files have already decreased significantly, yet I still can’t upload new content. I would really appreciate it if you could check my account status and let me know why the submission option remains disabled, and when it might be available again.

Hello friends, I hope everyone is well. My question is that recently, when I upload 50 or 100 files, the limit is reached. What could be the reason for this? Also, the In Review files are reviewed very late, especially the PNG files.

Hello! Recently I have faced a problem Upload limit. I cant submit more file if 45/46 files are pending in review. But few days ago I can submit more file as my wish there was no limit.  This is new rules or problem in my account? plz someone help me.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
