Hi all, Complicated one but here goes,  I've changed my email address on my team account from a .com to a .co.uk and now when I go to XD all my files have gone. I phoned up Adobe to help me go through the transition and they informed me everything has gone through fine. Not at all!!!In my Admin console I can see under the storage tab that the old user (.com account) has 7GBs worth of files but I have no way of retrieving them. The files seem to be in some limbo land between the accounts.Been on the phone all afternoon with Adobe and they've passed me around a number of call centres with no idea of how to get my files back.I've lost the last years worth of work, which means it will take me months to create all the files again.Does anyone have an email I can use to send in a official complaint and request for compensation.

XD, CC까지 수동으로 삭제하고 cleaner tool을 이용해서 삭제하고그 다음에 다시 설치했는데도XD를 실행하면 로고까지만 보이다가 자동으로 꺼집니다.업무 상 꼭 필요한데 어떻게 해결하면 좋을까요.현재 버전은 54.0.12 입니다. I uninstalled the XD and CC also manually, and uninstalled again using cleaner tool also.The start screen with logo is shut down after few seconds.I have to use this XD essentially for work. How can I solve this problem?Current version of XD is 54.0.12. 

Hi all,  I made several artboards for our website and made prototype out of it. The question I have is, whenever I want to export the artboards to HTML format, some artboards that I defined transition for them would not show up.I searched a lot but unfortunately, I could not find any proper solution for that. Do y’all have any suggestions or thoughts in this regard?Thanks in advance!

  Hi   I'm a first time XD user, so apologies if this is a bit basic.   I've created some pasteboards and set up each one in a desktop format 1940 x 8080.   When I come to preview everything in prototype mode, it displays in a very narrow mobile style format, when I'd like to view it as a desktop site.   Can anyone help please?   Simon <The Title was renamed by moderator>    

My Adobe xd files keeps on saving I am not able to access it since 2-3 days please help my work is stuck because of this issue.My files are visible on my cloud.I have already tried all the steps adobe community suggested but still nothing worked. Adobe XD Version - 54.1.12OS Version - 19044.2006Requesting help, I have attached a screenshot Regards,Jayaraman.S  

The page starts to load, but it seems to crash when a WASM component is loading (it’s hard to get all the details because, when it crashes, DevTools becomes detached form the page).

Hello,I have the problem, that I can see any words in the library. I have try the solution with "CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt -a -n=adobe.xd_pc75e8sa7ep4e" in the command line as Administrator. You can see my problem in the attachment. Have anyone a solution for my problem? App: Adobe XD 54.0.12.5OS: Windows 11 I have all updates.Thanks! 

I'd like to do this with a public library. It doesn't seem to be possible at the provided link. I'd like to duplicate a public XD library of standard Bootstrap 5 components, then customize and save my saved copy. It's so easy on Figma. Can it be done in XD?

When the overlay is first connected I can move it fine. When I later come back to the overlay I am not able to move it anymore; the drag arrow is gone. I have to delete and reconnect just so I can move it again.

Hi! I'm fixing a project I did last year where I had a page of a mobile website in adobe XD with a menu for a restaraunt. Basically it looks something like this:ToppingsButter......................$1.00Cream Cheese.........$2.00Egg..........................$4.00 The way I have it typed out, just manually typing the dots, the numbers on the end never align perfectly. In InDesign I would use the tabs panel to fix this, but I can't find a similar function in Adobe XD. Is there a way to align lists like this in XD?

Hi Team, We have Adobe XD for JIRA for server version but it says incompatible and update requested. Will the data be visible in these issues and how can we solve this issue? The issue is bit urgent for us to be solved. Thank You

 I have made an component with 3 differen states (Default, Hover and selecterd) (printscreen 1) If I prototype the screen, the hover state apppear and I can select the checbkbox (printscreen 2). If the focus goes outside the hover, the checkbox will come in the de-select state (printscreen 3). Can someone help met with this case?

With Adobe's purchase of Figma, is XD near EOL, and will Figma be included in our subscription just as XD is?

I had a question regarding components creation on Adobe XD.I realized components for each pictogram with a transparent background for them to be all the same size. I would like to add a text on the side of my newly created components. However, if I reduce my second component and change the pictogram, the latter goes back to its "original" size. Is there a way for my pictogram to not change size when I do so?

Hi, I'm new Adobe XD and practising with Hover State. I have a US map svg and would like to have individual states highlighed on hover. However, When I do so XD considers the whole map one component and highlight the whole map on hover instead. Is there a way to distribute the hover states to individual objects so I can highlight one state at a time? I add state to each object one at a time but it'll be waste of time considering I'll have to do Zip codes next. Any help would be great! Best

I have an issue with Adobe XD Cloud Documents that are not loading after I had my computer in sleep mode at work with a file open and now it is not loading any of my CC files that I had saved even from as long as 30 days ago.I have done the reset of the Core Sync to get the CC to resetI have also reinstalled Creative CloudChecked for any updates, which are none as I have automatic updates activeUsed another computer to open and was not working eitherI am running out of options right now as the files needed are for work and also for side projects that I work on in the spare time.Can someone help me with the issue as I have had this issue happen before and the document loading on another computer worked and now this time it is not working anymore?The Title was edited by Moderator.

Hello there 👋Our cloud document where we created all our components for a large project broke while we were working on it. Now we no longer have access to the document, the published link, and the library. Since we have shared the published link to the Pattern Library in multiple tickets and to multiple people, it would be very tedious to have to communicate a new link.I have already taken these troubleshooting steps:Step 1. Ensure that XD is up to date using this link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html). Step 2. Follow the instructions mentioned on this page step by step (https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-issues-with-xd-cloud-documents.html#unable-to-create-open-cloud-do...). Before proceeding to the next step. Please upload the logs to CC or Dropbox and share the link with me via PM (click on my name and hit the message button on my profile). This would help us to get to the root cause and investigate further.

When I bring InDesign content that I have save into a CC Library in XD, the object always scale to 8192 pixels in the longest side of the element. Can someone know what’s the logic of this? In what format the ID content is converted and place in XD?Thanks!

Hello everyone,I've been strugglig with the drag auto-animate trigger in Adobe XD. Not sure if I set it up wrong or not but the artboards have a dissolve, kinda fade-in fade-out effect instead. Here are images of what happens and of my setup. Obviously I did something wrong even though I followed the tutorial so I would appreciate your help. Thank you for your answers,Petra
