Questions

I have XD version 42.0.22.11 x64, CC sync 4.14.0.17 (the latest) - and am trying to paste the same border and shadow effect from one imported image to another.  When trying to use "Paste Appearance" on a new image, it's actually replacing the new image with the previous image along with the border and shadow.  I've restarted my machine and it's still happening.  I even tried just creating a rectangle and trying to "Past Appearance" on that plain rectangle, but it ends up using that rectangle as a clipping path and pasting the image inside it, along with assigning the border and shadow. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?  I've re-reviewed the tutorial video, and I am not doing anything wrong per that video.  Please help!

Hola, estoy trabajando en XD con una serie de componentes principales, pero en cuanto hice la última actualización del programa, se me empiezan a dañar. Cuando necesito editar un componente principal y voy cambiando entre los estados de este, se me cambia el rombo verde (indicativo de que es un componente principal) a un ícono de enlace rojo (como si el componente viniera desde otro archivo, y como si estuviera roto el enlace). Necesito saber qué es lo que está pasando porque el archivo en el que estoy trabajando define el sistema de diseño de otros archivos ya que es un proyecto grande. Les adjunto dos imágenes del mismo componente. este campo de texto era un componente principal, pero en cuanto pase a un estado 2 que me definiía una acción, se cambio a otro tipo de componente de enlace roto.  Por favor necesito una respuesta rápida, porque como les digo, es un proyecto muy grande y me puede afectar el flujo de trabajo. ¡Muchas gracias!.

Hi! Hi I'm having issues opening XD files that were downloaded from Creative Cloud. My company recently migrated to another company so we had to transfer the Adobe accounts to a new company and since then I get an error message when trying to open old xd files:   There was an error opening the file Kumulate Reskin Designs.xd Error code: 87 This is not a valid XD document.   Any help would be greatly appreciated   Thanks   <Title renamed by moderator>

1.第一次单张页面导出图片正常，修改其中一些细节，再导出这张界面时，就提示导出有问题，但是没说具体是哪里的问题。2.我遇到过很多次这个问题，后来自己找出了解决办法，必须把这张界面的名称改掉，才可以导出来，希望这个bug可以修复3.修改界面中的文字功能时能用不能用的，然后我点了其它打开的项目 随便用鼠标点几下，再回来文字功能就可以用了，不是卡了的原因4.有时候把这个形状的颜色复制给另一个形状 颜色值不能复制

Hi, I have been using Adobe XD for quite a bit now and I noticed once I CTRL + O (open new window + open new product) it does not show the recent documents I have worked on.This only happens when I do the exact steps as described above. It also gets stuck in this screen at some point. If im not quick enough with clicking something.

Hi, I am trying to purchase Adobe XD. I entered all my details and after choosing my country - Republic of Macedonia, I got a message that the page will refresh and it throw an error: bad request 400 - request header or cookie too large. Now I cannot complete the purchase because everytime I click on the buy now button I get the same error.  Can someone unstack the purchas eon my account please! 

Hover-state and auto-animate Push menu at the same timeI tried to create multiple actions for the menu bar: hover interaction for the menu icon and a push menu auto-animate (both menu icon and menu text) but it cannot work on both interaction but only either of them.   

Ok, sharing feature is broken. Really, really broken. I'm working on a big project. I have multiple prototypes on one big workspace. Each prototype has it's own share link which I update from time to time. Here what's happening:I'm in the "Share view" on, say "Design#1". I click "updated link". The link starts to update.Now if I quickly switch to "Prototype view" and select "Design#2" from my workspace - before the link finishes the update - the updated link rewrites the link on "Design#2". "Design#1" is now without a link. The only available option is "Create link"."Design#2" has lost its original link, and now has the link of "Prototype 1". There is no way to reverse this. Some clients have wrong links, some of them has broken links. Great. The only way to "not mess up my project" is to... work ssssllllooooowwwlllllyyyyyyy... Each time then I update a link, I'm forced to WAIT until it's done, otherwise I rewrite my shared links. This is unacceptable.&nbs

Hi,Adobe XD was working fine but one day I opened my file and I saw there was a font missing: Segoe MDL2 Assets Regular.I thought that was strange since that was supposed to be installed on Windows by default and I never had that error before. Anyway, I searched for it and installed it. When I tried to install it, I got a message like "This is already installed. Do you want to replace it?", and I hit ok.I came back to my XD file and the error was gone, so I thought everything was ok.Then I closed my file and I tried to reopen it a bit later: it never opened again.I tried opening other files: doesn't open.I tried creating a new file: doesn't open. When I click on a file to open it, nothing happens.Maybe reinstalling that font broke something because now I'm having font issues in Windows too.But all of my other softwares work fine so it shouldn't be a problem for Adobe XD either!   <Title renamed by moderator>

I'm trying to make the "unlock arm" - I pretty easily made the locked shape by using the Pen tool to bend two circles into shape. But subtracting the connections to make a line out of a shape is more difficult. You can see in my 2nd photo the outcome, deleting the points with the Pen tool removes that corner point but "preserves the connection" of the shape, so to speak.How can I make that curved line of the lock arm? Can I do this out of a shape by subtracting the bottom line? Or should I just start with a straight line and bend it to the appropriate curvature?

Hello XD Support, When i publish my protoype and create publik link, I am getting weird issue in header background shape and very bad background image quality output. Also when you preview it on 99% its works well but when you preview it on 100% you will see the bug. Hi,my XD file doesn't open anymore. Checked on different computers, Mac and Windows. Same everywhere. It is a local file no cloud file. I have the file on my harddisk and as mirror on my external device. Same problem on both devices. I read here that more people had that problem. Did somebody already solve the problem? 

Hi Guys,   Its really getting tough to complete a single task offlate. 3-5 times a minute, XD gets disconnected and have to relaunch creative everytime. the network is proper and all other tools and sites work so smoothly, but this some unknown error of XD interrupts the work real badly. And its happening after the update done couple of days back. Need some sincere attention towards it for the resolution.   Regards,   <Title renamed by moderator>

Please check the following-Windows 10(64 bit) - version 1803(build 10.017134) I am unable to reach Adobe support or find any related documents. Any help will be much appreciated. 

Hi, I have created the project in Adobe XD on my desktop, and then I wanted to open it on my MacBook. When I'm trying to open this project, I'm getting this error:  "This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it.". I have checked twice for new updates but without any results. What should I do?   <Title renamed by moderator>  

Hi,I have issues to export assets to web link.Everything seems to be ok on Adobe xd side. Assets export  option are checked. In the Share menu, I have allowed the export but when I update the link, Assets are not available online. Old one are still there but new ones are not available. If I move an asset and update the link, I can see the modification online ... except that it's still not available to download despite that all export options are checked ...If I take an asset from the faulty mockup and paste it in a XD doc, After generating a link, I am able to see it and download it. So, I guess it is related to the file.I also tried to uncheck the export option from the share menu and it is not taken into account and old assets are still available to download online.It looks like a bug ...Any ideas are more than welcome. Thanks, Vince

XD crashing yet again, won't open new or old content

Hi all,  I'm having a very critical error. I can't open my local design file. Everytime I try to open the file I'm receiving this message: "There was an error opening the file some_file_name.xd (Error code: 47)." Please help!
