I get that AI is not perfect, but even with prompting to give my Indian co-worker a "US Englist accent" it continues to give him an Indian accent. It also is making the red dot on his forehead large for now reason. This is very frustrating and has made me spend more money. After I complete this project, I will be ending my subscription. 

Hello, any time I try to generate something I get a message saying" it is not possible to upload, edit and try again". I've a regular account with premium credits, but I basically can't use them.Could you please suggest me how to solve the problem?Many thanks 

I have 9735 gen credits left out of possible 11,000.  However instead of letting me generate images on Firefly site, I receive the Whoa there, speed racer! message.  I pay Adobe $100 a month for services and I can't use them??? hola al intentar generar video me da fallo aunque cambie de modelos y no me crea el video.

Ayer pague 23 euros para utilizar el Pro y hice 3 videos y ya no me dejaba hacer mas , me ponia que tenia que esperar 13 horas, ya han pasado y sigue igual. Agradeceria alguna explicación Gracias 

Hola, el otro dia renovaron mis creditos de Firefly siempre me cargan 6000 y  aun no los use para nada, pero al entrar hoy note que solo me quedan 2000, pero yo nos los utilice. Quisiera saber que es lo que ocurrio,  o si hay forma de ver que fueron gastados.   

Me ha consumido todos los créditos mensuales en la generación de 2 videos de 5 segundos. Ha fallado como 10/15 intentos pero ha computado los créditos. Un desastre, la verdad. 

When a generation fails completely and doesn't even happen - it still eats up credits! I lost at least 700-800 credits this way! It says failed try to refresh - I refresh and the generation is disappeared along with my credits! Unnaceptable. Please refund my lost credits and fix this!

Why would Adobe reset unused generative credits that are paid for on an extra plan? I paid for 7,000 generative credits on a monthly plan but did not use them and they were reset on the new reset date. Instead of having 14,000 plus the 4,000 that comes with my other plan , I only have 11,000 instead of 18,000. So basically the unused credits don't roll over to the next month. Why would Adobe cheat their customers in such a horrible way?

Hi. Have been using firefly and nano banana pro since release, Im paying a premium license and up until now i have been generatin premium funktions for free as i ordered when there was a drive, But now it started charging me, This happened before to and i was like WHAT? next day, did not charge me credits again. I think you can see on my extensive use, Whats going on? /S

I am trying to generate a logo with a desired text. It is not accepting it.

I just used 900 credits for a video that is not usable at all - it is literally terrible and I'm afraid to try to regenerate for a 3rd time and keep getting the same outcome while being charged for a ton of credits I'll never get back. I first tried it with my own prompt, then I tried it with Adobe's prompt.  Both outcomes were unusable. So, I am writing to ask if anyone knows how I can get these credits back from Adobe. Thank you.
