I can't be the only user finding the AI's enforcement of community guidelines infuriatingly puritanical. Every idea I have for artistic expression seems to be taboo; it's like I have some priggish moralist constantly looking over my shoulder waggling its finger at every thought I attempt to express. With the generative fill, even the most innocent request can be rejected because something elsewhere in the image is deemed too suggestive or too violent or just not up to its priggish standards of wholesomeness. I can appreciate Adobe mighn't want its name associated with the creation of hardcore pornographic images, for example. But must everything be rated PG? And even when it is.  I would like to report an issue I’ve been experiencing while using Adobe Firefly.When I open a new tab or enter a new prompt to generate a different image, the system appears to retain context from previously generated images and prompts. As a result, Firefly tends to produce outputs that are unintentionally influenced by earlier creations, even when I aim to create something completely new.Specifically: Opening a new tab does not reset the context New prompts still seem to be influenced by previous generations The system behaves as if prior images are being used as implicit references I am not sure whether this is an intentional feature or a technical issue. Just one week ago i purchased a plan apx 800rs in which got 2000 credit to generate image but today it's showing no more credits. I don't believe,  I generated to much image so that 100gb totally consumed. Pls check the issue.

When I enter a new FireFly prompt, I ALWAYS want to see two versions, to decide which is best.  If I just hit Generate twice quickly though, it gives the same seed and the same image then arrives twice. FF should change the seed on EVERY press of Generate.  That way I can get two to review easily, rather than waiting for the first to complete before asking for a second.

I am reporting a major quality regression in Adobe Firefly regarding garment mockups and displacement mapping. As of today, March 29, 2026, graphics are no longer integrating into shirt textures. I’ve been using since last year ans as of last week, the results were professional-grade with perfect 3D warping and fabric blending. The issues started earlier this week. Using the same prompts, all graphics appear as flat, 'pasted-on' 2D overlays that ignore fabric folds, body contours, and natural shadows. This makes the tool unusable for professional e-commerce mockups. Please investigate the recent update to the rendering pipeline or partner model integration (Nano Banana 2) that caused this loss of displacement mapping. This is the main reason for me to be a subscriber.  Im uploading 2 files called “last week”, these are professional level mock up pictures, the work is almost perfect. And 3 files called “this week”, these reflect the work currently being done, The design does not follow

Bildupload in Firefly Color Grade funktiniert nicht, es kommt immer die selbe Fehlermeldugn - Kann 1 Datei nicht hochladen. Dateiname muss Buchstaben, Zahlen, - - (), # und Leerzeichen enthalten (keine Leerzeichen am Ende).

On my account I have 500/500 credits. But when I try to generate picture it writes I have insufficient amount of credits a offers me some plans. Why I can´t use credits I have?

My reference image was quite clear it had one low key diver in it . The generated video had lost most of the “animals” I'm the reference image and had featured a second diver with a weird sort of net gun which I had not described in anyway in my prompt. I asked only for the fantasy animals to be moving around with one or two fighting. I made no mention of the diver as I had promoted that the subject of the reference image should stay the same. I feel it was a very poor interpretation with little regard to my prompt or reference image and would like to delete it and not lood=se any of the credits used to generate it!!

In Safari on my iMac when I open Firefly the butons on the very top of the page overlap some buttons on the top of the firefly screen (I can not sign out of the program, among other things). Please see the picture I sent along with this email.   How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance

Can i ask why you can choose between Frames and Images for Veo 3.1 but for Veo 3.1 Fast you can only choose Frames?  I want to be able to choose Images for Veo 3.1 Fast.

I used to be able to add up to three ‘references’ when created a composition image. Today Firefly stopped allowing me to do this. Has anyone else experience this challenge? Does anyone know of a solution? Thank you.

The current AI Generative Credits offerings are not suitable for occasional users of AI features. I use the Adobe Photography Plan (20GB) as a hobby. I would like flexibility in purchasing AI Generative Credits. I would like to be able to purchase them on demand. AI Generative Credits should be available as long as my Adobe subscription is active, without the credit counter resetting to zero each month.Are there any plans at Adobe for this?

I generated an image-to-video piece for 500 credits and then selected to edit the result with a prompt for 250 credits. Both times when I clicked Generate it deducted another 250 points, worked for a while, then stopped without displaying a new video. I’m afraid to try again because it’s just bleeding credits...

Firefly me indica que no puedo adjuntar practicamente ninguna foto ya que tiene content credentials, pero hasta fotos mías personales me dice lo mismo, es un error terrible, no puedo generar videos

Veo3 fast video yaparken neden hata veriyor. Son videolarımda hep hata var.

The instruction for the audio worked correctly, and the video created the mouth movement for the second half of the audio, after a pause indicated by a comma, but the mouth did not move for the first part of the audio. I tried four times, adding a specific instruction that the mouth must move to follow all the audio, but with no success.
