Afternoon ☀️ XD started acting up earlier on today only in one file only.- pasted a screenshot onto the file- since then, I can't delete/drag anything that's outside of frameAnyone had this problem before? 

Bonjour ! J'ai un soucis sur XD depuis quelques semaines sur un fichier (même en le dupliquant pour faire une nouvelle version) : Le copier coller ne fonctionne plus, au sein du même fichier, je n'arrive simplement plus à "coller" mes éléments d'un plan de travail à l'autre, ou meme sur le même, même en passant par le menu "édition > copier" / "édition > coller" il ne se passe rien, le "copier" semble fonctionner puisque le "coller" est bien dispo dans le menu suite à mon "copier", mais rien ne se colle, une idée de ce qui se passe ? De même "importer" ne fonctionne plus, je clique dessus et il ne se passe rien. Alors que j'avais bien avancé jusque là sans avoir aucun soucis les premieres semaine du projet. merci d'avance à ceux qui répondront !

My keyboard is not working. I tried reinstalling. No keys or shortcuts are taken as inputs. Its been happening for a while now. When I open my last saved files I face the same issue there along with new files which I try to create. When I enter keys on the keyboard XD doesn't recognise anything. The mouse is working fine. Rest of the features in XD is working fine.

Ik heb XD geïnstalleerd op mijn pc via Creative Cloud. Als ik het open krijg ik een start-op scherm maar het programma zelf openet zich niet, het breekt af. Kan ik op een andere pc met mijn login het programma opnieuw installeren? Ik snap de werkwije niet goed om XD gratis te gebruiken. Kan iemand mij beschrijven wat de opeenvolgende stappen zijn om dat programma gratis te kunnen  gebruiken?

I purchased a template with 30 sceens that look nice, but I have 2 problem I can't solve.  1. See screenshot. I can not move the layer down as I can with folders etc. It¨s not locked so I have no clue why or what I shall do to "open it up" so I can move it? 2. I copied the sceens I changed into a new board that I called Mockup. The problem is that I cant for example copy the logo from sceen 1 to sceen 7? I can click on copy in the drop meny but when I try to paste it in to sceen 7 if not appear? No clue why. I can do the action in the original template. Any suggestions?

Hi, My name is Catherine and I currently learn on Google UX design certificate course. I am in couse 6 recently and I try to use the reward of the completion on course 1. I have recieved the message 2 months ago but now I can not redeem it. When I click the button to claim the reward, it shows an error messages. How can I solve this situation? Thank you!

Hello Designers I'm sharing the solution of this issue which you can keep using the Starter Plan with no problem even It's not shown on the website due to an issue they're fixing. This is confirmed with the agents I contacted. The only thing that you have to do is open the application located in the folder of documents, do not open it through Creative Cloud because it will aks you to pay and in case the app says there's an update available in the future you can update without problem in the section of updates of CC. You can download the setup, if it ask you to pay while you're installing just skip that step, if it doesn't work use the trial option to continue the installation and cancel the susbcription immediately (after installing). Once you do it you implement the solution that's written in the first paragraph. For evidence you can these pictures which on CC it shows try or buy even I still have the Starter Plan. Hope this helps.

Hi, I'm trying to make an interactive art piece on Adobe XD which involves people making a piece of art on an adobe xd link. I'm trying to work out if people using the link can share their final outcome as an image. e.g. I make a button that would screen grab the chosen area and then share it to instagram with a specific hashtag. Hopfully this makes sense, I'm new to things like this, so not sure if I've described it accurately enough. Thanks,Charlie 

Hi all, I have a problem when I prview my XD deisgn in my iPhone.As you see if I have a page that exactly fits on the screen it looks great. But if I have a screen that is long (that I need to screoll down to see more info) it looks so thin. How can I fix this?

I use libraries and plugins allot, and although there are shortcuts to instantly go to the library or layers panel, I find it a UI nightmare that the icons for layers/library and plugins are at the bottom of the side-toolbar. I have A large screen 32inch 4k (2560x1440). And as I am not a savage, I like to design at fullscreen, which makes the problem even worse. I have both the new and suggested situation attached to show what I mean. I think this will greatly increase the user experience for people that use a pen or mouse more than keyboard shortcuts.  

Hello there,  I have a question regarding  Screens map creation. Recently I moved from Figma to Adobe XD. The question is: How can I create Screens maps? I need to show the interaction between screens for developers. Is there some plugin or so to do that? (I know about Clikackable Prototype, but it's different). I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm going to create. The main point is that the interaction/arrows should be draggable and stickable.Thank you,Inna 

I'm linking couple artboards and for some of them I can use the "Push up"/"Push down" animation (using tap trigger, transition action) and for others, the animation options are disabled.   I noticed that when the artboards have differente sizes, the list gets disabled, but this is not the case: both artboards have the same size.   What variables can disabled the animation list?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi, I am working on a project which has 53 assets (icons, colors, fonts and etc), but when I export it to the development link it shows just a few components (7). I tried to restart the Adobe XD, tried to clean my cookies, tried to export it again and nothing is working. I attached the screenshots.         {Title Renamed by MOD}

Hi, when I lauch Adobe XD, I don't see anymore all my files and folders (on the cloud). I'm having some serious issues when previewing mobile web prototypes on iPhones. I've been in discussions with Adobe Support about this, but I wonder if I'm the only one experiencing the issue. Would love some help from the community. If this really is an issue, I can't believe it has taken so long to get fixed as it's such a basic interaction (prototyping a scrolling page for mobile web). Here's a link to my simple prototype for demonstration. For reference, this was created on both a Mac and a Windows machine running the latest versions of XD (v28.9.12.2 Mac and Windows). Make sure you open this link on an iPhone (Chrome or Safari): https://xd.adobe.com/view/c3d3d54f-eafe-4634-615b-3b83d5d5108f-b5e2/ This artboard is a simple 320 width artboard that you have to scroll to view its contents. Open the above link on an iPhone (problem doesn't seem to exist on Android). The scrolling behavior is erratic and jumps right to the bottom of the mobile web page as you scroll

it has been said all over the Internet in feature requests and here too - we really need colour management or at least a non-wacky behaviour of XD regarding colour.We're working with XD since Day1, love it and use it way beyond what it is officially meant for... essential tool, more open every day than photoshop and illustrator togehter. Yet, exporting artboards is a mess in terms of colour, it's always wrong, never accurate, even when you testdrice concrete HEX values and export as png, reopen in PS to check, never correct.We're super unhappy as this means a lot of work and in some cases renders using XD useless.All the great things about this great tool vanish with this, when you can't even do a quick static banner for a client as corporate colours will not be correct....What are the plans here?On top, since a few versions, exporting x1 results in blurry drawings and sluggish type.P.s. I have tried several times to install Adobe XD in my 2017 MacBook Pro, which with a version of a new updated OS system in it. Can anyone help me to solve my issue here?I will appreciate the assist.

Hello,Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but i'm not able to open a support ticket.I would like to install and use Adobe XD without beeing connected to the internet (as we work in a close environnement on out project). Is it possible, and if yes how can I do it ?I saw a similar post (How to use Adobe XD offline?), but in this one a connection was possible on the first use.
