Very often Gemini will give an error instead of an image. The credits get spent, regardless of whether it returns an error or an image. I expect to receive an image, or not be charged if there’s an error. The failure rate is well above 80%.

I’ve been a subscriber for at least 10 years. When you started offering image generation for free to new signups for a certain period of time, i was receiving those benefits also with my subscription. Now I am no longer receiving those free generations during the time periods you guys make it available.

Bonjour,Je dispose d’un compte entreprise avec toutes les application et avec Firefly dans mon abonnement : Le problème est que je n’arrive pas, lors d’une création de vidéo avec une image de référence, à insérer mon image de référence car ce message apparaît :Charger une autre image Cette image inclut des Content Credentials qui empêchent son utilisation avec des fonctionnalités d’IA générative  A savoir : les images insérées sont les miennes, je possède les droits: J’ai même essayé avec une image paint créée pour tout tenter:Avez-vous des solutions ?Merci

Uploaded a still photo of a lady crouched on the ground.  Directed Firefly to generate an 8 second video of her picking flowers.  Firefly responded “We can’t display the generated video.  

I simply wanted to try out Firefly and it rejected my first two images and then it says it generated one video from a photo but could not display it so I tried it again and it told me that I had already used all my credits. I show as having 25 credits, but I have no saved video or any visual output to judge your app upon and now I’m being told I have to wait days for credits to be available again. Doubtful I’ll spend money on something that doesn’t work when you allow me to try it .

Tengo créditos en firefly pero desde ayer no me deja generar videos. Cada vez que intento me sale esto: Pero voy desde ayer y nada. De un momento a otro.

When using FireFly and generating images, I notice when it fails the credits are not being credited back to my account. I have never really checked, but I just checked and after to failures in a row, the credits were taken out of my account, but not credited back. So I have no idea how many times this might have happened in the past, because I never checked and assumed my credits were being refunded. Please advise.

I purchased an Adobe Firefly subscription, but it's giving me an error and I can't perform any unrecognized operations.

I attempted to generate an image using Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro) in Adobe Firefly. The aspect ratio was set to Landscape (4:3) and the resolution was set to 2K.After clicking Generate, the system displayed the error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”The image was not generated successfully. However, 40 credits were deducted from my account despite the failed generation.This issue occurred immediately after submission, and I have attached a screenshot for reference.Please investigate this issue and restore the deducted credits if applicable.

when Firefly cannot render an image and displays the "Something went wrong" message, it deducts the credits and does not render the image nor replace the debited credits. This happened many times last month and chewed through my credit allotment

I am using adobe FI, I’m using the AI generate feature to “cartoonize” photos for a project however I am no longer able to upload the photo’s. The photos are in the exact same format and of the exact same saze so I don’t understand the issue. Please advise.Thanks Heather Ciprian

I'm trying to put a symbol next to words. it doesn't work, i have to keep generating new pictures using all my credit and all i want to do is move a symbol next to the words. it either takes out the last letter or doesnt place it next to the words. no matter how i try to re-word the same sentence, it doesn't work and keeps generating the same photo and taking my credits. I'm thinking another platform might be better for the things i need, because i cant pay for something that doesn't work

 There is no option to change the Standard feature, Even if i choose the firefly video in the generation also it uses the credits only, i want to use the unlimted standard feature for image to video, guid me where is the option in mail or chat is okay.

Les images générées par Firefly 5 (aperçu) ne correspondent pas du tout au prompt depuis 3 jours,  je l’utilise depuis plusieurs mois, mais la génération d’images ne correspond plus du tout aux images que j’obtenais ultérieurement (exemple: je demande une génération d’une femme et l’image ressort comme celle d’une petite fille!!!!)

Hello,I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase. Although the payment has been taken from my account, I am unable to use the services. The Issue: My account shows 0 AI credits, even though my plan should include 4,000 credits. Billing: The transaction is not showing up in my billing history on the Adobe portal, despite the charge being made to my bank/card. Not able to generate video from text prompts…

not able to download images generated, they also disappear from the pane, and not listed or generated available in the history

Out of nowhere, my entire history and Firefly boards are gone. I've logged out and back in 3 times, i've opened an incognito window, and nothing is getting me access to what i've already created. My account is █████████ Please helpI logged into my work account today after restarting.  I have access but I my existing multiple Firefly boards are gone.  Instead I get a message at the bottom of the page with a blue character that says CANT LOAD.  This has been going on all day.   I’ve logged in and out multiple times.  Whats going on?  Gabriel [Redacted PII and edited title for clarity. -moderator]

When I click on buy credits, nothing happens and I just get a blank white screen…I've tried changing browsers, using incognito mode, and even trying it on mobile. Nothing works.
