I'm preparing to design a web store that is built with Oracle Commerce Cloud. I would like to use XD for the layout and then share the XD with the developers. Has anyone done this? I searched for  XD templates for Oracle Commerce Cloud, but didn't find any.  Oracle Commerce Cloud builds layouts within a 12 column grid, so I can build a wireframe based upon that, if that's all I have to go on. Thanks! 

Hi,I am facing a strange issue. I installed two fonts in the Adobe Creative Cloud. They show that they are "in the cloud" and "installed" in a green highlighted box.However, when I open Adobe XD and load a file, in the Assets panel it shows that the fonts are missing.What's strange is that- the text is using the installed font. It is displaying the font family that I have installed in the Creative Cloud. However, in the Assets panel it shows "font missing" with a yellow exclamation mark.How do I fix this issue? I have tried to close all apps and sign out from the Creative Cloud and sign back in. But the error is still displaying.

Within the past two days, I've shared two separate prototypes between different development teams, and about 60% of the people accessing either link hit a"Something went wrong..." page. I've tried adjusting the settings, renaming the workflow, duplicating the existing workflow into a new one and generating a new share link, sending invites, clearing all invites, etc. Nothing seems to address the random nature of why certain users are able to access the links fine, and others cannot. Even when they are sent a direct invite.   This problem seems to stretch back into 2021, based on previous support threads. What should I be communicating to the users trying to access these links? Given my generally positive experience with Adobe's products, I'm extremely disappointed with how unreliable share links currently are.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Has anyone ever prototyped a directory/folder tree structure. One that has multiple nested parent/child folders and different and multiple levels? I am trying to create one but I cannot figure out how to get past the second level. I am sure I am not nesting tghe component structures properly. Thanks.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello,I design an app and when I see the prototype in my computer is OK. But, when I record it and after I see the video all the colors are changed to light colors.I attached 2 screen shots, one from the prototyping mode and another fron the recording video. Is some one Know about this problem? How to fix this?Thank you I have PC and the XD version is 31.1.12

After saving, closing and reopening an Xd file, ~80% of images are missing. It worked 2 hours ago. Now the images are gone. I have not changed anything. Images opacity is 100%. They just disappeared.  

Hi all, I calculated that I have 13 and a quarter weeks to go if I manually sift through making 2087 component states. I have attached screenshots attached at the bottom--they are of the Excel spreadsheet with the total amount of labor, some of the 18 artboards, and then the current state of the components compared to the desired state of the components. Hi,  Apologies if this is the wrong area of the forum to post this.I am trying to collect logs from my XD as sometimes inputting text becomes blocked. When I run the executable downloaded from the Log Collector help page once it has extracted all that happens is a notepad opens showing:I don't know what to do with this now. I am on the latest version of windows 10. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

Actually, I'm working on a bitcoin website for a customer. The xd file was provided by the client. And he intends to construct the website in the same manner as the design. However, I was only able to extract the files main.png and bubble.png. My website left side bitcoin image and the right side black screen and bubble not looking exact same. I can fix the bitcoin image but how to fix the right side. What changes need I make to my CSS code in order to achieve the same result as XD? Could someone please tell me? I have upgraded to the latest version and copying from Illustrator and pasting to XD is a nightmare   Can't paste gradients. Even the simplest ones.   It generates a lot of useless elements The text boxes are broken   ☹ Illustrator 25.0, XD 34.2.12

My client has shared his Adobe XD project with me, it is showing on Chrome browser. But it is not showing on mac Adobe XD app. I have logged in the same account for browser and app. I don't know why this is happening.

Hi, I'm currently working on a prototype. Everything was previously fine, but now when I go to Desktop Preview (Play) or Share, it would appear that it is pointing to an old version somewhere because none of my recent updates are visible.   Any ideas what's gone wrong and how I force it to show the current version of everything?   Thanks in advance!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi XD,   It'd be nice to add feature in near-future updates, such as snap artboard to elements similar to Figma? Built-in image editing and maybe we don't have to hit Update Link to see new iteration of changes?   Just a thought, would be nice...   <Title renamed by moderator>

I'm having a problem where I change the fill color of a master component but cannot get the change to be represented after I update the library.  In this case, I ran a simple test.  Create a button component, publish a library, use the button in a different document, then head over and change the color of the button.  Then after updated the library on both docs, the new color is not updated.  I also see the thumbnail in the library panel as the new color, however when I drag the asset onto the canvas, it is placed as the old color.  (I did delete all previously-placed instance of the asset, just in case).  This has been a major block in some updates.  Any thoughts?

Hi there, I am seeing flickering between overlays transitions; the layers are identical between the overlays, so are the sizes and names. I am trying to make a prototype where i can scroll and use an overlay. I read about it not being able to scroll with an overlay but it was a topic from 2018 so i wonderd if it is fixed but i just can't figure it out. I have now made the prototype non scrollable because that is the only way the overlays do work but is looks so bad. And the prototype is really blurry/ you can not zoom in or out so setting the scrolling to none is also not really a good sollution.    ( i hope this made sense, there may be some misstakes in the language since i speak dutch and may english may not be the best but you get the point)   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello all - I am trying to preview my work in the Adobe XD app using the "Live Preview" option. All the screens come up on my phone except for one screen that was created on a longer artboard. It looks like the screenshot below. Any advice on how I can get the entire contents of this screen to display in preview mode? Thank you!  . Any advice on how I can resolve this issue?
