Hi guys   I'm working with a team member with an online document. We have a text issue. My font is Robotto bold 12 with the leading of 14pt. On her side, it's 16 leading. This then means that the Y value is out on her side. It's difficult to give each other feedback when the design is not the same.   Did this happen to anyone else? Can I create shape like this in Adobe Xd ?? I can do it in Illustrator or PS, then import, but what if I don't have that and I need this for UI/UX procentage circle

New to Adobe XD and I am trying to share my project with my team and I keep getting error code 44:47 (pictured below). I have worked with my IT services, as Adobe suggested, and IT can't seem to figure this out. I show that I have access to Creative Cloud in my files menu but nothing seems to be working. I saw a post about deleting all assets and then try sharing and that didnt work either. 

Hello,As you can see in the prt sc below, I lost suddenly my Artboard and my Adobe XD is not working no more on Windows 10. Last time I were connected to my XP-Pen Pro (I was int he multiple display mode) and I ran the Adobe XD and it crashed. Since it doesn't work anymore (no Artboard).[I tested it in the safe mode, but Adobe XD do not open in the safe mode on windows 10]Is there any help out there?Thanks in advance,Syd           <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Good afternoon!Please tell me, such a problem arose associated with just dragging and dropping the picture in the "Adobe XD". Suddenly the program took pictures by dragging and dropping.I reloaded the program, reinstalled it, I don’t know how it turned out. Please tell me how to bat?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Unfortunately the last time I had XD open and made edits, I didn't notice this bug. Which means I saved it and now have to REDO a ton of screens. It also meant for a very confused call with our founder, as many screens didn't make sense (understandably so). When I edit the master component - change colour of the text, move an icon for more padding, it removes the overrides in all the instances of that component in my document. This means I have to go through each screen and re-type the text of every button, list, etc. I expect that as a minimum the text override should stay, or else whats the point of components for anything other than buttons? I just updated XD and it didn't help. 

Apologies if the title is confusing, I myself do not know how to describe the situation so I've attatched a video to show what is happening.   I've made a component which briefly expands when hovered on using auto animate. I've linked the hover state to a new artboard when tapped, which continues to enlarge the component using auto animate. However, right before it transitions to the new artboard, the component quickly resets to its original state.   Is there any way to create a smooth transition?    {Renamed By MOD}

I have a problem in Adobe xd, i have got a lot of Artboard in order (i can see them on the left menu) but when i export them in a single pdf thery are not in the same order:1-2-3-4 etc but i-2-3-6-8-7 etc.. and it's a mess up! I used fonts like Nimbus Sans for my site project, on the website it looks much more normal. However when I doing a concept design with Adobe XD using Nimbus Sans Regular the fonts looks more thick ( bold ). This is annoying because it will makes a false-assumptions and potentially could lead to something bad. Is there any solutions to this? This is the comparison.

Hello, I have an irritating issue within the type tool. Half of the time when I go to use the type tool the default color is white. Is there a way to change the default color or at least set the color before I start typing? I've tried setting the color but XD doesn't respond correctly and deselects the type tool.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I have a prototype that I am creating as a presentation. All screen shots were taken as 1280x720, and all artboards are the same size as the images (all 1280x720). While in the program, the previews look MUCH sharper/clearer but when I go to the link the images are fuzzy and almost out of focus. I am don't think I'm doing anything that would cause the images to resize or anything of that sort to cause the images to blur. I made a UI animation in Adobe XD since I find it much more user friendly and time efficient than using After Effect. However, after screen capturing the interaction, I noticed that the shadows looks really bad and all jerky... I don't know if there is something I could do about it? I want to post this project in my portfolio but this is really furstrating because I can't really be ok with posting such a bad quality video.Any ideas on how to avoid those jerky shadows? I started working with XD more than one month ago, and everything was fine (except now and then...)I literally worked the whole morning today on my project,AND SUDDENLY I tried to open it and it just freezes THE SECOND I click on something. I tried EVERYTHING. I waited, restarted my computer.........It was fine one second ago and now it just WONT WORK NO MATTER WHAT.PLEASE HELP ME I have this project due TOMORROWThe first Home page works fine but as soon as I click on any project really it freezes.THANKS 

I've been working on a local document, which has a cloud library connected to it.   I have saved a copy of that local document, with the intention of removing the cloud library and replacing it with another.    I can't get the old library to disappear, I've removed it from the drop down but some parts of it keep reappearing when I reopen the file.    It also isn't bringing in some components from the new library.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

If I quite the application I almost always have to force quit to get it to completely close. I have tried uninstalling it, removing all the files in ~/Library/Preferences and Application Support, but there is no change ager re-install. If I launch the application and quit it immediately, it sometimes will eventually close. Attached is the Apple Crash report generated when I eventualy force quite the application. 

This had been working fine up until yesterday when I updated XD to the latest. Now the only way I can see my working prototype is to create a link and visit the live link. Desktop Preview is grayed out and inaccessible. Help!? It's really slowing my workflow.

Problem today with the new XD update version 29.0.32.13. Opening my previously stored Cloud Documents it is putting ALL the files in this limbo state since the update “Saving”- so far it has been over 30 min.   On my laptop I hadn’t updated to  29.0.32.13, so I tried to open a couple of the Cloud Document files and I got an error that said something like File Not Found.   How long do I wait for XD to finish Saving my files?  Usually it takes a few seconds   p.s. It is very important the prototype links do not get broken or I have to create new links because developers outside my company are using them to build the  project.   Please Advise   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,  Am trying to install Adobe XD in MacBook Air 2017 model macOS Catalina version 10.15.4am getting an error. 

Hiya, wondered if anyone could help me with some troubleshooting  ...Here goes: Creating a shared presentation link with Adobe XD is horribly slow for me. This despite me: 1. Replacing inactive content with image 2. Compressing all images 3. Ungrouping unused components 4. Removing unnecessary content from my document.After all that I was able to reduce the file to about 16mb local / 54mb cloud - which should be more than doable to upload - yet uploading seems to still only progress about 1%/5-10mins. It doesn't leave enough time to finish before "The connection drops"  The progressbar will jumpstart to 50% and then become basically inactive. I'll include a screenshot of the content and file assets, and you can see it really isn't anything system breaking? Thanks if anyone can help with a solution on this.

Recently moved from Mac to Windows - installed the latest versions of Adobe CC apps - and FontBase for font management.XD won't pick up any fonts from FontBase...all other apps i use (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) have no issue.Pretty disappointed as I've come to really rely on XD when i was on my Mac...anyone else experiencing this and if so - has anyone resolvced the issue?

i created a project which contains auto animations. how can i export it for my website.

We are unable to leave comments for each other on our XD prototypes.    Is anyone else having this issue and do we have any idea when this will be fixed?
