I would like to suggest some points of improvement in the Adobe Fonts part within the Creative Cloud desktop application. 1 - It would be ideal if we could search for fonts by simply typing their name into a search bar, even if only among those that have been added. It's such a simple thing that it doesn't make much sense that it hasn't been implemented yet. Having to access Adobe Fonts via the browser every time to search for a font eats up time. 2 - Please add a scroll bar that is always visible to the tab within the application. The current one only appears when we scroll and even if we click, it doesn't stay fixed. 3 - I suggest that in the Adobe Fonts part of the app, they don't show all the weights of the typography if we don't ask for it, or if we don't click on it. It's hard enough to find a font without a search bar, guys. Currently in my application, when I access the Adobe fonts window, all the font options are automatically expanded, making it much more diffi
I'm trying to work in another app (namely RPG Maker.) To use fonts in there, you need to have them as TTF or OTF Files. Is there any way to download Adobe fonts into these file formats?
I'm having issues adding a variable font to a web project. It doesn't matter which weight I select, the only one I'm able to add is "extralight" (see screenshot). I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug. Can anyone help with this?
I recently upgraded my Mac OS to Sequoia 15.3.2.And I also updated my Adobe Creative Cloud to 6.5.0.348.And I also updated a Font Management app (from the Apple app store) called Typeface 3.15.3. And after doing this, I have come to discover that ALL of my fonts have been turned off for usage. I launched an Adobe Illustrator file tonight, only to find out none of the fonts within it are loading. So, Typeface and Creative Clouds Fonts are not loading or, it appears, turning on. I have no idea why this has happened, nor do I know how to turn them back on. My CC window looks like this and I cannot find where to turn fonts on: My Typeface app looks like this...everything's blank and off: HELP!!!!I have work to do....
Desperately need font recommendation... client wants for the body copy a sans serif font, but with the lower case a and g not looking typewriter style, and the capital i and lower L not looking the same. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Hello Everyone, Maybe you can help me here with an odd issue with web based fonts , from 2 different host and the Chrome browser, on windows 11, pc, etc. Fire Fox Browser - I have seen this behavior but it corrects itself on the Adobe typekit font, and google never had a isssue on firefox browser. Chrome Browser - The google hosted web font works great. The Adobe hosted font has a weird issue with spacing, and this is the same visual in firefox before firefox fixes it. Here are 2 of the same websites i use hosted fonts on, one is year 2023 and GOOGLE hosted font oswald and the other is 2024 ADOBE hosted oswald, and you can see the Google 2023 looks fine in Chrome and the 2024 looks terrible. 2023https://www47.myfantasyleague.com/2023/home/15387#0 2024https://www47.myfantasyleague.com/2024/home/15387#0 Now i assume everyone will see what i am seeing but if not i am including a screen shot of each site in Chrome to further explain. Also i do NOT ha
Hi there, I'm a bit confused about using adobe fonts for commerical e-pub. If the fonts ever get removed from the library would my client then have to start paying a yearly fee for an e-pub licence for any documents they are currently selling? Any help is greatly appriciated.Kind RegardsCallum Dare
I downloaded this font- https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/bisbee-variable and it is reflected in my creative cloud, but in any of the adobe apps like expess or premiere pro I am not able to use it why ? Here it is downloaded in Creative cloud Here it is cant use it in Express. Why ?? This shows can't depend on Adobe for serious work, as its features are not dependable.
Please add the ability to rename a web project. Is such a basic feature that should already be present. Thanks.
Does Adobe have an actual font-manager? I ask because I have a vast library of installed fonts, and it's a PAIN in the ( * ) to scroll through them or even make sense of them.I've been using a font-management program called NexusFonts, which lets me tag my fonts and organize them into collections. That program does exactly what I want, but it's freeware, and so it's glitchy, and the interface leaves a lot to be desired. I can't believe that Adobe doesn't have anything comparable -- and yet, if they do, I've never seen it. What Adobe "does" have is a really crappy "font manager" built-into the AdobeCC Desktop App. This font manager has ZERO features, and all it really does is serve as a portal to push you into downloading new fonts from Adobe's online portal. It doesn't let me tag my installed fonts, or organize them in any fashion. It only seems to be concerned with what fonts are available in the Adobe Cloud, which I really don't care about -- and even if I did, it doe
Is there a way to search Adobe Fonts for fonts that are similar to other fonts? For example, a client wants to use Avenir, but doesn't have the budget to license it, and they asked me to suggest an alternate that's available in their subscription to Adobe. I've haven't been able to find any way to search for fonts on Adobe other than by name or designer. There used to be a function in Typekit to search for style, weight, etc. This question is coming up for me more and more, of how to find Adobe Fonts included in the subscription that are similar to other fonts. Googling hasn't helped.
Hello, I am recreating a logo for a friend who runs a business in adobe illustrator and i wanted to use proxima font for their logo. Firstly, is it okay for me to use proxima and can they they put the logo i recreated with this font on all their marketing and desings ? such as posters, billboards, websites and social media, without buying the font ? I am a bit clueless on this.. any direct answer is appreciated. 🙂 thanks in advance.
just thought somebody up top would want to know that most of the weights of Latino Gothic's 91 preset styles are broken and not hooked up correctly in the font file. The version hosted on Monotype is functioning correctly. This normally wouldn't be a huge issue, but the software we are using needs to hook into the preset styles instead of manipulating it manually.
Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a strange issue with the font Pill Gothic on a WordPress website. The font is embedded using Adobe Fonts, and I’ve tested two different integration methods:– via the Adobe Fonts plugin– and via Elementor’s built-in Adobe Fonts integration. The font loads and displays correctly on:•Apple devices (iOS and macOS)•Most desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)•Android devices using Firefox or Samsung Internet However, on Google Chrome on Android smartphones, the German umlauts (ä, ö, ü, ß) are not displayed. They appear as invisible/blank spaces within the text. The rest of the characters render as expected. I’ve already:•Tried different font weights and styles (e.g. Regular, Medium, Bold)•Ensured the project settings in Adobe Fonts include full character support•Added proper font fallbacks in CSS•Cleared all caches Still, the issue persists only in Chrome on Android. Has anyone else experienced this issue?Could this be a Chrome-specif
How are external fonts are counted in terms of heads? For example, for an AE library / project with 40 collaborators, does each collaborator need a seperate license for custom fonts used in the shared project? Or does the font license only need to be owned by the project's adminitrator?
Hi, im embedding my font Sofia Pro using Adobe fonts on my Bootstrap 4 website. Now, i've came to the harsh conclussion that Adobe does not correctly align the webfont inside the line-height. See examples: What this means: using flex-box align center (which aligns items in the real center of a plane) the objects are not visually centered with the text, because Adobe messed up the placement of the font inside the line-height. I cant use margin-top: -1px on ALL the items to fix this problem. Which would result in a lot of css selectors. Please fix the font. I've seen this problem before creating webfonts. It has usually something to do with the compression and placement of pixels which lowers the font inside the line-height. Please fix 🙂 thank you.
I'm curious if anybody has found a workaround or experienced this issue, but there are many fonts in Adobe fonts that are practically unusable due to their baseline being so off. Example 1: 'New Frank'In this example, the text rises above the center point of the anchor tag. Example 2: 'Bio Sans'In this example, the text falls below the center point of the anchor tag. Example 3: 'Rubik', from Google FontsAmazing! It works as intended! My issue is that our design team uses Adobe Fonts for print media, and I have so much trouble with these Adobe Fonts. It might be acceptable for paragraphs or headings, but look at situations like this:This element is using CSS Flex, with everything aligned center. The issue - using an Adobe Font. It works perfect with Google and System fonts, so what is the fix here? Is this just an issue with the creation of the fonts themselves?
Downloading fonts for new job and went to download ITC Franklin Gothic family and all that Adobe has for that family is the Condensed and Compressed forms. The entire family use to have Regular, Medium, Demi and Heavy included. I see them with ATF Franklin Gothic. Why isn't the ITC family fully complete?
Hello Folks. I use font manager programs to view fonts outside of Adobe when comparing typefaces i'm considering using for particular projects. I've been able to do this no problem in Windows 10 for a few years now; I used to activate Adobe Fonts in browser and in Creative Cloud Desktop and install them for other apps. Then the likes of Font Xplorer, Fontbase and Nexusfont would have them appear alongside the contents of my windows font folder. I'm on a newly built PC now running Windows 11 Pro and I had wanted to use a font viewer program as part of my workflow, however Adobe Fonts do not show up at all in all three of these apps. I have installed the fonts, showing green as available in other apps as they were on Windows 10. I've cleaned and reinstalled my CCD installation twice, removing the fonts before uninstall and then adding them back in after a clean install. I have toggled the service on and off in preferences in CCD. Nothing has worked. They do show up in OpenOffic
For example Great Vibes is it cyrillic version but not added in the adobe fonts. The google version cyrillic is available but not Adobe fonts version. Is there a way to update this and other fonts?
anyone having iussues laoding Museo Sans? All the other museo files are loading (Museo Sans Rounded, Museo Sans Condensed)
Depuis ce matin, les polices que j'ai installées depuis Adobe Font ne sont plus disponibles dans mes applications.Pourtant, elles sont bien installées dans Creative Cloud
When uploading an image to the fonts.adobe.com webpage to find similiar fonts, the "preview" text gets cut when srolling down the page. This only started recently, and in the past the selected font preview would remain fully visible below the the "tabs" and the search bar at the top of the site. Screenshot attached. I'm using Safari on MacOS 15.3.1 (the current latest version), but it also happens on my iPad Pro with the latest iPad OS version. If this could be fixed, it would be great because it's difficult to see how well a font matches when half of it is cut off. Thank you!
