I'm not sure if this started happening once I updated XD recently (I'm running 54.1.12 on macOS Monterey 12.5.1) but I'm now unable to drag-and-drop an image directly into a shape and have it auto-mask. I've looked everywhere for a possible fix, but every post is dated years back. 😞

When I set a border for text, it is being drawn in front of fill. I want to be able to make the border render under the fill, so that it does not obstruct the fill. I am also unable to switch how border renders (out, middle, in). This was present in ~v41 and is still present in v54.1. I am stunned that it has not been discovered yet...

So... a thought after months trying to be efficient in my daily work: No usability on the "user journey" through usual tools, actions, views, interactions, etc, etc, etc... (not talking about the insane random way to manage assets/components… Atomic approach is almost impossible) To make it simple, here you go a list of frustrations and time killers. Later my proposals. Dozens of clicks to dig into: In Illustrator we have this useful “white pointer” to select individual elements inside complex hierarchy objects/layers. I'm sorry in advance to be harsh, but I'm tired of trying to figure out why things just don't work as expected. Seriously Adobe, the XD components system doesn't work and, more important, is full of bugs. Please check out the attached as one of the many examples of things which don't work with the component system. This file contains 2 artboards:On the left: an Android screen which is the master componentOn the right: a screen which uses the Android master component Check out this right artboard, right click its Android slave component and select "Reset to master". Something suddently appears which is not in the master component. I spend countless hours on such problems in the component system. Muy sencillo fondo + texto.El problema es que edito el texto de ese botón en mi equipo Windows y me cambia el alto del botón.Desde el otro equipo (Mac) no tengo ese problema.Me respeta la altura. ¿Alguna idea de por qué ocurre esto?Muchas gracias de antemano.

I created a flow, but the flow didn't selected all the artboards I want. How can I add more artboards to the flow? Thank you very much!!

When you hower a mouse on an image, I want that image to hover to another image behind it (simple opacity effect). I tried it before, but now it completly slipped my brain. Also, is the Appearance supposed to be synchronized with 'Default state' and 'Hover state' on it's opacity? I can't make it act seperate on these layers!

Hello!I use XD plugin "MaskText" when i need to layout in a small area because i don't want the extra space aroud text box. But I realized if I use this plugin, it doesn't show its font-size or font-family on design specs. At my design office, we share design specs with developers for coding, so I'd like to know if there is any way to show its font infomation without removing the mask.I appreciate if someone can answer me.

Hi GuysIm new to adobe Xd and i have design a page and when i export it using web export plugin all my links and functionalities are broken. So, can someone kindly help me out solving this issue

I have created a public link and i want to remove it. But unfortunatlly, the source file is deleted and there is no backup file. And now i am trying to delete the public link but it gives me an error " Could not delete asset permanently".So seeking your guidance to help me solve this problem.Thanks.

Hello,I think the XD developer has no sense. Every software group gives an option to resize layers but XD doesn't. XD is a failing UI/UX designing tool. Whenever I try to resize the group layer, all the content inside it gets corrupted and misplaced.

Why I try to open XD, it stays on the splash screen featuring the XD logo on a white background for a long time, then closes silently. I get no error or any alert explaining what might be happening.This has happened to me before but stopped for a while.This is untenable. I am using Adobe XD to mockup a pseudo-Instagram app and I have a long image to simulate scrolling through the feed. When viewed on an android device or on the computer the image works great, however when viewed on iOS the image becomes pixelated and unusable.I can do multiple images instead as a work-around, but is there any other solution? Dear Adobe.Just wanted to inform you, that the stability of the Application gets WORSE and WORSE with every udpate (Windows). Installed the most recent Version of course. Feedback, for a potential improvement, if you want to:I started work in Adobe Xd this morning.After lunch the Sync didn't work anymore (but I only realised that when i finished work).The App seemd to work fine, but it DIDN'T SAVE my work.When I wanted to go home I closed the application, it informed me that it couldn't save to Cloud. Ok, save locally. Crash to Desktop. Work lost...Since there is no local backup, as far as I researched my work is gone, thanks. Most of the time I remarked when the sync broke, recognicable because the annoying frozen Application (while syncing) wasn't present. That was the moment to save locally, restart and manually restore work.Congratulation, this and many other issues made me move to another product, as soon as the project allows it.  Windwos Application LogDas Pr

Artboards links are not working. I'm linking from a menu text to artboard but nothing happens when previewing in prototype mode. I don't get a link hand when hovering over the linked text either. W10XD 30.2.12.3

Hi,  I am working with Adobe XD for creating prototypes, and since a few days, I have extreme problems in performance. As soon as I open XD, my MacBook gets slow. Additonally, it takes about 5 minutes to open a XD file, and as soon as I want to work in the XD file, nothing happens or it happens with extreme delay (e. g. up to 5 minutes that nothing happens if I want to copy a screen). Also restarting XD does not help.  I also tried it with re-installing XD, but nothing changed.  First, I worked with an older MacBook Pro (13", 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports, 2,7 GHz-Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB, macOS Monterey 12.6), however I changed to a new MacBook Pro last week and the problem is still existing (14", 2021, Apple M1 Pro chip, 16 GB, macOS Monterey 12.6). I also have the latest update of XD (54.1.12) Could you please help me? I really need to do my work in XD because important business meetings are depending on my screens... Thank you and

Hi, I have been using Adobe XD for 3 years now and the recent update made my XD completely unusable and unstable. I cant zoom without a massive lag delay, I cant work on any of my files without my laptop grinding to a halt. Its extremely unstable and I cant evn roll back to an older version because the files wont open. This is COMPLETLY unacceptable for Adobe to publish a update without testing it on various systems AND there is no workaround. As a UI/UX designer I work in XD every single day.
