Hi, I got the following error when opening my prototype: "The following components contain more than 20,000 layers across different states" I've looked at my layers and there are not nearly 20,000 layers. How can I fix this? #XDhttps://xd.adobe.com/view/4cd5ccf9-8bcc-47d8-8259-d5f1171d2034-1986/

There is a bug in exporting assets from different instances. When an asset is in a different instance but is not visible in the default state it will NOT export with all of the other assets. Even when marked as an asset for export but it is in a different instance (not in the default state). The big issue here is that the developers will not get all of the assets needed to build that prototype.

Fonts have uninstalled (no idea why) and when I try to re-install i get an error saying there is a conflict. I have already installed the latest XD update, signed out of CC, restarted, and signed back in. No change. (I have never had trouble with fonts before. I had installed the font using Font Book previously...not sure why I now suddenly have to manage it in CC and it won't let me.)

When i make a path from Pen tool, and i change the color to Linear Gradient, the gradient marker was acting wierd and not aligning with the path, when i click the marker it goes further from my cursor. here some photos,please help, i can't done my work properly,any advice is acceptable and highly appreciated,sorry for my bad english. Thank you.

Since the most recent update, even when I update a library and publish it, the changes don't translate to documents where the component is being used. The update prompt intermittently isn't showing up on the panel like it used to. Sometimes it works, sometimes the changes seem to just exist in the library document. This is a huge issue for our team and I'm not sure why the libraries were changed as they were operating fine prior to this update. 

Every time I shut down my computer and start it again Adobe XD says that Font Awesome is missing. So every time I have to install the fonts again, because otherwise only the fonts ID is shown. The fonts are also located in the Windows fonts file and are installed in the Creative Cloud application.  If anyone knows this issue already, I would be really happy if you can help me out!

on mac you can get around this because of the floating header. There is an extra menu. When you open XD on windows there is no way at all to open a file from your computer (unless its in recent, which i never use for version safety). I have to use my windows browser to open a file/launch Xd. Do you really only want to keep users who store in adobe cloud? do you not realize that there are users who cannot store information with 3rd party for compliance reasons?

Mac OSX (latest). XD (latest) Hi there. I recently did a purge/clean of old fonts, and while XD allowed me to replace SOME of them, it will not allow me to replace all of them. The option is greyed out and the styles that use that font are essentially just "broken." This is a critical issue for me as Im working with a document with a ton of artboards and these fonts that I need to replace constitute a huge amount of assets across the document. 

Library created in Adobe XD. Added some colors and components. When I try to use i.e. inside Illustrator to place the graphics in that same Library, there is a message "This is read-only library" ??? https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/e9b0b314-4323-4f22-5846-d4a1e307f684  

I'm a paid user of adobe XD and having latest version 34.1.12.9. Since upgrading my plan, I'm not able to export any element not even a simple rectangle shape in svg format. Error message:There was a problem exporting your asset.We'd love to understand what went wrong so that we can fix this for you.Can I get any help please,

I'm having trouble opening a cloud document. This is on Windows, latest version of Adobe XD/CC is installed. The document opens and immediately starts saving (without any changes), then displays the following:It's a little ironic that an application devoted to user experience uses unhelpful error messages like "Something went wrong", then suggests a non-solution to whatever the problem was. I cannot open a previous document, since I want to keep the current published links of this document: they are shared with the client and their own teams. Every time Adobe XD is updated, a new error crops up that requires the users to recreate all their links, artboards, etc. It's completely unsustainable when you have to work with demanding time constraints.

Hi so in one of the Adobe Max sessions, they showcased developer collaboration using XD where something was modified in XD and pushed live almost immediately to the app. I'd like to know more about the workflow that enabled this - what plugins or kits were used, etc.Here's what I'm hoping for: I learned after the fact that an app is bein developed and now I'm asked to weigh in on the UI after the developer has make the beta version. Is there a way for me to import the app screens into XD to provide mock ups or changes based on an already-mostly-done app?Here's what I'm thinking may have been the reality: the magic shown at Adobe Max was really based on asset-sharing only and that the app UI was first prototyped in XD, then built by the develper using exported assets, and basically the "live change" was simply exporting an SVG to a shared folder on a network drive.

I've been trying all morning to flow data into my repeat grid – I've tried using the Google Sheets Plugin as well as saving the values as a .txt file and dragging it onto my text layer. I've used this feature in the past and it's worked great! No idea why it's not working now. 

Hi, Please help me Today I turned on my computer and went to open an XD file to work and the file had the extension. ~ tmp.I do not understand why the file is missing and now appears only a tmp. Can anyone help me solve this problem?I took a print of the file for you to look at. Thanks!

I an unable to access the cloud library it keeps giving me the attached wrror, even though i can see my libraries on the web normally but do not show in the app

I thought the benefit of having multiple flows was the ability to have multiple share links associated with those flows, but it doesn't behave how I'd expect it. I have one Share link per flow. Here is the workflow currently: -  Create & publish share link for Flow 1 (main new feature UI flow), disseminate to team-  Continue to design & update share link for Flow 1 -  Create Flow 2 when additional design request comes in (Notification flow surrounding new feature) -  Create Share link for Flow 2, disseminate to team-  Need to update Flow 1: go into XD doc and make changes on those screens-  In "Share" section, see that Flow 2 is highlighted and Flow 2's Share Link is shown in right-side panel-  Switch share links in right side panel to Flow 1's share link-  Flow 2 is still highlighted in "Share" section when Flow 1's share link is selected, despite the fact that Flow 1's share link has never been associated with Flow 2

Hello, me and my team have been experiencing the same issue as stated in this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/crash-load-error-2144-when-trying-to-open-a-cloud-document-in-adobe-xd/m-p/10976082?page=1#M24971 In our situation, we have 4 people working in the same file and it's becoming almost unbearable having to constantly re-do our work. The weird thing is that this crashing pattern isn't constant. Sometimes the file is easy peasy to work with, and sometimes, like in the past 2 days, its burning the hell out of our brains. 😭 

Hello,I've been trying to open my xd file on the mobile app on an android phone.When I upload the file on the cloud, it doesn't appear on the app's list (but some older files on the cloud do appear)When I plug my phone with usb, nothing happens both on the mobile and desktop app...The links won't open on the mobile browsers...Can you halp me ?Cheers!

Hi, I have downloaded Adobe XD recently, but I couldn't export my photos. However, when I saved it in local file and send to others, it can be exported, just failed to export in my computer. Is there any settings that I need to switch or anything I can do to fix this? Or do I need to purchase in order to export?

I'm not sure if this was already asked or if I'm just not able to find the correct help page or if it's just such a special question 🙂 Following setup:We have one Cloud File where a lot of assets (such as Components, Colors, Fonts ) are linked into all our local files. This works quite well, but as the amount of components is growing things can get unclear. Now there are bibliotheques where it's very easy to create groups for different colors (for example basic colors, infographic colors etc.) but the assets in bibliotheques are not longer linked to the cloud file as far as i can see.  So my question is: Is there any way to combine both advantages? For example to have custom groups in the cloud assets or to have linked assets in the biblitheque? And in best case: I don't want to destroy the existing links 🙂 Thanks in advance

I was working on a client site and setting up my CC library with colors/logos when I noticed something off about the logo. Zooming in, I found that the logo was actually disfigured in a way that is completely unacceptable. I have added picture below to show what I mean. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Hi, I'm having problems opening an XD-document, I'm getting the following message: "Waiting for sync. The latest copy of the document has not yet been synced from another computer. Please try again in a few moments."I'm only working on one computer, and I'm the owner/creator of the document. It is shared with another co-worker (co-editing), but she had no problem opening/closing it. I can open earlier versions, so it's not totaly lost, but the link for sharing will be another, which means all linkage to this document needs to be updated. It's a big project, a lot of Jira-boards and a big team of developers that need to have access to the design, so I hope you can see the problem it causes. I have the latest version of XD, and I've tried to log-out/log-in again, restarted my computer....and all that mojo... but nothing helps. Anyone that have a solution to my problem?Thanks!

Published Adobe XD link not working. Both prototype and specs links throws error. Previous links that were eorking till yesterday is also facing the same issue. 

When I edit the properties of an object in the right pane and press the Enter key by the numpad on mac, the text field stays highlighted and I can't use any keyboard shortcuts to keep working. Say that I need to edit the size of a rectangle and then want to use the Select (V) tool to move. I click the text field in properties to edit the value, then press enter and finally press V to enable the Select tool. If I use the Enter key by the numpad I end up not being able to move my rectangle and the text field where I just edited the size now has "v" as value. So annoying. This can't be a feature, it has to be a bug.
