Our team subscription has ended and we will now be shifting to a new enterprise license and different profile. I know the old links remain active unless your account is deactivated. But is there any restriction for the link view? Will "View Specs" works even if subscription endded?

Hello!I have an issue with a prototype I'm making for an app, where the sticky navigation bar is down the page.When I generate a link to share for testing, I open the link on the phone, and the navigation page is nowhere.When I previw my design, on desktop it is there, and works well. Stays where is should be. What could be the probem? I tried to make it sticky in multimple ways, by grouping elements and using the sticky function too. It does not show up at all on the phone.If anybody has any solutions I could try, please send them my way. Thank you!

Hi,   I have difficulties with using the italic version of the installed Sanuk font on my Windows 10 (64bit) system in Adobe XD. In the fonts panel I can choose italic but after I have done that the design doesn't change to the italic font. This problem only occurs on my Windows 10 pc and only in Adobe XD. Both Photoshop and InDesign work just fine and show the italic font when selected. On MacOS the italic font also works fine in Adobe XD.   This is the source where the font was bought:https://www.fontshop.com/families/ff-sanuk   The issue is not only with "regular italic" font, but also the other italic variants (thin, bold).   I hope you can help me out.   Best regards, JK   {Renamed By MOD}

Can anyone help me? I have a master button component. When I use the instance of that button, I wanted to make the button longer while keeping all the states I made in the master. But, the states started to not be aligned with the default state. When I try to move it back into position, the other states moved equal distance as well. It's so frustrating that I can only edit master components and have all the states be aligned but not do it on instances.  I tried turning responsive resize off when I'm adjusting but it still shows the same results.

Hi , I am unable to create Links as it is showing storage is full.I am using Macbook Pro and Adobe XD latest Version. I have ample space in my Cloud PFB screenshots.Please help in resolving the issue asap as development is stuck because of this.   

I'm trying to run a real world user testing session for large company's New cookie banner and other modals. How can I delete an XD File that was shared with me, and that I did not create? I have files from an old employee that I want to clear out.

Re-occuring problem. I'll get trapped where I can't bring a new layer above an old layer. Please see screenshot.

MacOS Ventura 13.1 Apple M1 Pro ARM Architecture 16 GB RAM The XD application hangs on each shut down attempt on the above OS. This issue occurs consistently, near 100% of the time, on shut down of the application. Force Quit is required to kill the process.

Last night I was working on an Abode xd cloud document and made a lot of changes. I saw sync icon on the top that the changes are getting saved so I didn't do anything manually. Fotunatlly, before closing the document I had saved a copy of the file on my machine for my of my team memeber who couldn't access my cloud file because of some AdobeXd error but others can.  Today when I opened my AdobeXD cloud file, it didn't have any changes made after 4:00PM IST but all the changes  I can see in my local copy. 

Hi. My problem with the performance is that the scroolen on the iPad (10) in the prototype is very jerky. It seems like it has loading problems. The same prototype is more responsive on the iPhone (13).

When I copy and paste an artboard by using the alt+click and drag method, the resulting copy has no title.  I cant seem to add one to it, nor can I utilize two board produces this way in Prototype mode for making transistions, the boards  will not hightlight as a board to attach to.  Same thing if i use ctrl+C ctrl+V copy/paste method. Thanks.   

I protyped my project with android art boards in Adobe XD. Now I want to convert all those android art boards to iOS artboards without starting all over again.

I have a prototype that is all wired accept the answer. It is a math problem and the user is asked to make any number of selections. But only one combination of selections is the correct answr and all others are wrong. Question: Select factors of 105?Answers Given: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10Answer: 3, 5, 7 Is it possible that only the numbers 3, 5, 7, toggled produce the right anser and all other selection produce the wrong one? Hi! It was working for me so far but recently when I tried to view the prototypes on my android phone adobe xd app, it says 'You don't have access to Creative Cloud.'I am the administrator!I am saving all my files in the cloud. I can view them on my desktop but not on my phone. 

Recently I had a chat with the Zeroheight Support Team member about a big issue I'm about to explain: Months ago, XD supported the Slash (/) to rename Assets. Meanwhile Zeroheight made possibile to upload these assets to their portal, according to the quantity of Slash used in order to create folder and subfolder. And it was working just fine! When XD swapped the Slash (/) with the En Dash (-), Zeroheight support Team member told me and I'm quoting: "they were advised that it should be Em Dashes (—) that are used, therefore we've changed it to this as well" https://zeroheight.com/3xlwst8/v/0/p/2729fc--whats-new. As matter of fact I can see Adobe support pages is talking about Em Dash (—), but the XD prompt window is suggesting the End Dash (-) instead. So, I need to download my wireframe/prototype file that already exists in the adobe cloud. Because previously I was able to access the file without any problem but now all of a sudden adobe xd has logged me out and is asking me for subscription money to log in. how do I circumvent this payment barrier?Also, I was on the free version when I first created the prototype. 

I keep getting the "Something Went Wrong" Error 44:23 when I try to create a shareable preview link in XD.I've done every form of troubleshooting known to mankind. My coworkers are also running into the same issue and it's greatly hindering our company's productivity. Adobe how to we stop this from happening?
