Firefly i stuck in Fast Mode. Nothing online can explain how to un do this. this service is of no value to me because th eimages are very small. It is not at all intuitive or clear how to generate images that are of a higher resoltion.

Depuis que j'ai payé je n'arrive plus à générer de vidéo, ça buggue. J'aimerai aussi que la caméra tourne autour de mon personnage, or, malgré la description elle reste statique.

Hallo, warum ist es nicht möglich die Bilder auf mein Smartphone (Android) herunter zu laden? Ich klicke die Bilder an, die ich herunter laden möchte, anschließend auf das untere rechte Symbol für den Download. Dann passiert nix. Auch der obere rechte, dunkle Download Button scheint keine Funktion zu haben, die er aber bestimmt hat. Wie kann man das Problem lösen? Vielen Dank und beste Grüße

Firefly behauptet, das Gratiskontingent sei aufgebraucht. Dabei habe ich noch gar nichts generieren können und mehrere Male nur Fehlermeldungen (hat nicht geklappt) erhalten.  Das ist schade, keine gute Werbung - und wirkt auch unseriös, weil gleich ein Fenster zum Abschließen eines Abos aufpoppt.

La recarga de mis créditos para la IA generalmente se hace los días 22 de cada mes, en esta ocasión para el día 24 ya no tengo créditos disponibles para ofrecerme comprar nuevos créditos firefly??? (Todo esto con un uso normal de la IA Generativa en Photoshop) de que sirve pagar por el plan PRO si no me cargan los créditos que trae mi plan activo.Intento comunicarme con el soporte de Adobe y lo único que consigo es un bot incompetente que solo pregunta si quiero saber sobre mi facturación ... Cada día mas decepcionado con el servicio de Adobe en general.

Hello Team,We have a complete Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and are successfully generating images using Firefly Basic. However, we’ve noticed some inconsistencies across users:Some users are able to access Firefly 5 (Preview) and generate images.In certain cases, users can generate videos, while others receive a message stating: “Contact your admin to request access” when trying to use Firefly Video Basic.We’ve already checked with our admin team, and they confirmed that all features have been enabled on their end.Could someone from the community or Adobe support help us understand why this discrepancy exists and guide us on resolving it?Thank you in advance for your assistance!

The system generates video clips that display text in abstract script, not English as requested

I'm wasting credits like crazy trying to get clear and clean coloring book pages for an adult coloring book. The images come out looking grainy with stray lines and gray areas. I've watched videos, looked at suggested prompts, and tried coming up with prompts on my own. I've also tried various partner models—with no real luck. For a program that can generate complicated photos and videos, you'd think getting clear line art would be a simple thing. Please help!!!! 

I just want to ask if I'm the only one who has this problem or if it's something known. In firefly - in boards, I don't see the number of credits that the generation will use, it shows "uses 0 credit" (on every image model generator) like yesterday, before the tariff plan changed. It seems like a major error to me and something I can't understand how it goes unresolved.Apparently it's a problem that only appears in firefly boards. In the firefly generator directly, the correct credits appear, in fact, that's where I found out how many credits each generation will take.

O meu plano me da acesso ilimitado na geração de imagens, agora quando eu coloco um prompt ele ta me cobrando creditos por isso, eu tenho ciencia que os vídeos são cobrados de acordo, mas diz que a geração de imagens é ilimitada, e está me prejudicando no meu trabalho.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich habe mir heute um 20:26 Uhr für 5,49 Euro 750 Credits gekauft. Danach habe ich nur wenige Bilder generiert und habe jetzt noch 170 Credits. Laut Ihrer Website kostet mich ein Bild 10 Credits. Definitiv stimmt hier was nicht. Kann sich das mal jemand anschauen bitte?Mit freundlichen Grüßen Lehmann

Habe genügend Credits, kann aber nichts kreieren, da Fehlermeldung "Nicht genügend Credits" kommt.  

I couldn't put the prompt because there was 4 video prompts out of nowhere were generating video before I can put my own, that burn right away 1600 credits which is about 40% monthly credit allowance

le générateur ne respecte pas mon prompt, j'ai demandé 3 fois les même corrections (250 crédits à chaque fois alors que la demande n'est pas respectée) et il a regénéré 3 fois la même vidéo, vive gemini...
