Firefly board data is lost. There's no version history or sync indicators. A couple of hours of work disappears after closing the window. All these AI features are pointless if I can't rely on the product.

I am unable to generate the video , please guide 

It took me more than 30 minutes to get a bad results of a translation & lip sync.Here the video specs : 111 mo / 2mn Translation from French to English only.Normaly it should take 4mn.Moreover, the system kept the original french voice/talk in background which means the voice isolation did not work well.

What is it? I can’t create any image

duplicates features. i..e had two Sydney Opera houses in one generation and two Sydney harbour bridges. Blew up an aircraft on a carrier, but nothing in description to cause that. No option to reject a generation or get credit for bad renders. duplicates major features. Two opera houses, two harbour bridges etc

I have a Firefly account with an increase in credits but they aren’t showing on my account?[PII removed by Mod]

I created some videos about 2 weeks ago. But now i need to make a slight amendment to the prompt, so i tried opening it up in my Generation History. The thumbnail is there in Generation History, but it just hangs when i click on it.  This is very frustrating when you guys keep making up pay more and more just to get more and more bugs.

I have made a payment of 797.68 Rs for a subscription to Adobe Firefly; however, my subscription has not been activated. I kindly request your assistance in activating my subscription at your earliest convenience. Thank you.[PII removed by Mod]

Hello Adobe Support,I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Firefly.I cannot generate any AI content at all—neither images nor videos. Every generation attempt fails, regardless of the model or prompt I use.Here’s what I’ve already tried:Switched to different browsers.Signed out and signed back into my Adobe account.Cleared browser cache and cookies.Confirmed that I have available Firefly credits.Tried different prompts and different AI models.Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Firefly still cannot generate any content.Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account or if there is a server-side problem? If you need any additional information, error logs, or screenshots, I'd be happy to provide them.Thank you for your assistance.

When I try to edit a genetated image there is no firefly 3 or 4 model available so I cannot edit images.

Estoy haciendo uso de la prueba gratuita y apenas entré a crear no me deja hacer ninguna creación ya desde hace días - me tira error en todo no puedo crear nada por favor resuelvan este problema o no si me banearon porque en nada puedo hacer algo ni en PC ni en móvil 

The following message continuously pops up while I am generating images: “Can't save some items to generation history”. The download buttons are all grey and no matter how many times I refresh or click them, they won’t download the generated images. 

The generated images files are not showing

I was trying to generate images in Firefly and it just didn´t do anything until I realized it says “Get Credits” at the top of the page which means I´m supposedly out of credits but I have unlimited access and I checked my account and it says i still have 4000 credits, so I should have no problem but I do. I already cleaned history and caché on my browser, I already signed out from adobe sites and the Creative Cloud Desktop app so it would recognize my account settings but when I signed back in, same thing happened. I am paying a monthly plan and it´s not ok that I cannot use the tools when I need to! Please help me resolve this issue.

I am trying to see the pricing plans for adobe firefly but they show prices in EUR instead of USD. I am located in the United States, so this is rather strange.

First off, I use AI tools all day every day. Prompting is not something I’m new to or bad at. That said, no matter how specific I am with my prompts. No matter how many times I edit an image or video. No matter what kind of reference photos I upload. Firefly does not produce usable content. Is everyone else experiencing similar difficulties? I have a lot of work to do and not a lot of time. Yet, here I am wasting more of it on Firefly...

The entire history of generated images suddenly disappeared. I only have the most recent image left. Thanks for your help 

I uploaded a photo of two people, selected the man I want removed from the photo however when I click “Remove” all it generates is a black image with a little bit of something a the bottom.  I don’t want to keep trying and wasting my credits if it’s not working.  Photo it’s giving me as the result.

Hello,I subscribed to Adobe Firefly with the 2,000-credit plan and my payment has already been completed. However, the credits have not been added to my account yet.Could you please check and advise me on what I should do to resolve this issue?
