After viewing and reading tutorials on how to share a prototype built in XD I have attempted to perform the steps on my own project but just get a blank screen and console errors when I attempt to open the index.html file in my browser.  I am using the latest version of XD Enterprise.here is what I have done:Once all of my artboards were wired up, I selected the tap in the upper left of my home artboard, and it turned blue. In the Share tab, the home artboard, and all of the wired up artboards are highlighted in Blue.Set the preset to Design ReviewSelect 'Export Prototype', the process runs, and a folder is added to the export destination.Open the exported prototypes folder in Finder and open the index.html file in my browser.A blank screen loads witht the following console errors:  Can anything be done to fix this?

When I invite a client who does not have Adobe license to my project, when he enters the comments I would like them to be notified by email to all invited collaborators and not just to the owner.How is this achieved?

How many decades does it take for live preview to work on Android? I've read so many official Adobe articles that says this is working but it's not. Then the articles is re-written to "coming soon", then it says "Preview prototypes using the XD mobile app (iOS and Android)" but it's not working! I've just finnished downloading the two january XD updates but it's still not working. I've tried it on Galaxy S7+ and Galaxy S10. When I open the XD mobile app and connect it to the PC as described with XD documents open nothing happens. All I see is this screen. It's been like this always, so what's the point in having this app for Android when it doesn't work?! Is this one of those "uhm, sorry it doesn't work on Windows" type of cases again?      

 Can I temporarily put my subscription to XD starter for now? I haven't been using the software for 8 months until now because I had to deal our parents' health matters. Also what is the difference between the paid and starter plan? Can I save my files to my computer for now?  Cheers 

I've been having this issue for almost three weeks now where the browser view of the document that you get when creatin a Sharing link does not match the actual content of the document. The problem seems to happen at random and to random links. Did anyone else get this problem? Do you know what could be done to fix it? This is the primary way I show my deliverables so it is becoming a very big problem for me.  

Hi, we have been experiencing issues when creating and updating links to share prototypes. We have a document with several flows, each one with a different name and link. Randomly, when we open one, looks like the system mixed them and the prototype shown belongs to a different link-name, so it doesn't match links with names nor content. Is there anybody having the same issue?Does anybody knows why is this happening and or how to fix it?  Thank you in advance.

Hi,   I work with a group of designers and we struggle every time a colleague go on vacation or just change project and we want to continue working sharing and updating same links. We need to download the file, share with all the group again and update manually every single link. We do this for a lot of projects... And it really a pain.   Do you know if the possibility to transfer ownership of a file is a feature in the backlog? I lost days of work and documentation today when I opened XD and, to my surprise, the file was in the state it was 2 weeks ago when I first started this project. I've checked everywhere, and CC simply has a registry up until the 7th of July for my files. I even tried switching to personal account to see if for some reason my file moved there at some point, but no. I'm guessing this is a DB issue and I hope that Adobe can restore my files history. 

In light of the large number of hours provided by work in exchange for work, it needs to put a dark mode to protect the eye from injuries, so I demand that this situation be put in place as soon as possible with the addition of more new additions.. Hi, does anyone know of a typewriter effect tutorial on the net? Can this be done with Xd or I need to use AE instead?  There a few countdown timer ones, which are similar in principle (from Dansky, Caler), but none so far on this subject. Hello, when I share a color between illustrator and XD, I need to make it local in XD (then I lose the link) to be able to modify the color reference in XD, in order to define an opacity value. Because, from Illustrator, I can just share a color or a graphic, while in XD, the color asset contains also an opacity value modify color in library from illustrator open this windowwhile same action in XD is impossible unless I turn the color reference "local"Then, I can modify the asset, and it opens a window like this As you can see, in XD, opacity is available. But link is dead… So, I tried to be more subtle…instead of applying fill color and default opacity (object), I went to the appearance panel in Illustrator to set opacity on fill parameter, and set the default one (object's scale) to 100% Nope… Illustrator uploads the color value only, not the opacity… then XD, only gets the color parameters. It would be a nice update !Best,  

I have a comp, a flow, a document, that I've shared and collected and discussed the feedback with the client.    Now long after the fact, one of the client is going in and making new comments, just because they can.    Is it possible for me to close the comments without losing those old comments? Just lock it from future comments? I don't immediately see a way... how is everyone handling this?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Adobe XD does not allow 2 or more user editing one document at a time.  I am unsure why this is happening like my team and I is unable to edit the document that was shared with us. This happens after updating to the newest version. I hope this get fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Everytime I open an xd link, the comment section and the onboarding feature open ... It's super anoying because I have to close then everytime. Is there a way to stop that ? ? ? Thanks in advance    <Title renamed by moderator>

My SSD disk writes data in terabytes, although no heavy files are open in Adobe programs. Sometimes I open Adobe XD without any open files at all and I see that the disk is writing a lot of data measured in terabytes. Often I see that I have an Adobe program open and even the mouse cursor freezes me.

In XD, when I try to create a share link, I get the error "You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again". But I have internet connection. This only started happening and it is very frustrating. Does someone know why?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello, I just tried to do a migration of my cloud documents from my school account to a personal account as I will be losing access after graduation.    But after the migration all my files are missing from BOTH accounts. Customer support wont help me, I hope someone here can!   <Title renamed by moderator>

We have a design system distributed as a library - and in the source file all text elements in the components has character styles applied. But when we use theese components in other documents, the character style no longer is applied and you have to go over each text element again and define the character style from the shared library. Otherwise the development link makes no sense at hand-off. I´m pretty sure this has worked before, and now it creates an extreme amount of extra work.Are someone else experiencing this? 

Hi,   I have a problem with pinned comments in any prototype I open in my XD. I frequently do webpage designs and clients usually leave their comments on my prototype. But, since every page is longer than a computer screen height, I always make it scrollable and the problem comes when a client leave a pinned comment somewhere on the page. Whether it is on the very top or somewhere in the middle of the entire prototype page, all comment pins are already shown on my screen when I open the prototype. When I want to scroll down the page, all the pins stay fixed on the exactly posidion of my screen, as they were when I opened the page. That could be very frustacting problem, because if I have for example 10 pinned comments, I cannot see on which section of the page some comment is reffering to. When I click on any comment from the right, in order to see will it drop me on the exactly place of the page where the comment belong, it never happens.   Please if anyone knows how to help

Ich kann keine Bilder (png, jpg, bmp usw) via Drag & Drop vom Rechner (Festplatte) in XD einfügen. Egal ob auf Freifläche, Form oder Komponentenspalte. Einzig alleine durch importieren ist es möglich Bilder einzufügen.XD wurde auch schon deinstalliert und wieder neuinstalliert...keine Hilfe.Kennt jemand das Problem bzw kann mir helfen?

Hello,I've downloaded the iOS 15 Production Template for Adobe Xd to design an app icon.Is there any piece of documentation somewhere I could use to understand how I should use the Xd template ?If I insert a shape in the main "App Store Icon" group, I can see that the shape is automatically reproduced in the other groups, but the ratio is not respected.Does it mean I have to manually update the icon contents for all sizes ? Or is there a mecanism I should learn in order to that properly ? Thanks for any advice,loic.b
