I just used all my credits trying to generate a simple prompt with a singlular word and not one generated video had the word correctly spelt. So I have just wasted all credits for nothing. 

I feel completely tricked. Adobe shows Firely is included in my plans I own (Photography and Illustrator) but only gives me 5 credits in reality, as the "free plan". Then why the heck do my plans show that I have access to Adobe Firely? This is ludicrous. This should be illegal. Would I ever consider now subscribing Firefly? Hell no!!! 

Is there a time limit on the use of content (e.g., images) generated by Adobe Firefly? If I cancel my Creative Cloud subscription, can I still use the content I generated previously?

Can your amazing development team make it so that the "Aspect Ratio" selection is not reset when changing models.  It is beyond frustrating to get everything setup how you want it, and then desire to see how a different model will generate, only for the aspect ratio to be reset to the default of landscape instead of retaining the aspect ratio used on the previous generation.

Bonjour,Je dispose d'un abonement Adobe et utilise quotidiennement sur mon Mac (MacBook Pro de 2019 sous Sequoia) Photoshop, Illustrator et InDesign.Je viens de me rendre compte que certaines options de l'IA ne sont pas présentes ou indisponibles.Photoshop : l'option "Image de référence" à son icône dans Beta (pas dans Classic) mais elle est grisée et donc inutile.Illustrator : Je n'ai tout simlement pas la fenêtre "Firefly".InDesign : j'avoue être tellement dégouté de payer pour ne pas avoir les versions complètes que j'ai référé ne pas regarder.Une seule question : POURQUOI et comment solutionner cela ?Merci pour votre aide

All very good points, just to add, Adobe Firefly is still learning the English alphabet... what happened to the letter D and the number 9, number 9, number 9?

I'll attach some screenshots of some previous things I did about a week ago. I noticed on Monday that my image generations are not turning out how they were a week ago. Adobe has just upped my bill by double - without any notifcation. Grrrr.How can I go back to use 'Creative Cloud standard'?

So,  I create an image using text. Then, after doing several I realize I wanted 16:9 so I do an edit on those images -- and use generative fill. Works fine.I can download the image, but can I continue to use that 16:9 image to add new items to it -- just as it was before I made it 16:9? I don't see where that image (the 16:9) is saved anywhere. And the Keep button is a mystery also.Thanks for your help.

Good day I've just purchased a standard package and generated around 4 or 5 videos that i did not like. But the i was advised that i dont have enough credits and i'm getting this notice as well.  " 400 bad request REQUEST HEADER or COOKIE TOO LARGE"

Ya había cargado una imagen de referencia y hecho videos con esta, ahora me marca que no puedo usarla sin más motivo de que no cumple las directrices. Es muy ambiguo a qué se refiere.

Hi All, I am a designer/photopgrapher. I also own a Victorian Water Pumping Station in the North of England. I have collected some vintage images of the engine room inside the building. What I would love to be able to do is create images in Ai (Firefly) using these old photographs, but adding workmen and other details (steam etc)Is this possible using Firfly?Back in the day I would have taken a photograph, scanned it in, then used Adobe Photoshop and created layers to blend in other images. But this was a long drawn out process. So I'm just wondering if Firefly can help to streamline this process.

What I am looking for is an AI tool which can be used to update a catalogue of images using a single image to illustrate the new style I would like all the images to be in.  For example: A pack of traditional style playing cards, by showing AI the new design for the King of Hearts it is able to go through the entire set of playing cards, re-drawing each card in the new style. This might be altering the colours slightly, changing the style that the symbols are drawn in etc. In short uploading a whole series of images from a series and asking the AI to redraw them all in the style given by the new example image.

Whenever I want writing it comes in chinese. This use to not be the case,.  The art work is very bad and I have used 300 credits and still no video I can use. I tried using my own image and it made the writing unreadable. I have tried many ai video and this is the worst.  What happen?I want my credits back.  

you ai does not generate the letter you tell it how can business rely on this when it can not even animate a logo without changing it all up I asked simple stuf and it failed
