Considering the control and auditing of AI usage, I would like to request an Adobe Firefly usage report containing information on usage quantity, date and time of execution, login, and the device on which it was used.

This Button is special as that can take feed back from us that is users,As this input is given it will help to improve Out Put all togather for AI Engine,Simaltanoiusly this willl help to create some boundries for our works as that can keep some paramitors by our inputs.As already i can experience the OUT - PUT Generated are Miles apart from last Month.

I was trying video generation first time, and typed the promt text. As it was first time, it gave some info-pop up etc., and when closing the pop-up it started the generation automatically before I was even able to select the model. It drained 400 credits by itself, with the model I wouldn't even have selected.How can I get my credits back? I dont think it should start the generstion before any detailed settings selection.The result was also really strange with totally typoed text.

I have only manage to produce 4 images which I have not saved , I pay £4.90 a month so would expect to be able to make more images as this is unexcetable. Could you please confirm this is a mistake and why I'm limited to this limited use . Terry

I get an error code every time I try to generate something. What's up?  

I've tried many different ways to run the command below with the Firefly engine (in different versions). Each attempt results in the command being rejected.Interestingly, using the exact same command produces images with every other engine.Could someone explain to me what the problem is or what I'm doing wrong?Below is the prompt:"An ultra-detailed, hyper-realistic, surreal, and ultra-dramatic masterpiece, profoundly unsettling. Dear Adobe Firefly Team,I appreciate the opportunity to participate in the Firefly beta and the innovative AI tools it offers. However, I want to share some critical feedback regarding my recent experience with credit usage.When I input prompts like "every movement starts with a spark," several AI-generated videos contained significant misspellings—most notably the word "movement." Only 1 out of 5 videos spelled it correctly. Because I cannot edit prompts or outputs during the beta phase, I ended up using many credits without receiving usable results. This caused rapid depletion of my credits, which I believe is unfair given the product limitations at this stage.To help address this, I kindly request:A refund or credit reimbursement for the credits consumed on videos affected by prompt misspellings and lack of editing capabilities. This compensation would reflect the wasted usage that occurred due to factors outside my control.A how-to guide or best practices document to help beta user

All day talking to you guys about a glitch I'm having trying to generate an image. I have 5200 credits after they told me to sign up for a 7 day trial until they get it resolved in 5-7 business days!! It's still telling me to sign up for a new plan!!! I'm not trying to make a damn movie!!! A simple image. [cursing removed] I want extra credits just for my time and hassle dealing with this [cursing removed]  all day. Also getting a message declining to generate the image!  [cursing removed]    

It's not generating ANY video but it is certainly taking credits out of my account. It's taken 700 credits out today without generating a single thing. Where is my money going, exactly?

I want to create a picture board for my granddaughter who is Autistic and cannot read or write. Her favourite things are animals and food so all 26 pictures of the alphabet would show either some food or an animal. So a large A would show an Apple, an F would show a Fox   and so on for all 26 letters with a Zebra being the last letter.  I know that picture boards are available but I want to make it personal for Bronwyn. We call her Bonnie as she is a very Bonnie girl, (no she is beautiful)  always smiling, always happy.  Love her to the moon and back.

Does anyone know why I am constantly being put in 'wait' when trying to create a video with Firefly

Unable to create any Text to Video or Image to Video for the last 2 days. Not taking any type of prompts, keeps shwoing the stupid dog avatar/error.

I have subscribed for monthly and within few minutes all credit points disappear can you explain?

These guidelines you have in place are making this software almost unusable for any project that uses human images. There is nothing improper about the prompt images I am using, or could be used to identify an individual. It is the form of a human I need for a particular composition reduced to a simple monochromatic profile. What is the problem?

Cannot use generative fill in AI / PS.when I click to the website to check the credits.It shows "unabke to load generative credits." I'm confirm my account have enough credits since my teammates are worked!

Add transcribe and caption function in FireFly.This is the #1 reason I use CapCut but if Adobe FireFly can match it, I'd be willing to learn and use FireFly as it grows out the AI capabilities.
