in after effects i get this error  : after effects AEGP plugin premiere pro import unknown error. after clicking ok i have this message : and this is the text i copied 

hi in after effects when i type "İZMİR" as a turkish karakter there is no problem but when i copy "İZMİR" from anywhere then paste after effects change this to "IZMIR" how can i fix this ?copy "UŞAK" to after text is : "UŞAK" there is no problembut copy "İSTANBUL" to after text is : "ISTANBUL"There is only problem with "i" letter upperchases

 A few weeks ago, I started a new project, but at some point I tried to open it and the loading bar was at 98% or 99% and it wouldn't open. I have the most up-to-date version of AE (24.1).The only solution I found was to open it through AE Beta. This way I can continue editing the project. Does anyone know how to avoid this?

I am working with an .GLB 3D model in After Effect and it keeps giving me this overlay at different points and at different times, it's even there when you render it. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks! Title edited by Mod.

There's something seriously wrong with this build.I've decided to use the time it takes to START rendering a queue of multiple comps with a solid bg, prerendered anim comps and some vector logos inside, to express how disappointed I am in the way this product is being handled.I'm using AE 24.1Windows 11 ProAMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-Core, 32 threads, 4200Mhz64 Gb RAM4090 RTXDrivers are up to date. Even stopped using a double monitor setup (becuase i read somewhere that might help. As hilarious as that sounds) to see if that would help cause client is breathing down my neck.There is absolutely no reason the UI is as laggy as it is and there's absolutely no reason for the incosistency in performance. Sometimes render queues take ages to start (see right now), other times items that would normally render in less than a minute (sometimes they do) take over 15. Constant hangs, constant crashes.At this point this software cannot be relied upon and shouldn't be out I'm wondering why am I paying f

When a composition has an apostrophe (such as: John's Composition) in the name, the VR Comp Editor.jsx throws many expression errors.  I'm using AE 2024 on Windows 11.

hello, i have mac somona 14.3 and th newst after effects beta. i have a project with a few roto brush uses. each roto layer is in it's own composition, where the frame rate matches the original video. it was working fine until it crashed and now i can't even open the project. i keep getting an error massege about roto brush & refine edge generating an unexcepted execption. sometime it offers me to disable the roto brush effect, but when i do, i can't open the project because it says the roto brush effect can't be fount and i need to reinstall. Last log message was: <1362793> <Scripting> <5> Executing startup/shutdown script at: /Applications/Adobe After Effects (Beta)/Scripts/Shutdown/About the Shutdown folder.txt thank you for you help

Hi, crippling usability bug here. When I playback/preview something in After Effects there's a big lag between the space bar being pressed and playback beginning, even with a fully cached scene/comp. This is a very recent development. couple of days at most. Any help greatly appreciated (I'm using a pretty powerful workstation specced and built for AE about 19 months ago. Hello together I have a problem with the color. I imported 3 rec709 gamma 2.4 videos and made for each a composition. On the screenshots you can see, that in the composition the video is clear like "normal" colors. But when i am outside the composition, in the main composition, the video is darker. It also renders darker and I can not work with that.The color workspace from affter effects is already "NONE". I tried also REC709 Gamma2.4 and other workspaces but didn't change anything.Does anyone has a solution for this?I already asked on reddit but nobody could help:/ best regards

I have a few json lottie animation files I got with a website theme I purchased. When I previewed the file on LottieFiles there were no problems and the animation looked fine but when I used BodyMovin to upload it to AE it was messed up. I tried switching computers, uploading the file to LottieFiles and uploading through url with no success. I have this problem with many animations (not just the ones I got included in the theme). If anyone could help I would really appretiate it.

My top layer is showing above my bottom layer and I can't seem to get it below it. I don't know what to do. All my layers are in 3D so I hope that information helps.

Hi, I am trying to figure out if there is a way to use the Auto Mask feature in AE and then use that resulting mask in Blender.  For instance, I am trying to learn node based compositing in Blender, and would like to create a mask for an image sequence.  I can readily create a mask in AE and can use its auto mask feature and would be great to have a way to use it exported from AE. Figure there must be some standard way to do this? I guess it amounts to outputting the mask as something like an alpha only EXR image sequence? thanks

Hi all,  I've been working on a project in AE for the last week or so and had absolutely no problems with the project or any other project for that matter until this morning.  I made some amendments to this project last night, everything went fine, I rendered the timeline and when I've come back to it this morning after some additional amendments were needed I'm met with the ( 50 :: 0 ) error (pictured). It only happens for certain parts of the timeline. From a 1:30 timeline there is probably around 10 seconds that are actually playable.  Other than 1 photo late last night I've imported nothing new to the project for the last day or so. The project is running from a Samsung T7 External SSD. I have the latest version of AE (24.2.1). I've included a picture of my Mac Pro specs, however I'm 99.9% sure this wont have any baring on this problem. I've tried loading the auto-saves from before I exported the video last night and I'm getting the same problem.

Hello! Me and my whole team have a problem. When using audio files (often from desktop Google Drive), the sound in them moves out, and the only way to fix it is to re-render the file (with third-party software).And with all this, it happens completely randomly. Out of 10 people, the sound breaks for three, or for half, or for all. Its random. We are use the same file, from the same folder (no one downloads it).If we download these files with a browser, the problem will be solved in 70% of cases, but nevertheless it can still occur and we will still have to re-render.Why does this happen and how to fix it without re-render?The after effect version doesn't matter either. This kind of crap happens in versions 22, 23 and 24. We use Windows. File is .mp3 format.Here is example of broken audio. The beginning becomes the end and the end becomes the beginning.

I want to set up an expression where I can control the font size, but I want to limit how small/big that font size can go to using the slider. Is this possible? For example.... If I want to limit the user to a range between 20 and 50 using the slider. Appreciate any insight that could be provided!

How to change dynamic text in lottie animation json file (attached file )?

Hello, I need your help very much. There is no sound in After Effects. In the audio hardware settings, headphones and speakers are not displayed (it just says no device available). Windows itself does not see AE, like in the sound application settings, it's not there. The drivers are fine. I reinstalled the 2019 version twice, this time I downloaded 2020, and still there is no sound.

I am using Adobe After Effects CC and ExtendScript to create dynamic videos and then let the user watch those videos.I looked at this tutorial (don't need to read this tutorial to understand the context of this discussion): https://www.themarketingtechnologist.co/creating-dynamic-videos-using-javascript-and-after-effects-the-basics/Basically, the tutorial goes through how to create dynamic videos with After Effects and render them.Right now, I can use extend script to create dynamic videos to the user's preferences and render them.However, when I render the video, I have to wait till rendering is completely done before the user can start watching the video at 0:00 (via a HTML5 player).Is there a way to allow the user to stream the video as soon as the first frame or block of frames is rendered?In other words, is there a way to allow the user to stream a video before that video has fully rendered.Should I directly render the video on After Effects or Adobe Media Encoder?Thank you!

Hello,I'm having this terrible Issue since a few Weeks: File coulnd't be opened for writing. The Issue start happenig in an old Hard Drive, so I did a Backup and reset the Drive. Now I'm working on a Brand new SSD Drive and the same problem appears to happen. Can someone please help me with this? I've not encountered this issue ever before but I've been able to consistently repeat it. 1. Create a comp with the resolution of 6336 x 2882. Output using Render Queue in h.264 format3. The resolution of the resulting video is 4096 x 186 (it should be 6336 x 288) Verified incorrect resolution with Quicktime, Media Encoder and AE. Correct output reoslution is achieved using other output formats.Correct output reoslution is achieved exporting to Media Encoder with h.264 AE Version 24.2.1MacOS Ventura 13.6.4 (Intel)

Hello, I just updated my driver on my desktop. Which before then, I could export anything just fine. Adobe adjusted to the new driver and I was able to edit and preview in the program just fine. However, when it came to exporting it glitches out the entire thing. Either the video doesn't export but it is an mp4 format, or it will export the video but its all glitched, blended together, then freezes frame. Exporting in both render queue and Media Encoder cause this issue, it allows me to export in AVI format, but I need h.264 and not AVI. I'm not too sure what to do about such. I even went back into previous project files from weeks and months prior with successful exports, but when I tested an export with those, they also glitched out in the results. And yes, test 2 was exported with video on as an mp4, the rest are pics of what the exports look like
