 I'm having the problem with nested componenets and haven't been able to figure it out yet! When you tap top-tier nav item, I want it to drop down and show 2 subnav options. Each of the sub options also has a hover effect and tap function on it. When I isolate each hover and tap action to test them, they work fine. But when I put it all together, the nested second layer of hover states and tap states doesn't seem to work

Hey, can you help me with Adobe XD? I have done almost everything in the Adobe forum regarding the issue of crashes that occur when opening adobe XD. Version 30.0.12 I uninstalled and installed Adobe XD, and restarted the device. I have already done this but the Adobe XD still doesn't work. It also shows that I am offline. I hope you can help me with this problem. thanks.

We've created a prototype and when the file was shared as a cloud file. the Brightness is too high. We can't see the images or the elements clearly in the animation

I have several cloud files and I can no longer work with one of them because I only get this pop up message "Trying to connectCoediting is unavailable while offline. XD will automatically reconnect. Save as a new document to work offline, or close the document."But it works perfectly fine with other cloud files. So it is obviously not a problem that I am offline...The problem is only on my Mac, it works on my Windows computer.. What could the problem be and how can I get around it?

When I update this file link this message should appear. I have attached the screenshot plz see.   Creating a new link solves this problem. But I don't want to make a new link because this link is shared by a lot of peoples.  How can we solve this problem? Kindly help me     1. Hi there!I'm trying to export a CTA made of different assets.But the result doesn't fit the look on the Design Artboard 😞I even tried to check every layers / groups on this assets, and to click to export every each of them, but always same results...I don't care about the text, it is made on purpose 🙂 But as you can see, colors and the geometrical signs on the background are different between design XD and the PNG / SVG exported => Thanks a lot for your help!Damien

On June 12th, 2020, I was recording a prototype with audio narration.  After I listened to the audio, I found that the sound quality was terrible.  There was a low background hum, and my narration sounded muddy.  My headphone/mic set is good quality, and this had not happened in previous recordings.  I made sure all the devices in my room were shut off, and re-recorded.  The sound was still bad.  Today, I switched to a professional Samsung Studio Condenser Microphone, made sure the Input/Output Settings on my Mac were correct, and re-recorded.  The sound was still bad.  I tried recording with the same setup on my Mac's native Voice Memo app and the sound quality was perfect.  I'm leaning towards thinking this has something to do with XD, and not my hardware.  Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Is anyone else getting access request from unidentified people? I have a User Testing site set up and shared with "Only Invited People". Only two out of the group have sharing priviledges. Both of us are getting "Sharing Requests" from people we can't identify.

I was using free version of Adobe XD on my PC, for some reasons I changed my windows and I needed to reinstall Adobe XD. I tried downloading it through creative cloud and through individual downloader for XD as well, but in both cases the downloading gets stuck in between 17.5 to 20%. I tried restarting my PC several times, I tried reinstalling my Graphics Driver. The internet was working fine as well. I also tried another adobe account and Creative Cloud Cleaner but none of it worked.

Whenever I edit a character style size the propertie values stays the same. Example: I have Arial-23pt and change it to 21pt by editing the size directly from the character style panel. The text changes size but in the character style panel it still says 23pt. W10. All up to date on everything.

I've been working in a file that has multiple boards with many Adobe Stock Illustrator vector graphics placed into XD which have meshes and blends. These files when imported default to extensively large files with 100+ layers for each level of blended %. The files have become large but were saving until today when the file crashed the program. I cannot open the file, 1.03 GB which takes a full minute to complete the bar before crashing. Here is what I've tried and failed:1- Uninstalled XD, rebooted and installed again on iMac, OS High Sierra, 10.13.3, 32GB 1600 MHz, DDR3, 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7. 2- Logged out and back into Adobe. 3- Opened older versions of the file from Time Machine, still large, but not opening.4- Made copy from backup Dropbox file, renamed before opening.5- Failed in same way on Macbook Pro, which is macOS Catalina, 10.15.5, (updated today during troubleshooting), 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 32GB 2667 MHz DDR4.6- Logged out/back into Adobe on Macbook.7- T

Hello, I have a problem concerning animated GIF while I export the link of the protoype in Adobe XD. In the presentation link, the GIF stays static.  How can I solve the problem please ?  Thanks !!

Hello Guys, I Jus Created an Website in Adobe XD , However i Used Anchor Links to  Connect perticular Section (For Example : If i Click on Contact Us it Scrolls Down to Contact Section). When i Click on Desktop Preview Anchor Links Works Fine. But, When i export the artboard to HTML(Have used Web Export Plugin), The websites Opens Perfectly but the anchor links wont work neither thy are clickable. Please Help Me Out!

I'm using the WindowsUI.xd file and none of the form elements are selectable unless I ungroup them from within multiple groups. It took 3 successive ungrouping steps in order to use just one of the elements. Is this the way these Windows UI kit is supposed to be bundled? This doesn't seem to be an issue with the wireframe or the Material Design UI kits?

How do you create vertical spacing with text boxes that don't reflect true CSS line height?

I designed a site on Adobe xd and did animation for the site, but when I press the play button to see the page and animation, nothing appears other than the first artboard I worked on and it is not animation What should I do?

Good afternoon! When you try to edit text blocks, the program freezes and you have to save, exit and go into the layout again. Such difficulties arise regularly when editing text (especially the larger the project, the more often the program freezes). At the same time, I can work in the program, everything works, but I just can’t work with text.

HI Guys, brand new to Adobe XD and doing tons of lessons and learning fast.  Made a quick fun little project and created a public shareable link (presentation option). It worked perfectly and then in the last week or so the link populates the 1st artboard and then gets 'stuck' after displaying the 2nd artboard.  The file hasn't had any changes, and in preview mode still works as it did before. The purpose of my question is to establish if these shareable links are permant or temporary? I ask, to know if I want to create a 'Portfolio' with Adobe XD, can I share it as a public link indefinately. I don't want to advertise something as a link to a portfolio if it doesn't work...  Or is my shareable link in this example gone funny.
