Hi. I am just starting out in XD, and the tutorials show an option to "Get UI Kits" with an arrow next to it, but my navigation does not show an arrow. When I click on "Get UI Kits" in the navigation it just takes me to this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/access-ui-kits.html#panel-3This page does not offer any informaiton that tells me how to get (and I assume install) the kits. I'm not sure why my nav does not show the options indicated in the tutorials (shown in the 2nd screen shot). Is there a setting that I need to adjust in XD to show the options with the arrow?In additon, if you look at the 2nd screen shot here the page behind the nav shows all the "XD add-ons." I understand from watching tutorials that option should show up on the main screen in XD when you want to open a new file. Mine does not (see screen shot #3).What am I missing here?#1 #2#3

I want to add UI kits from material design. but I dont get the option to do so...

Hi, this is super anoying. When i try to open the UI Kits on Adobe XD i get reffered to a Website that tells me how to access the UI Kits. When i do whats on the Website, i get back to the Website. UIKITINCEPTION!1. i hover over "access UI Kits"  and here should acctually open a list with ios or android Ui Kits.but when i click it i get reffered to2. https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/access-ui-kits.html which tell me what i already did. Whats up with that?CheersBjörn 

Where can I download, for XD, a RECENT UI Kit for Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)?I found one, but it's from 2017 (too old).   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I have been using the XD starter plan for years and now a very serious issue has come up. For context my laptop has a newer version of XD than my tower and whenever I try to open a document on my Tower that I worked on my laptop it tells me to update and whenever I try to update XD on my Tower it tells me "Your country doesn't support this purchase" so that means I am completely unable to update XD, can't even do the free trial. Please can someone from Adobe address this issue with a bug fix to Creative Cloud or a workaround?

Hi, I would like for an offset item to resize its height when the text in a textbox is changed.Like the example below, there is a shaded hilight that is set 15px offset top and bottom and to the left the same that I would like to get taller and shorter when the text next to it is chamged. I've tried doing shaded backgrounds but the inded does not allow offsets past the left of the text, and setting the item to auto resize responsively also does not work.I also tried a stach where the box is separate pieces above, below and to the side but that does not work either. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Expets, please any idea how can i get my Xd back. i have renewed the enterprise version. but still it shows buy now. i cleared the cache, signout out and at last uninstall the software. is there any otherways to solve this isuue.

I've never been so frustrated with an application in my life. Things that worked perfectly and smoothly on mac simply does not work on windows 11. I had to switch platforms for my work computer from Mac to Windows. I did not have any concern with doing so as I am quite familiar with both Windows and Mac. However, exver since getting the new laptop and using XD, I've experienced headache after headache. One of the major issues is that I am CONSTANTLY running into (every 5-10 minutes) is where I cannot type anywhere within the application unless I either restart the application or go to a different app, type something there, then go back to XD and it starts working again. However this is only a temporary fix. I have to do that over and over again. XD in windows will also freeze multiple times a day, particularly if I am working in a cloud document that is being co-edited. Lastly, I am working with files that were originally created in mac that have several prototype l

I have the whole Creative Cloud suite. Just wondering if XD is the best (only?) tool for creating learning apps, for example the user drags letters to form a word, clicks on a correct answer for arithmetic problems, clicks to connect dots to make a picture. Or must all of these kinds of things still be coded separately in JS, PHP, HTML 5 or some other language, and then somehow integrated into XD. And where if at all would Animate CC/Dreamweaver come into play. I want to create a Hindi/English learning app with a variety of interactive excercises. Thanks

I dnt see a drop down for Get UI kits / Add on -to download the UI kits

Hi,I am running into a problem importing an AI graphic to XD. The radial gradient is imported, but the linear gradient is displayed as solid color, although in the inspector on the right siede side the fill says gradient. It is supposed to be in the sword.Does anybody know ho to fix this? Thank you! Frida

Hi, XD Newbie here.   I'm taking an online class and trying to follow along with the instructor. He wants us to drop a clipart-style image into the page and change the color. It seems easy but all my images are on an opaque white background and all his are on transparent backgrounds. It feels like this should be easy to do, please help me.

Hi everyone!I'm running into some import issues with XD that I hope someone can help me with. I have two PSDs, same file setting for both files. I made JPEGs out of both of them to import into Adobe XD. I exported them 3 times the size in Photoshop so they are high resolution in XD. When I share my XD link with my client, one of the jpegs end up being super blurry while the other one retain it's high resolution. I believe it's something to do with the export setting in Photoshop but they are both exported the same way! Please note all the other elements in my presentation remained very high res, except for that one jpegs. I tried carrying all my layers from the PSD that's exporting the blurry jpegs into the PSD that exports high res jpegs and it solved the issue. But the thing is that, majority of my project is built with the low res PSD and I can't help but think there's a setting that can fix this issue. but yet again both PSDs are created using the same settings and bits.  Is t

Hi, I have strange problem with font Quicksand.I install font family (light,regular,bold,semibold) on Windows. In AE, AI, ID, PS everthing is fine work like a normal font.But in XD when I open project or make new one, and choose quicksand fontnn family font list I have (regular, regular, regular, bold, regular). First think okey, something display wrong.  No metter what I choose is always regular font. I try:Reinstal font , reinstal from another sourceReinstal adobe XDUpdate adobe XDUpdate Windows 10My problem is that I work with big project with this font (my rescure is that I also have macbook pro and there its work fine).  

Hi, i hope you are fine.I would like to know how can I see the menu right where the styles of the model are. It disapear and I cant show again in my xd project. I have a one-year subscription to Adobe XD from CareerFoundry. I redeemed my Adobe XD on 21 March 2023 and it didn't continue because I had Windows 8.1. Then I installed Windows 10 on my laptop on 22 March 2023. When I tried to redeem Adobe XD today 23 March 2023 and it said "This code has already been redeemed." Hi.   Have shared a design review link with a client this morning but they are unable to access the content. Instead, they are presented with an error messages stating that "something went wrong".   I am unable to replicate this fault on my end, so would like some advice on how to resolve this ASAP. I have the element seleced and the Fix Position When Scrolling box checked, but it doesn't work in the preview link. What's the wrokaround for this?
