A small rant incoming.So... you added Veo2 - which is great cause its wayyyyy better than firefly's Janky faces and hands. Ive been leaving feedback about how bad Firefly is (by today's standards). Let's have a look how much it costs. It's currently 100 per 5seconds on for Firefly, so for Veo 2 it's...500 credits per 5 seconds for Veo2.FIVE HUNDRED. Ooof. Ok thats steep,BUTIts Veo2. It's literally miles better than firefly so a steep price for that can be swallowed. At least i can fall back on Fireflys 100 credits per vi-YOU UPPED THE PRICING of your Firefly model to 500 credits for 1080p 5 seconds. WHAT IN THE HIGHWAY ROBBERY are you guys DOING. You were ALREADY the MOST expensive one out there. And now you decide to INCREASE your 5 second video price 5x. Literally 5 times. Your Firefly is JANK. The faces come out JANK. The hands are JANK. And you now wanna charge 5x more for the SAME JANK as last year. Yuck.You guys are so greedy. This is the last straw for me. Yo

I have my subscription and 964/1000 monthly credit. still the firefly says there no sufficient credit and takes me to the page of credit purchase. why this is happening. can you fix this?

Not a bug per se', but an oddity to be sure.  The AI is generating middle eastern women with mustaches.  I'd requested a video of a lady smelling from a jar - no nationality specified.  The model produced a Middle eastern lady with mustache.  Follow up video requesting a woman handing another woman a gift bag - no nationality specified.  Both middle eastern - one with a mustache.    ??  Followed up with a request for Caucasian ladies and no mustaches.  The model generated Caucasian with a beautiful handlebar mustache.  Comical, but unusable.  

El plan por el que estamos pagando dice que alcanza para realizar hasta 70 videos, este mes no hicimos mas de 30 y casi ninguna generacion de imagenes y nos quedamos sin creditos estaria bueno que cada cosa que se use te diga la cantidad de creditos que se consumen, y pasar a otro plan son casi 100 usd mas de diferencia es muchisimo

However, I am currently unable to view my available Generative Credits.I have logged into the Firefly platform and checked both the profile menu and the account management page, but I do not see any section showing my remaining Generative Credits.According to the official information, free users should receive 25 Generative Credits per month.Could you please assist me in confirming whether my account is eligible and advise me on how I can correctly view my Generative Credits?In addition, when I attempt to use the "Text to Image" feature, it automatically uses the "Image 4" model and prompts me to start a trial, stating that I only have 10 generation attempts available.I would like to know if this is expected behavior for free users, and whether I can access the basic "Text to Image" feature without being limited to this 10-time trial.Thank you for your assistance and clarification.Best regards,

Hello,I've noticed this month my monthly generative credits are down from 250 credits to only 100 credits, which is not fair in my opinion, I am a subscriber to the photography 20gb cloud plan since 4 years and I pay 120usd yearly which is only now 100 generative credits and the Photography 1TB with 500 generative credits and the price is 240usd yearly,Photography plan 20gb : 100 generative credits 120 usdPhotography plan 1tb : 500 generative credits 240 usdI suggest bringning back the 250 generative credits to the 20gb cloud plan it will be more fair and it will match the price difference,If anyone has the same suggest or concern please comment below, Also is there an email where I can send this suggetion to adobe ?Thanks.

Bei der Beschreibung der ersten Variante habe ich Zeitraffer angegeben. Da mir das Ergebnis nicht gefiel, wollte ich ein ähnliches Video OHNE Zeitraffer. Danch wurden ALLE Videos in Zeitraffer generiert obwohl ausdrücklich NICHT gewünscht (Realzeit - Leichter Wind, Vögel, Hummel an Blüte). Eindeutige Fehlinterpretation die mich Credits kostet 😞
