Hi! I just came across some serious bug with repeat grid and exporting. It makes repeat grid unusable in some cases. So if i make a component and use repeat grid on the component, then mark for export every element in all components, it will only let the first one to export.This is super frustrating, because if i want to make let's say 25 similar components, with the same hover animation, but on different pictures, then i can't export the other 24 pictures inside the component, only from the first one.It can get fixed by ungrouping the components and then export the individual elements from the group, but c'mon let me not mess up my animation just to get it exportable.

My artboard has a lighter shade of purple and oraange as the fill but when I look at the preview those colors become darker. This happens when I look at the preview on my desktop 9 (Windows) and my iPad (7th gen). I haven't tried other devices from those ones. The picture on the left is the color I want and have and the one on the right is the preview of the prototype. Please how can I fix/get rid of this. I have version Adobe XD version 55.2.12. 

Yesterday I worked on the same file the whole day and today when I opened it again the work that I have been working on from three to six pm it's missing! I have this gap on the document history, it didn't save at all. Of course yesterday before I close everything I made sure that everything was saved. What can I do? :((( It's crazy!

I'm trying to download Adobe XD, but when I enter my credit card information and try to continue, I get a problem.  I tried different credit/debit cards, any solutions/advice?

Could missing font links or broken library element links stop or prevent an xd publishing/sharing link from updating future publishing/sharing HTML URL links? This is assuming internet connectivity is good and properly functioning.

hi im just wondering if i can choose to not show this box in Behance when sharing from XD ..i dont have any interactivity and it just opens a super small image of the page.

Tengo un win10 y cada vez que voy a abrir el XD, o un archivo XD...no se abre, ni nada, se queda ahí y no se inicia, para abrirlo tengo que desinstalarlo e instalarlo seguidamente y es realmente tedioso porque lo tengo que hacer cada vez que lo voy a usar, ¿alguna solución?, gracias

After the latest upgrade, some of my created files cannot be opened, showing the message "Sorry, we can't open this document"... and I also found some of the shared to me files also cannot be opened, it said I don't have permission but actually the owner have already shared that. How to resolve these problems? Thanks.

Hi there, just wanted to ask you guys about 1 problem which is bothering me since day1 of using Adobe XD.As you can see, the project thumbnails do not update. Every single project keeps referring to original empty whitescreen. In most cases those screens were not even used and they are not even the part of the project anymore. Is there any way to update these thumbnails?P.S.: Changing "home screen" in prototype did not helpThe more projects I create, the more difficult it is for me to navigate in such environment.M

Hi thereI have no issues to install both CC and XD desktop on my MacAir, also able to sign-in on the CC desktop.Somehoe both of the applications are showing 'Unable to sync /load', with error codes: 198 and 3635.And I've tried reinstall, uninstall(with the CC ininstaller) them, and check my Mac processor has meet the minimum requirement for installing them.https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-desktop-app-system-requirements.htmlhttps://helpx.adobe.com/xd/system-requirements.htmlBut it just does not work! I'm frustrating... Any suggestions or can I use XD OFF-LINE??!Thank you for helping!

Is there a way (plugin, etc.) to save out an XD file as a PDF that keeps the interactivity?

When I tried to open Adobe XD it says: “Adobe XD” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. This file was downloaded on an unknown date.   I recently installed the update version Mac Ventura 13.0.1 and it refuse to open.   <Title renamed by moderator>  

I've been having this issue for week's now but I can't access my own library that I created. I have edit and view access, but trying to open the library tells me I don't have access to the file. And now within the past week the 'edit main component' prompt is greyed out when I right-click the component. I used to be able to easily open the library file and edit components and create new components, but now I no longer have access somehow. Yes, I've tried signing in and then out again and restarting my machine. In the past I was also able to send edit access to other people who could access the file and still was not able to access it myself. I've now created several iterations of the library under my company and my XD account in an attempt to find some fix, and still nothing.Please help. 

Hi sorry for my noob question, i need to check if a node is a shape aka graphicNode.. graphic node such as rectangle, ellipse, polygon etc.  I can program it this way..if (node instanceof Ellipse && node instanceof rectangle && .. )but wondering if theres something like if (node.isGraphicNode()) or if (node.constructor.superclass) etc. any help would be great. thank you

After the latest Adobe Xd update, cloud synchronization stopped working.The entire team was cut off from files. We have never had such problems before. What is going on?!?How to solve this problem?I attach the message screens.   

I'm using XD version 55.0.12.9 arm 64, On Macos Apple M1, Ventura 13.0.I had 3 files opened with max 50-60 artboards W1440.  Happening now and then, I tried fresh reinstallation... Nothing seems to work so far. 

Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to add in the Segoe UI font family (Regular, Bold, Italics) into my Adobe XD that I am using on my Samsung Galaxy S10+? As of right now, I get the messages of, "Activating Adobe Fonts" and "2 Missing Fonts". The missing fonts are "Segoe UI, Bold" and "Segoe UI, Regular".  I have tried to sign out and sign in my CC and Adobe XD on both my desktop's and phone's software and application respectively, but the missing fonts error still persist. 

when i whant to move inside toggle or hover the component it make me or the hover or the regular state. i canot sellect then together

Can someone please help me out.  My recent designs are shown when i right click on adobe xd picto, but when i click on one of the files i get: sorry we can't open this document. see picture it's about the two files 'lisanne plat and verse vis volendam'  when i go to the cloud, these 2 files are not shown there so i cant find them anywhere. I already restarted the creative cloud app, adobe xd en my computer but nothing works. I tried to open it on another computer but the files aren't there. i can just only see them when i right click on the adobe xd pictogram. My adobe xd is also 'unable to lad' the cloud isnt' syncing. i dont know what i am doing wrongis there someone who can please help me out? is there someone who can please help me out?

Hee, all the steps that are stated on the website about updating creative cloud app, restart creative cloud app, restart adobe xd, restart your computer. i did everything but nothing is working. can someone please help me? 

On my xd prototype, I can not access comments made on a shared link. I get the email notification and do see the pin, but my side panel for comments is empty.  I did the restarting, updating, changing the shared link options, clearing cache, and cookies. Nothing helps. I cannot move forward with my project without seeing my client's comments. I see this issue brought up on this forum as early as 2018, and many times later. It is uncanny that it was not fixed throughout this time. I even do not know to where migrate with my work as adobe now owns Figma and will ruin it in a matter of few years for sure...

Hi! I have some issues when working with Windows and Mac version of XD Because... In the same project the same button has different text box line-hight and size. Look at the pictures: 1st photo is Mac version 2nd photo is Windows version   Do you know how to make it the same on both platform?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>
