Hi everyone, so ive been working on a project for school with fellow students in a xd file but all of a sudden we all got the same error code today. We cant get in our file anymore and nowhere on the internet is there anything about this error code. If anyone can help that would be amazing because we put a lot of information in this document or else we can say goodbye to our diploma.

The link hasn't been working for over a week now. My co workers who use a PC can see the link in their browser but myself and my other co workeer who use a Mac cannot open the page. It shows there is an Error. I've used this many times until a week ago. Anyone else having problems Publishing to Share?   Mark   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi everyone! I am a newbie in the graphic design world. So, I built my website using a WordPress Theme plugin. But now I want a more efficient and vibrant look for my website. Can anyone tell me how to change from the WordPress plugin theme to the theme created in Adobe XD? As a UI/UX developer, I want to grand view only access of the XD desktop application with web developers.So, that they can use the design and assets without my effort to create/update shared links again and again.   

Hello, I am trying to access the UI kits i have downloaded (which inlcude Material Design and one other) neither are showing up in my files. I have rebooted my Mac twice. I have tried dragging and dropping and reading many articles on how to do this.  How can I get this to work? Thank you!

Hi Adobe, is there an App available where you can share and view several different linked docs and is cloud based? Like we used to place items on a wall for quality control review across the brand. But since we WFH so much, Im imagining something like the MIRO Board for PSDs, PDFs, etc would be useful. You'd be able to update assets so that the images on the board are automatically updated as well. Im just looking for a tool where the team can view and comment on several different projects, where the assets are linked for easy updates but is cloud based. If that makes sense. 

Hallo liebe Community, ich suche schon seit einiger Zeit die Funktion um ausfüllbare Textfelder zu erstellen. Gibt es sowas ich habe schon Youtube durchforstet. Habe allerdings nicht passendes zu diesem Thema gefunden. Ich dieses Feature benötige ich dringend.

I've lost all the changes to the file from 5/12/2022 to 16/12/2022. I've checked the cloud file as well, the version history for the same is missing/not updated. The files were working fine on the 16th. I encountered issues on the 16th with the new Adobe XD version. I saved the file before exiting & it was auto-saved as well. I found some logs (by following the methods mentioned in previous discussions in the forum) but I have no idea how that can help me. I worked on a different file on the 18th which is intact/up to date. The file I'm facing an issue with is a shared file and the version history is not updated on the local or the cloud document.Is there a way to recover the data lost?

Hi there, I would like to ask if it is possible to add an Adobe XD project into my Adobe portfolio, as link or image? My idea is to create UX/UI design case studies in different pages and to add my Adobe XD projects in each case study. Hopefully I managed to describe you what I mean and thanks for the answer in advance!

Getting desperate here :S- - - - - - XD Prototype links not working on mobile"Hi, i'm having the same issue with a new prototype. When I view it on desktop it works fine, but when I open in chrome/safari on a mobile device it starts to load but then the browser displays an error.This is very upseting since I have to deliver tomorrow! Please help!"- - - - - -— Today the issue remains, but I've been able to understand a little bit more about the problem.It seeems the less interactions the prototype has, less the probability for error display. Also I reduced the amount of linked components and image size.I was able to deliver a lite version of my work, with very few interactions and pages. However, this doesn't help much, because I don't have the possibilty to workaround this problem with the ongoing work.I really hope you can help.

If I try to export an element from a group from within a mask, Adobe XD instead exports the maked group.This is also preventing me from sharing assets with developers on Development mode. They can only download the whole group as a bitmap image. I hope it's not intended to be like this, otherwise it will be very hard to share all assets for a huge project I'm working on. Thanks! 

Is anyone having issues using the spec tab and trying to pull info from the scroll groups? Seems you can only pull spec info from above the fold. Anything else in the scroll group doesn't work properly. This was never an issue before. I attached a screen grab below (can't grab the image, can't grab the carets, the blue grid lines that are showing are from the image above the fold.)      <Title renamed by moderator>

How to create images like the one shown using XD? When I transform, the images are not the same size and the right corners get narrowed down.

I earned a free 9-month membership to Adobe XD from Google, through Coursera.I redeemed the code on my mobile phone and it got redeemed successfully and then signed in on my desktop but I still have no access to Adobe XD.  I really need this to be sorted out as it very important for me. I would really appreciate any help and feedback.The path taken to redeem the voucher is as follows: Opened "Claim Your Reward" Email from CourseraClicked  blue "Claim Your Reward" Button within email. That opened a window to my Coursera account/messages screenI clicked on the message that read "View Your Reward"A pop-up appeared with a blue button reading "Claim Your Reward", I clicked that.It opened a new window from Adobe Partner Offer RedemptionsI clicked the "select" button next to 9 month Adobe XD membership. Olá. Meu colega de trabalho utiliza a versão 33.1.12.4 do Adobe xd pois a máquina que ele usa não consegue atualizar a versão do app. Eu utilizo a versão mais recente. Ele vai sair de ferias e em seguida serei eu de ferias, aí no caso um vai cobrir a ferias do outro. Eu consigo tocar os projetos dele tranquilamente, mas ele não consegue abrir os projetos feitos na minha versão do xd. No creative cloud não aparece pra mim a versão que ele usa pra instalar.Gostaria de saber se há alguma forma de eu conseguir salvar os arquivos em uma versão que ele consiga abrir ou alguma forma de eu instalar aqui a versão 33.1.12.4

On Windows 10 at least, if the user selects a component and chooses "highlight on canvas" then presses space bar to look around trying to find the componet (which is BTW as many have reported almost impossible in a file with a normal amount of items) items in the main menu start to get selected instead of activating the hand tool to drag.This is EXTREMELY annoying because no dragging occurs and the "new file" dialog opens up when the space bar is released.

Hi Team,I have 4 checkboxes on a wireframe and a confirm button.How can I ensure the confirm proceeds to next page only if atleast 1 checkbox is checked else display a warning message in Adobe XD?I have gone through several articles about interactive component states but did not understand validation of fields. Hello,i'm using AdobeXD to create flyers, CV's and more (i know that there are other progams with which i can do it better, but i love AdobeXD) How i can change the size of my artboard to DIN A4 size?I tried some dimensions which i found on web, but I always get a annoying border when i print the file. Is there any solution?

I started working on a website on ADOBE XD, I created a website with around 57 pages..The file NEEDS 10gb of ram to work and later balances at 9.2gb, I cant work and do anything else on my pc while this file is open...I don't understand why it needs SO much RAM..I'm so tired I can't even finish the project from this problem. I need to move to other projects but I just can't from this
