I’m creating a series of videos to be threaded together.  The first two instances worked perfectly.  Now it is completely disregarding the reference image and creating something completely different.  This is getting expensive paying for clips I can’t use!!

Dans générer une vidéo avec Firefly, il y a l’option “à partir d’une première image” (de même qu’il y a l’option de la “dernière image”). J’arrive bien à charger mon image. Pourtant quand je regarde la vidéo générée, elle n’a rien à voir avec l’image que j’ai donnée. Ça marchait pourtant bien l’année dernière. Est-ce normal ? D’avance merci pour une éventuelle réponse.

I’m currently unable to generate any videos using Adobe Firefly. I consistently get the message:“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”This happens every time I try video generation. However, when I use Google Veo directly, video generation works without any issues.I wanted to check with the community: Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Are there any known limitations, throttling, or restrictions on video generation within Firefly at the moment? Is this related to account type, region, or usage limits? Or are you promoting low quality Firefly video model only? I’ve tried multiple attempts at different times, but the issue persists. Any insights or guidance would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.Surajit

 I'm not sure how to report this really, discussion would be great. I'm really tired of this platform making me feel like a deviant for saying words like "body" or "undergarment" or "woman" in generative text tools. Since when is "woman" a bad word? I mean in artistic terms not our current sociopolitical landscape which is perhaps what is influencing Adobe...a devastation if true and also a good way to lose a huge customer base of creatives who need their words!! Seriously is there a secret language to use to actually derive benefit from what I'm PAYING for!? Because this is getting stupid. I can't get images to generate without setting off 15 alarms. Firefly is wasting my time and money with its overzealous word policing. WTF??

Dies ist jedoch nicht geschehen. Stattdessen hat sich das Datum für die nächste Zurücksetzung automatisch auf den 04.02.2026verschoben, ohne dass mein Credit-Guthaben vollständig aufgefüllt wurde.Dasselbe Problem ist bereits im letzten Monat aufgetreten.Im Anhang finden Sie zwei Screenshots zur Dokumentation: Screenshot vom 27.01.2026: Zeigt das geplante Reset-Datum 29.01.2026. Using adobe partner models - google Insaine error rate tonight trying to do anything other than basic stuff. Wow. please credit back. - what a waste of my time.

I didn't use my 760 credits but it's showing me 0/760 left credits and I am unable to generate from text to video

Hi everyone,I currently have 4,000 Premium credits in my Adobe account through my Creative Cloud plan. I’m thinking about adding a Firefly Pro subscription, which also comes with 4,000 credits.My question is:If I get Firefly Pro with its 4,000 credits, will those credits be added on top of my existing 4,000 Creative Cloud credits, or will the Firefly Pro credits replace/cancel the credits I already have from my Creative Cloud plan? 

Hello,I have already asked this question once, but the post does not seem to be available at the moment following the migration of the community server. The image above was created in Firefly with the symbol ‘Fi’ and the note ‘Commercially safe’.The image below is the same image, but with a background enhanced in Firefly. It contains the ‘Cr’ symbol, but NOT the ‘Commercially safe’ label.What is the difference?Can I use images from Firefly that only have the ‘CR’ symbol for commercial purposes?Kind regards  

The image to video generator continues to ignore my uploaded reference image - but creating videos anyway - wasting my credits.  I need a refund of my credits please.  It has happened 12 times already.

Can't generate video with any model I try.

Haven't used it once and still showing limit is finished credits are finished 

Please, I'm pleading with Adobe to please refund my money because I'm in so much need of it. I'll be glad and happy for this. Thanks in advance.

I’ve tried to create a small video for my app I uploaded 3 images and every word is spelt wrong or does not make sense this sucks because it used up 1,200 credits. I tried to correct it with prompts but the same result

When uploading a caricature of a person, it is throwing error "We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again." I created a caricature of a person using AI and now trying to animate it. But it is giving error and not generating anything.

Hi Adobe Team,I am reporting a recurring issue with the video generation tool. For the second time today, I have been charged credits for a video that failed to generate.In both instances, the system encountered an error during the process. The credits were deducted immediately, but no video was produced. This is now a persistent problem that is depleting my credit balance without providing any results.Issue Summary: Occurrence: Twice today (January 28, 2026). Problem: System error during generation; credits taken but no output. Request: I would like a refund for the lost credits and a fix for this stability issue. I have attached a screenshot of the error/interface for your reference. Please look into this as soon as possible.Best regards. 

Veo 3.1/3.0 video generation fails 100% of the time when using keyframe modes (first frame/last frame/both). System consumes credits, loads for ~2 minutes, then shows generic error without specific message. Credits are NOT refunded. Issue reproducible across browsers, image formats, and prompts. Text-to-video (no keyframes) works correctly. Requesting urgent fix, credit refund, and ETA for resolution.

Después de esperar el tiempo pra generar el video, me da error. No me deja cargar imágenes de l galería... Un desastre. 

I subscribed annually but he says I have no credits I expected a professional product but instead this program works badly because it doesn't go as it should!  

Hello,On 17 December 2025, I posted a question here in the Firefly community about the ‘commercially safe’ use of images generated in Adobe Firefly, and on 5 January 2026, I added images to the post.I never received a reply; instead, my post appears to have been deleted by administrators. Of course, I still have the notifications from ‘noreply@mail.community.adobe.com’. My questions: 1. Why was the post deleted? The subject was: “Fi” or “Cr” symbol in preview 2. Is there another way to contact Adobe employees directly? Kind regards
