I’ve started uploading my files to Adobe Stock, but I haven’t had a single sale yet. Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong?
Hello! I haven't sold anything for three weeks, at first I wasn't visible at all from other viewing media, now I'm there, but there are no sales. I have 3200 works there, I don't know what to do. Advise me what to do if you had such an experience. It takes a lot of time, and there is no joy now
Hi three,I can not understand the reason of rejection on the quality issue. Would you kindly enlighten me on that note? Thanks in advance
"I have some questions about uploading icon designs:1. When uploading an icon, should I choose the category based on the icon type (such as business, technology, food, etc.), or should all icon designs be uploaded under the 'Graphic Resources' category?2. When uploading an icon, is it mandatory to checkmark the 'This is an icon' option?3. If the 'This is an icon' option is checkmarked, should those designs be uploaded as SVG files, or is it acceptable to upload them as EPS files? Also, is this a professional approach?"
Hello, may i know why is the material of this video considered to be infringing? What elements caused it?Thank you for your help
I got this mail from Adobe"Hello,Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity."After that I could not get to my account. I think it was because my contribution tool microstock plus tried to upload older Fotos again. But with this undefined description I just dont know it! I am a hobby Fotographer who uploads his Holiday fotos. So i guess it is not a crime.... Adobe doesent answer my mails and they took the money from my account. I guess now they sell my pictures and keep the m
I’ve noticed that some of my submissions have been stuck in the review queue for more than six months without any updates. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but I only receive automated responses without a resolution. Here are the IDs of the files in question:File ID: 964389433File ID: 964387477File ID: 1001555650File ID: 1001555684File ID: 1001555687File ID: 1001555714File ID: 1001555730File ID: 1001555753File ID: 1199027432File ID: 1205350958 File ID: 1205351755 File ID: 1217574593 File ID: 1217574599 File ID: 1217574609 File ID: 1220941232 File ID: 1220942576 File ID: 1220942981 File ID: 1220943945 File ID: 1220944002 File ID: 1220944091 File ID: 1220944167 File ID: 1221487609 File ID: 1221487988 File ID: 1221487993 File ID: 1221488015 File ID: 1221488019 File ID: 1221488692 File ID: 1221488729 File ID: 1222639121 File ID: 1222639588 File ID: 1222639757 File ID: 1222660874&
Hi everyone,I’ve been contributing images for a while now without any issues, but recently I’ve run into a problem. I’ve uploaded several images, but the “Submit” button is greyed out (disabled), and I’m unable to submit them.I currently have 95 images pending, and my upload limit is 501 images, so I’m well below the cap. Still, I can’t move forward.Has anyone else faced a similar issue or know what might be causing this? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Received from Adobe a refusal to accept the image due to the reason 'Similar content in our collection'. It was found that my submission closely resembles content already available on Adobe Stock. But I can't find a similar illustration in the collection with a rugby player with a ball in exactly this pose. Instead, the search returns a large number of identical images that have not been commented on. It seems that someone uploads dozens of identical images in batches and for some reason they are accepted. And someone uploads a few and gets rejected.

Hello, Just curious as to why a few videos of mine that were accepted, and on Adobe for over a year and a half for sale, one of which has sold twice, now for some reason, has been deemed to be too gory, when you currently have over 12,000 videos equally gory, or even more gorier. Some screenshots of my videos attached. Cheers! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello, I’m an active contributor and I have 7 illustration files that have been stuck in the “In Review” status for a long time. One of them has been waiting for over 30 days, and the rest for slightly less time. Meanwhile, newer files I uploaded have already been reviewed and accepted, so I’m concerned that these specific files may be stuck or overlooked in the system. I already contacted contributor support, but I only received a generic message about high volume and no follow-up. I’m posting here hoping someone from the team can look into it. Here are the file IDs still under review:#1467512283#1470382175#1470429389#1474493693#1495143295#1495143397#1495143513 Thank you in advance for your attention and help! Best regards,Natalie
Hello contributors community is the rejection due to similar images still a problem?? I stopped submitting about 2 months ago and I want to get back to work is the issue still not solved? Thanks!
I only upload SVG and Adobe makes them available as transparent background PNG as well - but the sale breakdown never mentions which was sold (essentially is the same file) I've some huge sized SVG that would not work unless I made them into PNG, I was just curious if I should just make them into PNG and put them up on sale.
Hello!I have a problem - all model releases of me ARE REJECTED by Adobe! And support is ignoring me for more than 1 month! Why is the release with ID 8945039 rejected?
[Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello. My photos were not accepted due to quality issues. Can you tell me what's wrong with the photos? Maybe I adjusted the original photos too much and it turned out to be unrealistic? Or are they really of poor quality? Thank you.
HelloI received a notification stating that some of my images were rejected due to a “quality issue.” I would kindly like to ask for more specific details about the reason for the rejection, so I can make the necessary improvements for future submissions.Thank you in advance for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
For the past few weeks, Adobe Stock has been rejecting my submissions, while the same images are accepted by other stock platforms without issue. I’ve included a few examples below and would appreciate any insights on why they might not meet Adobe’s standards.
Hi Adobe Stock community,I need help understanding inconsistent moderation of my AI-generated submissions. Here’s what happened:The IssueRejected: 10+ AI images (all 4096x4096px, 96 DPI).+Approved: 3 nearly identical images submitted earlier My QuestionI’m struggling to understand why some of my AI-generated images are being rejected while nearly identical ones get approved. Could you help me figure out if this is a technical issue (image quality) or a submission mistake on my part? My personal Suspicion: Are hidden flaws (artifacts, noise) causing rejections, or did I mislabel something?Sorry that the screenshot language is provided in german. Which of these two should I mark for submission ? Thanks a lot ! ! !
Help! I just made a keywording change to one image and then was horrified to learn that I had applied those keywords to every single image in my portfolio - including of course my best sellers. Is there any way to go back, or do I have to start over? I have sent a request forhelp to Adobe too.
