I clicked on genereate the video using the sora 2 model, after a while it showd that its servers are full so it couldnt generate the video. but also the consumed my 200 credits without generating the video, it happens often, please try to fix this..thankyou

Hello Team,We have a complete Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and are successfully generating images using Firefly Basic. However, we’ve noticed some inconsistencies across users:Some users are able to access Firefly 5 (Preview) and generate images.In certain cases, users can generate videos, while others receive a message stating: “Contact your admin to request access” when trying to use Firefly Video Basic.We’ve already checked with our admin team, and they confirmed that all features have been enabled on their end.Could someone from the community or Adobe support help us understand why this discrepancy exists and guide us on resolving it?Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi everyone.Firefly doesn't generate videos, I still have 800 credits, 800/4250, when I select Veo 3.1 fast for 80 credits, it says, insufficient credits, Firefly 400 credits! It changes the video length, 4 seconds, 5 seconds, 8 seconds, 4 seconds, still nothing is generated, very unintuitive, the user interface is a nightmare over time.Moving created files, images, videos into projects is really a disaster.Images, videos have to be deleted one by one, individually.I don't even try to move them into projects in bulk anymore, it's annoying and it doesn't even work for me.Moreover, it generates whatever it wants and doesn't follow the instructions to preserve images when editing.I started very well, but it's getting worse.In the forum, after returning from reading a post, it takes me to the first post at the top :DDDI'm writing through a translator, thank you.

All of a sudden my generation history went black and fading to grey then white as if it's loading. Probably 3 hours' worth of generation I can't currently access. any idea how to fix it?

I have paid for 3 months hoping I could figure this out and intergate it into my work flow and I have to tell you there is nothing intuitive about this setup. I am highly dispointed and I am canceling my subscription wich is something I should have done 3 months ago. This is completely useless to me.  What's even more hysterical is I can't even post this comment. 

Hi, our team is interested in the generate speech option in FIrefly. We are starting to look at audio description as part of our workload and may have to start describing video shots. As a starting point, we thought we could write up a short script with descriptions and let Firefly put the voice to it. It looks like Generate Speech is in the beta phase. Any idea when it will be released for full use in Creative Cloud?

Your adobe firefly program is not letting me upload photos to start editing or generating and it's charging me for stupid AI results which I don't want

The last time I used the app in December, there was an option when converting an image to a video to set the first and last frame. Now it no longer appears—at least not in the app. It’s only available on the PC. Was there some update, or am I doing something wrong?

So I'm generating videos for corporate usage. After generatiging the footage, I add soem edits like taking off people in the shot and close up for instance. it just regenerating almost the same footage with no new aritarations.. Adn credits are used for each stage.  Veo 3.1

I am trying to make images with Gemini 2.5 and 3. It says "Whoa Slow Down Speed Racer" and says i cannot make images right now. I should have unlimited images until Jan 15th and if I am wrong about that I still have 11,000 credits. So why can I not make any images and when will I be able to make images? Everything was fine then went to do something and came back an hour later and got this message so not sure what is going on.

It's using my credits still but when I try to make edits to a short video, it's not making the changes. For example I would tell it to make outside a little darker and it would go pitch black which ruins being able to see the trees and rain, then i would make the edit to make it brighter again and rain and trees moving visible outside the window and it wouldn't make any changes. I tried 5 different variations to re generate what I needed and it wouldn't do it but kept taking my credits.

Adobe promises unlimited generations with image models until January 14, 2026 but doesn't deliver after I resubscribed for a year.So on December 1st i got this message (image link) in adobe firefly (web). saying i would get unlimited image generations until jan 14 2026.image screenshot: This is before I renewed my subscription. now after the free until 15 december extention they gave, I get charged with credits?message is in dutch so here is a translation:"You have unlimited generationsEnjoy unlimited generations with all image models and the Firefly Video Model. My credits were spent on Firefly, while my generations on Sora 2 (very expensive) were canceled even though they were already taking a long time (30 minutes) due to excessively high traffic.  

I've tried upscaling videos of different lengths, from 2 minutes to 10 minutes, tried a variety of 1080 and 4K options, and I either get an error message or the video never upscales and disappears from my canvas.  I've not been able to produce a single successful upscaled video in ten tries.
