Hi!In the previous interface, you could access “Generative Fill” with the image expansion feature in one click. At the same time, my images were easily downloaded from the device...Now this feature only works for generated images, and I have no idea how to make it work for images from my device!“It give this back”!
Generating the Image will take too much time to load the Issue.
The Generation Story images are too small. Mabye a Fast Preview button. Or a Preview on Hover?Other alternative is to make the view customizable, so you can opt for larger frames.
I'm trying to animate a family portrait, but I get this message: We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. I'm wondering why it says that. I have attached the image in violation. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Family-and-Cousins.png

I don't want anything complicated like image generation. I just want to view the board images I've created instantly, without any loading. It's not that difficult, is it? If the specs are too much for the web, couldn't you just make a separate app? The loading is too long, and in most cases, the board never even appears. Please improve this. If the specs were too much for the web, please make an app.
Hi everyone,I have a question about Adobe team accounts and privacy.I was added to an Adobe team using my personal email address. When I log in with my email I see two profiles personal and team profile. I select the team profile when I work. When I use features like Generative Fill, Firefly, or create images and projects while using the team profile, those files are saved to team cloud storage. (I have got 1TB cloud storage in team account) My question is:Can the team admin or IT department see the projects, files, or AI generations that I create in my team profile if I don’t share them? I can’t see other team members’ projects unless they share them with me, so I’m wondering if the same rule applies the other way around. Basically, are my projects private unless I share them, or can the admin view them automatically? Just want to understand how privacy works in this case.Thanks in advance for any help!
I generated thousands of images in Firefly 6 months ago and now I only see them as empty thumbnails and when I click on any of them I only get a "Something went wrong, Please try again later." message. They don't appear in the Creative Cloud Windows or Mac App at all but I could have swore I saw them a few days when I reactivated my subscription. I've tried signing out and back in on both my Mac and PC but it doesn't change anything. It says to try again later, is Firely History down right now? Thank you,Shayne

I am extremely dissatisfied with Adobe’s video generation feature.When I attempted to generate a video, the system returned an error, yet my credits were still deducted. I received no output, no usable result, and no refund of credits. This is unacceptable.Charging users for failed generations is unfair and feels deceptive. Credits should never be consumed when the system fails to deliver a result.I request an immediate investigation, restoration of the deducted credits, and a clear explanation of why errors still result in charges. If this issue is not resolved, it seriously undermines trust in Adobe’s services.

Ich wollte mein Credits-Abo kündigen und da heisst es, dass die Credits sofort gelöscht werden. Normalerweise bleibt das Abo einen Monat bestehen bis es erlöscht, ist das bei Adobe nicht so???
Hallo,ich gehe davon aus, dass Firefly eine Lösung für professionelle Anwender ist und für diese ist die geringe 1k Auflösung der Ausgabe nicht verwendbar. Ich hoffe die Option für die Auflösung wurde nur vergessen und ist bald verfügbar. Ich benötige Nano Banana Pro in 4k. Ansonsten werde ich mein Probeabo wieder kündigen und Firefly als unprofessionelle Lösung vergessen.Das man als professioneller Nutzer nicht schon vor dem Anmelden auf diese Beschränkung hingewiesen wird und seine kostbare Zeit verschwendet hinterlässt kein gutes Gefühl. Ich hätte von Adobe anderes erwartet. -Michael
I successfully made my first style custom model, "Model 1". I generated some images from the "Model 1" which I thought were good examples of the style. So I wanted to add those to the style. I made a duplicate of the "Model 1" as "Model 2" and uploaded several of the newly created images from "Model 1" to add to the new set of images. The tool rejected most but not all of th images I tried to add that were generated by "Model 1". It did not give an explanation of why these images were rejected. In the attached image you can see the rejected images along with some of the existing images of the original style "Model 1".Is there an explanation for what is rejected? Esta fatal que hayan que ahora cobren los creditos de Nano Banana, estaba genial la opcion ilimitada, pero ahora cuesta 40 creditos 😞 esta horrible.El modelo de firefly aun no es bueno. Pago una membresia premium, y aun asi me cobran creditos.Pesimo, 0 los voy a recomendar.

Hello. Is it possible to type text on the actual mood board? I want to type a word on the board, but the T (for text) is grayed out. I keep trying to activate it, but it stays grayed out, even when I click on an actual image. What am I doing wrong? Or, is adding (typing) actual text to the board not possible?

Creative Production's remove background function seized. I put 111 jpg images to be converted to png 5 days ago, but it's still processing them. Credits are gone, but I'm still waiting for my png's. Please return the credits and will have a new go with it, thanks.

Whatever update happened has destroyed the platform. It doesn't work unless you upload an image and even then the results are spotty and disappointing. I use this for my coloring books but I can't use it anymore. These images are embarrassing and I could have drawn pictures better than these. Please fix this or I will be switching platforms. I put in this prompt "Coloring page of a pair of jeweled high heeled sandals surrounded by Christmas presents with satin ribbons, jeweled ornaments and poinsettias, no shading, no grayscale, black and white line art" a couple of months ago and got great results. Now, they are all trash
