It downloaded my tokens but didn't generate the video, it's not fair, please refund me

I need a transparent background but Firefly AI apps just make a fake one using the checkerboard which isn’t even correct because it has big splotches. And I can’t even post to this forum without AI issues - I have to retype everything. AI is going to be the down fall of humanity - first by stealing our patience and mental health.

I'm creating short clips with my own reference images, also generated with Firefly, for a humanitarian video. After 11 generations of 4-second clips, I'm getting a guidelines violation error. I've read the guidelines and I'm not doing anything wrong. This is happening right before I finish my short clips so I can work on them in Premiere Pro. It's very frustrating. What can I do? I need to finish by this Saturday!

When I try to generate a movie and I’m adding first and last frame the movie doesn’t see this frames and makes movie by own idea, not on my pictures. 

There is a special for unlimited generations, but it is not working with my plan.  I am not sure what is going on. I have the pro plan.Thanks,Angelia

FireFly is not generating image, but charges credit. I bought extra credit, made an image request 5x, nothing was made, but  80 credit points were charged. I am losing my money and time. Please regenerate my lost credits and make it work.

I don’t understand this at all. Can someone please explain to me what is actually unlimited with this promotion? https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/web/get-started/learn-the-basics/current-firefly-promotions.html I had an agent add the Firefly Pro plan onto my Adobe account, paying $19.99/mo. It was my understanding that the basic plan did not qualify for the unlimited deal that is running unti April 22. Well now, since I was under the impression that getting this Pro Plan of Firefly would’ve gotten my unlimited usages, I’m now down to the reserves for my Generative AI credits--when I thought I would have UNLIMITED credits. What gives? Can someone please explain this in greater detail to me with this promotion? I’m using my credits in Adobe Photoshop CC; not the web version, not the web version of Firefly or Photoshop Express just to be clear.

The AI generator is having trouble understanding what I'm asking it to do

when asking to remove an item from an image I'm work on it. It changes the whole image. also when generating an image it will show it really quickly and them go away

When I run Adobe Upscaler, it will lead to the wep page becoming unresponsive.

The quality of the prompt-based output has decreased over time, instead of the opposite. The results I got with 3 and 4 can only randomly be achieved with 4 Ultra or 5. I defaulted to using Google’s Nano Banana.

Allow for feedback so parameters can be modified or at least HIJT can make changes. Allow for the interruption/termination of a generation.

I confess, I don’t understand Firefly sometimes.I know Adobe is trying to avoid abuse of their AI. But uploading an image (an image I own, I shot, I have the rights to) and asking Firefly to make this person smile only to then have it repeatedly shot shown by Adobe’s border guards is so frustrating. It literally drives me away from Firefly because why would I spend the money only to be told “no”? No explanation - just “read this”. There has to be something better than "because we said so”.Give me a clue as to where you think this image or this request violates your standards?How about some kind of appeal process?I dunno. Something?

I have 235 from 250 credits remaining, and I cannot use any premium generative fills Nano Banana, GPT, Flux and Firefly 5 and still obtaining message: Update in order to use premium functions. Byt the credits are still available; I am paying for photo plan, and still cannot use those premium generative functions. It is frustrating. You should return maoney for making something available which is in fact notuld return money

Trying to edit image. Have enough credits. Progress bar continues to pulse but no results. Fifteen minutes now
