Hi Everyone,I need help to recover my xd cloud documents. I just updated the xd and when I log in and want to edit my cloud file that shown in my recent it said I didn't have the access to edit the file (which I am the person who create the file in the first place) then when I click the X button, recent files - that saved in cloud - disappeared. I still have the access to the file using the share link. But, I didn't have the files in my cloud.As I checked my cloud document in Adobe Cloud Website, all my files are gone.I have checked all the links that has been said in the community forum but none of them work. Please I really need your help to get my files back. 

Is there a way to update the exporting of svgs to support outlining fonts in the program? Also adding the ability to choose the svg exporting options in dev specs for developers. Our developers have issues with svgs that include type/fonts as the font files aren't embedded and there isn't a way to outline fonts in the dev specs. Or give option to outline on dev specs link creation? 

A solution that works for me on Windows 10. 1. Close all Adobe Apps2.  Open Adobe Creative Cloud and Logout3. Open AdobeXD4. It will ask you to login. Login through AdobeXD5. Works for me.

Hello!When I open a shared file with via web app(for exmaple https://xd.adobe.com/view/********* ), I can't scroll it horizontaly and vertically with keyboard keys (up, down, right, left). I can't scroll it horizontally with hold&drag by mouse (only verticall scroll is working). I can scroll only with special mouse buttons or with two fingers on touchpad. Support agent doesn't think it's a bug, and think it's a feature request (Case ID: ADB-28429531-P9K4)

Can we expect this feature in following updates? It's a deal breaker for me. Sending my design to developers where all my gradient text is converted to paths is really impractical 😕😕 

Help!  I have tried updating XD and my mac etc but nomatter where I save my new Design Documents in Adobe XD Cloud or else dektop none of the publish links are working so I am unable to get client feedback! Is anyone else having the same issue or knows how to resolve?  Many thanks in advance 

Hi, I am unable to drag and drop an image into a rectangle on XD running Mac OS 11.7.4. I have tried importing as well, it doesn't work. Files tried: .jpg, .psd, .mov. I tried in a repeat grid or in a simple rectangle. Nothing works!!!Please help 

I wanna unlink a symbol so I can make changes to just that element and not the rest.  The tutorials says right click - Ungroup symbol but this doesn't help. The changes becomes global to that symbol anyhow. However, when I have only ONE instance of the same symbol in my document it works. As soon as I have more than one the option to Ungrop symbol is partly there, some symbols have that option in the context menu and some don't. So what's going on?   Also: There is a huge bug in XD for W10 in terms of symbols. When I have multiple copies of one symbol open at the same time and choose to select them all and delete them in one go from delete on the keyboard, then the symbols get's deleted from the symbols panel as well! In other words its totally gone.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Just think about it. Why is resizing stacks in their stacking direction disabled? The only thing that comes to mind, is that it might be hard to determine how the stack might behave when growing. But this limits us too much in creating actually dynamic designs. Besides: is it really that hard? I beg to differ. Say, I have a list item, with an icon of fixed dimensions and a text layer. The list item has padding, and the contents are laid out in a stack:I would like the icon to retain its dimensions, so I set its resize behavior to be fixed:However, I would be fine with the text to resize. This is quite common and generally accepted behavior. So I set the text box to "auto height", so at least the text would wrap if it does not fit anymore on one line....but what really has bugged me since I started exploring with stacks since their introduction, is that this sort of dynamism is deliberately left out. Hi, Xd links are not visible. When I try to send them to my colleagues, they get the message "access requested" but when I try to allow them, it doesn't work. This has never happened, I have always generated open links and it always worked.For some reason the links I generate are private and I don't understand how to fix this. I really appreciate any help you can provide.  

Adobe, what is going on? All my XD files that are save locally are gone. Anything saved 6 month ago are no longer there. I know for sure the files were not deleted. I never saved to the cloud so they are not on your  cloud. Some files have 5 version of the same thing in the same folder and they are all gone. What is going on? Where am I going to find these files?

Hi All, I have the latest version of Adobe XD and amd running MacOS 10.14.6 and I can't seem to drag and drop images from the Adobe creative cloud library.  I tried with SVG files and .AI files.  I've searched thoroughly through the forum and can't find any mac user with this issue for 10.14, only users of the Catalina Beta which I'm not running.I installed Adobe XD a couple of months ago and used it infrequently.  I don't know if this problem was there the entire time or if this is a new issue due to an update, as I only tried to drag and drop images today. Does anyone know what I can do?  I see the recommendation to Windows users of updating the graphic drivers but I'm on a Mac and I don't think this applies given Macs update this for you and my system is fully updated. Thanks,Gabriel

Hi there,Im having an issue with using the different component states on XD. I have added a video as reference. As you can see whenever i change the hover state it is affecting the defaut state as well. Am i doing something wrong ? Help!

I'd like to create additional Artboards in my working file. However, my tool menu only shows an arrow and a magnifying glass. How can I add more buttons to my Toolbar, like the Artboard tool?

I was using XD yesterday and tidying up my document, ensuring all the colours were using the linked assets from a library shared from another document. When I closed the document at the end of yesterday you can see in the screenshot below that the "+" button in colours is greyed out and all colours in this artboard are contained within the document assets. But when I have opened it this morning (A few minor tweaks were made after the above screenshot) now multiple colours are no longer linked.  As can been seen from the screenshot the colours are only associated with text. This also kept happening repeatedly while I was working on the project yesterday, I would come back to an artboard after a few hours without making any changes and all the colours assoicated with text would have unlinked from the correct library colour.Any help would be appricated.

Hi, How do I edit a character style? The user guide instructs you to right-click it in the Document Assets panel then click Edit in the dropdown, but I don't see "Edit" as an option. And is there any alternate way to update a style or is this the only route (such as by modifying an instance of it and pushing updates to the style)? I'm on a Mac, using Control key + click to replicate right click.

Cannot sync any data. I cannot access to any of my cloud files. What should I do?  

I have been trying more than 2 days to figure it out and I asked 3 people to help me no one did help me,I have 2 laptop, Windows 9 and Windows 11, and I tried to live preview in my 3 android devicesI have the new update for the adobe software and adobe mobile and I have 2 usb and 1 usbs ( because someone told me maybe this is the issue) and now someone told me Adobe xd doesn't support live preview for window to android , you will need to save the file to cloud and then see it in "Adobe XD" android app. I dont think that's true I think he just dont want to work. Can someone help me please?

I had signed up for Adobe XD 7 day trial and now I am not able to see an option to cancel this before trial period ends.Could someone please help me with this?
